New Golden Age of Jujutsu Sorcery

Summary:

This is a series that expansion the worldbuilding to explore the possibility of a JJK sequel and what would that world look like. It explores how the entire world changed after Tengen's barriers collapsed and the exploration on how the 5 major CE superpowers (Japan, USA, China, South Korea, and India) and soon the 6th superpower (Russia) changed because of the introduction of curse spirits and jujutsu sorcery in their society. It explores the socio-political, spiritual, and technological changes jujutsu sorcery did in these countries, and their expansion to jujutsu sorcery as this era is like the Heian era on a global scale. I created a main story that takes place in this timeline of my creation following the life and growth of Ame Sakamoto, a girl who died with her mother in a curse spirit attack in the year 2030, but when she was resurrected by Megumi Fushiguro and Itadori Yuji, she awakened with the Gojo clan's Six Eyes and a mysterious curse technique. This story will explore more characters, their growth, and the effects that curse energy had on the world after the CG. I'm not as good as Plug01 or even close of a writer as Gege, but I will do my best to explore this story.

Chapter 1: The start of the New Golden Age (Prologue)

Chapter Text

Chapter 0: The start of the New Golden Age

CRACK

“This... this can’t be real, right?”

CRACK

“What the hell did we just watch? It has to be fake—some elaborate Hollywood
stunt by Japan.”

CRACK

“Those monsters... and those people... they’re only in Tokyo, right? They can’t
be everywhere in Japan... can they? Are they connected to those structures that
just popped up all over the country?”

CRACK, CRACKLE

“Mr. President, the time to act is now. This is far worse than we imagined—
deeper than what that insane monk warned us about. First, the Japanese
sorcerers and those damn monsters wiped out 95% of the population. The
remaining 5% are either injured or traumatized. And now\... now they’ve shown
the entire world what they’re truly capable of—the death and destruction they can unleash. Even with those two monsters dead, the rest are too dangerous to
ignore. The time for action is NOW.”

CRACK, CRACKLE, CRACK

“Is this what the Japanese are capable of? Are these the so-called sorcerers and
curses that monk mentioned? If that’s their true power, we cannot fall behind.
The Americans have already moved. We must seize this power before those
honorless dogs claim it for themselves. The time to act is NOW.”

CRACK, CRACK, CRACK

“Mei Mei... you actually did it. You exposed Japan’s shameful truth to the world.
Oh, my darling descendant—you’ve made me so proud. You’ve given me hope
for our family... and for sorcery.”

CRACK, CRACK, CRACK, CRACK

“We must capitalize on this ‘jujutsu sorcery’ and these ‘curses’ before the rest
of the world does. The time to act is NOW.”

CRACK, CRACK, CRACK

“Yuji, Yuta... come to the Tombs of the Star Corridor—now. Something is wrong
with Tengen’s barriers. They’re breaking. We have to act before it’s too late.”

SHATTER. COLLAPSE.

---

On January 7th, 2019, all of Tengen’s barriers shattered and collapsed, marking
the official end of the Culling Games and the downfall of Kenjaku’s grand plan.
But more importantly—it ended Japan’s monopoly on jujutsu sorcerers and
curse spirits.

This collapse triggered a global chain reaction of cursed energy, awakening
innate techniques in millions upon millions of people worldwide.
Simultaneously, hundreds of millions of cursed spirits were born or awakened
across the globe.

The result? Mass death. Chaos. Despair.

Countless people died at the hands of threats they couldn’t see—victims of
newly born cursed spirits and awakened curse users who treated the weak like
playthings.

The world’s superpowers—the United States, China, Russia, South Korea,
Europe, India, and the Middle East—viewed the incident as both an act of war and a display of terrifying power by Japan. Desperate to contain the spread,
they considered resorting to nuclear annihilation.

But before launching a full-scale strike, these nations gave Japan a chance to
explain.

The Japanese government selected Principal Gakuganji and the sorcerers of the
Shinjuku Showdown—Yuji, Hakari, Yuta, Maki, Utahime, Noritoshi, Kusakabe,
Mei Mei, and Higuruma—as representatives to testify on behalf of Japan and all
jujutsu sorcerers.

Initially, the world leaders dismissed them—mere teenagers and young adults?
But after showcasing their overwhelming power and, with the help of Higuruma
and Gakuganji’s diplomacy, they were heard.

They revealed everything: the truth about the Culling Games, the hidden world
of jujutsu society, and the catastrophic consequences of nuking Japan.

After two days of tense negotiation, an agreement was reached: an international
binding vow that every nation would follow.

In exchange for not bombing Japan or hunting its citizens, Japan would:teach the world everything they knew about cursed energy: control, exorcism,
curse tool creation, New Shadow Style, barrier techniques, RCT, and more.

Assist nations in eliminating cursed spirits across the globe for the first year.

The New Shadow Style School, led by its new heads Kusakabe and Mei Mei, took
charge of global instruction in cursed energy fundamentals—Simple Domains,
Falling Blossom Emotions, and Domain Amplification—with help from Higuruma
and the Kamo Clan.

They trained military forces from the U.S., South Korea, and others, and
developed curse lenses and tools so civilians and law enforcement could defend
themselves against spirits and rogue sorcerers.

---

Thus began The Cursed Decade—ten years of constant survival, evolution, and
adaptation to the new cursed world.

Though to many it was a time of fear, to sorcerers it became a New Golden Age
of Jujutsu Sorcery.

It was a time when jujutsu sorcery evolved beyond anything seen before—fueled by technology and
human ingenuity.

Cursed spirits reached terrifying new heights, driven by the ever-growing
ocean of global negative emotion.
A new grading system emerged to classify the monstrous spirits appearing
across continents. Sorcerers arose who eclipsed even the legends—Satoru Gojo and Ryomen
Sukuna.

Long-lost foreign jujutsu styles returned—revived after centuries of obscurity.
Five new cursed energy superpowers rose across the world to rival Japan itself...
with a sixth soon to follow.

This is the story of what came after the main timeline—a world reborn in cursed
energy, twisted by chaos, but shining with new potential.

This is the New Golden Age of Jujutsu Sorcery.

Chapter 2: Rebirth

Chapter Text

“Ame, wake up! You’re late for school. You can’t be late again. This isn’t the state where you can be late every day!” a woman yelled at her lazy daughter, who had been late for school every day for a month since moving to Japan and starting summer school after nearly being held back.
“YAAAWN. Can’t you just tell them I’m sick today? I don’t want to go to school and I don’t have the energy to get up,” said the bratty teenager, too comfortable to leave her blanket cocoon or put on pants.

Ms. Amber Sakamoto grabbed her daughter’s exposed stomach, which stuck out after a night of eating nothing but mochi and Doritos, trying to wake her from her cozy nest.

“Get up and get dressed. You’re going to school whether you like it or not. And clean up this room when we get back—it looks like a dump,” yelled Ms. Sakamoto, fed up with Ame’s laziness and spoiled lifestyle.

“But Myeem, I don’t wanna g—”
“No buts! And stop saying ‘mom’ like that, it gives me a headache,” Ms. Sakamoto said, staring into her daughter’s beautiful grey eyes with anger and disappointment.

Ame surrendered. She didn’t want to argue with someone she couldn’t beat, so she got ready for school. She brushed her long white hair, which still had Doritos in it from last night, applied a bit of concealer, put on her standard Japanese middle school uniform, an infinity-shaped headband she got from Comic-Con last year, and new shoes from her grandmother.

She didn’t bathe or brush her teeth, thinking it was a waste of time. Instead, she used deodorant and perfume to mask the smell, mouthwash, and mints to hide her breath (as she hadn’t brushed in 6 days), and knocked a piece of mochi out from between her front teeth. She was ready for the day.

Ame entered her mother's car to get to school. She spent her time on her way to school viewing the vibrant and chaotic city of Tokyo, 11 years after the famous "Shinjuku Showdown" between Satoru Gojo and Ryomen Sukuna, jujutsu sorcery and curse spirits have become commonplace in this new era.

Curse spirits, grade 3 and below, roam like rats or cockroaches. Regular people barely react to them, treating them like pests in the street.

Jujutsu sorcerers walk the streets with pride, viewed as public defenders of Tokyo who exorcise dangerous curse spirits and curse users.

People freely walk with shikigami like pets, and street performers use their curse techniques for entertainment and creativity.

The city has become technologically advanced in many ways, but not by much. The cursed decade hindered technological advancements that weren’t curse energy-based due to the chaos of that time.

She finally got to school and her mother dropped her off at school, wishing she'd do a good job for once. But Ame remembered she had a math quiz and a history test. She didn’t care; she never cared about her grades, no matter how much she failed.

Even without hygiene, Ame was extremely beautiful and drew attention from classmates, making the other girls jealous.

She spent most of her time in class reading physical copies of the latest One Piece and Kagurabachi chapters or watching a trashy Netflix show instead of paying attention. She got in trouble for using her phone, so she mostly stuck to reading manga.

She overheard classmates talking about a friend who got into Jujutsu Tech in Kyoto. "Ha! That guy’s gonna die on his first patrol," Ame thought. She saw sorcery as a death sentence and had read the entire Jujutsu Kaisen manga (created by Charles Bernard).

She completed both the quiz and test but got 10% on each and deleted the scores before her mother could see them. But it was too late—Ms. Sakamoto had them forwarded to her phone the moment they were graded. She was pissed. This wouldn't be the first time as she had grades so bad in Michigan she held back and nearly got help back again this year.

“You failed a test and a quiz on the same day? Unbelievable,” Ms. Sakamoto scolded, furious at Ame’s mediocrity and lack of responsibility.

“You really don’t get it, do you? You almost got held back a second time and had to go to summer school to avoid staying in middle school at 15. You don’t do anything with your life—just rot your brain with garbage, gorge on junk, and fry your eyes with video games. You don’t go outside or socialize. You’re no better than a NEET.”

Ame stared out into the Tokyo streets while her mom ranted. She just wanted to go back to Michigan with her friends and grandparents.

“Mom, so what? I’ll do better later. Or you could just send me back to Michigan to live with Grandma and Grandpa,” she said with snark.
“If I left you with my parents, they’d let you do whatever you wanted and spoil you rotten,” said Ms. Sakamoto, a vein bulging in her forehead.

“They won’t! I’ll work harder there, and I’ll be with my friends,” Ame insisted.

“Okay, here’s what will happen if I’m out of the picture or you stay with my parents,” her mother began. “You’ll keep doing the same things—no responsibilities, no effort. My mom will cook for you all day, and Dad will do everything else. You’ll stay inside, too comfortable to move.”

“Then you’ll drop out, with no skills and no job. Your looks will fade, and your waistline will balloon. When my parents die—either from age or a curse—you’ll be 800 pounds, bedridden, surrounded by filth, with no life skills, unable to form a sentence without meme-speak, and blind from screen time. You’ll die within months, and if you somehow don’t, you’ll become a 1200-pound blob that should be a curse spirit. When you die, your tombstone will read: ‘I wasted my life on useless crap.’ That’s your future if no one steps in.”

Ame was stunned by her mom’s vivid rant but didn’t believe it. She didn’t think she had the potential to waste.

“Look, Ame, I’m saying this because I love you. I don’t want to see you waste your life,” her mother said, worried.

“What potential? Only you and Grandma and Grandpa say that, but I don’t see it. I’m below average at everything—and I’m okay with that. I don’t see myself being important or doing anything big.”

Ms. Sakamoto’s concern only grew.

“I brought you here not just because I was worried, but because I want to be with you. I believe you’ll find something to motivate you here.”

“Like what?”

“What do you plan to do with your life?”

“Well, I’m super cute and guys can’t stop staring. I was thinking of becoming a streamer or VTuber. I’ve got the face, body, and boobs for it. I’d rake in cash from simps worldwide. I wouldn’t even need pants! I could invest in crypto too.”

Ms. Sakamoto looked at her daughter with pure disgust. “That’s not a plan. That’s a gross fantasy.”

She looked Ame dead in the eye. “Promise me one thing: that you’ll stop doing the bare minimum and start putting in effort. Don’t waste your life in junk or comfort. Better yourself. Live up to something. Please—promise me.”

“Okay, Mom, I pro—”

=======================================================================================================

CRASH. SPLAT.

On that day, Ame and her mother died, crushed by a kaiju-sized curse spirit rampaging through Tokyo. But this isn’t the end of Ame’s story—only the beginning.

“Where am I? What’s going on? Why can’t I speak?”

Ame thought, unable to form words.

She floated naked in a pitch-black void, unable to see or hear, only sense. She sensed one other being before her—someone connected to her.

A thick red thread linked their souls. Ame’s soul began to shift, being reconstructed and transfigured… to obtain a power not seen in 11 years.

The sorcerers already defeated the giant curse spirits and does who could heal others with reverse curse technique were treating the wounded and reviving the dead before it was too late.

The sorcerers who killed the cursed spirit were using their innate techniques to prevent any further fatalities from happening.

One was using blood manipulation to heal the injuries of others and to reconstruct their organs and revitalizing them with RCT. The other summoned a giant deer-like shikigami to heal people in its large radius and to keep them from dying.

The sorcerer who summoned the shikigami found Ms. Sakamoto’s and Ame’s bodies in the wreckage of their car. Ame was legally dead with her bones shattered and her midsection impaled, but could still be saved with RCT and was treated by the sorcerer immediately. Ms. Sakamoto on the other hand could not be saved as her head was crushed like a watermelon and her organs were destroyed and beyond saving.

The sorcerer concentrated his RCT output on the girl, but something went wrong in the process of reviving her. Her head and eyes started to move and reshape like their being transfigured by someone.

“Yuji, get over here NOW. There is something very wrong with this civilian.” said the sorcerer who is doing everything he can to heal her and to stop what’s happening.

Yuji ran toward Megumi’s side to see what is happening to the girl and to use his knowledge of the soul to sense what is happening. He touched head to analyse her soul, but could not believe what just happened.

Ame went back to normal and fully healed, but when she woke up she let out a powerful scream and opened her eyes to something extraordinary.

When she opened her eyes went, they from grey to a beautiful piercing azure blue that glowed. Ame saw the world in a way she could not comprehend and saw everything in curse energy with extreme detail.

Both sorcerers were shocked to see this as both new her eyes became same eyes of their master. They became the Gojo clan’s prized treasure, the Six Eyes.

As of September 15, 2030 at 3:30 p.m. Ame Sakamoto has died and then was reborn with the Gojo clan’s Six Eyes. This new era now has its Six Eyes user and potentially one of its strongest sorcerers.

Notes:

Author’s Notes:
· I hope you guys enjoyed that chapter and our new protagonist for this series.
· I made Ame to be the opposite of Gojo as you will soon see will be very prominent.
· I used Eric Cartman’s “Myeem” to showcase her bratty and spoiled behavior as she shares some of his characteristics at the beginning of the story.

Chapter 3: Entrance to a New Path

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

After Ame awakened after being reborn with the Six Eyes, she collapsed and was out cold because the process of rebirth took a lot out of her.

Megumi and Itadori called one of the sorcerers on the scene to take her to the Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical College or Jujutsu High in Tokyo for further investigation of what just happened.

They could not take her now as they still needed to heal the injured civilians until the paramedics came to help and save survivors from the destructive aftermath of the curse spirit attack.

3 hours after she was brought into the Jujutsu High School in Tokyo, Ame woke up in the infirmary in the west wing of the school next to the morgue.

When she opened her eyes, she was beyond overwhelmed as she could barely comprehend what she was seeing.

She saw the world in ways a human being could only dream of. She saw the world in ultra-high definition, in parts of the electromagnetic spectrum the human eye cannot see like infrared or ultraviolet, but most of all, she was seeing all the curse energy around her with extreme precision.

“What the hell is going on? What is all this? Why can I see all this? My head feels like it's going to explode.” Ame thought to herself, being extremely overwhelmed by all this visual data.

She went outside of the infirmary to have a break from the overstimulation thinking it was only happening in the room, but she was gravely mistaken.

When she went outside, she everything in ultra-high definition and all the curse energy of every person on campus down to the last-minute detail and the last particle.

“This is even worse, it’s like everything is burning into my eyes and splitting my brain into tiny pieces.” Ame thought to herself when seeing everything on campus in extreme detail.

She feels slowly drained from the overstimulation caused by her new eyes as they analyze everything automatically but is met up by the only doctor in the infirmary as she was the one watching over her and conducting some blood tests.

“I see you’re finally awake. Do you want a change of clothes?” The doctor asked Ame as because of the constant overstimulation she had every time she opened her eyes, she didn’t notice her blood-stained and tattered clothes.

The woman was tall with long brown and grey hair, she had bags under her eyes as if she didn’t get enough sleep at night. She looked like she was in her early 40’s but was still beautiful for her age. She sported a white lab coat over a teal turtle-neck sweater, black pants that reached just above her ankle, and wore blue heels.

But this wasn’t the main thing Ame noticed about the doctor, it was her curse energy she noticed more than her appearance.

She saw the doctor’s curse energy in perfect detail and precision. She saw how much curse energy she had, how efficient it was, how it acted in the vicinity and in her presence, how her hands gleamed in a white color, and how that energy was used on her body. She barely comprehended how she noticed these details and started asking questions frantically at the doctor.

E- excuse me, uughh... Where- WHERE AM I? W- WHERE’S MY MOM? WHO- ARE YOU? AND... AND... WHAT'S _HAPPENING_ TO ME?” Ame asked the doctor, grabbing her arms and shaking her violently.

"It's fine, relax. Take a deep breath." Shoko eased, leaning on her desk as she freed herself from Ame's grasp, "My name is Dr. Shoko Ieiei. You got caught in a curse's path, but you should be alright by now. You're in Jujutsu High, still in Tokyo."

“Wait, Shoko Ieiri? From the Jujutsu Kaisen man?” Ame asked with confusion as she was meeting one of the people who inspired a character in one of her favorite manga. “Yeah, I’m the real Shoko. Are you a fan of the manga?” Shoko asked Ame to calm her down.

“Yeah, I read it and I feel like your character was a little underutilized in the series because you can output RCT to heal people,” Ame replied to Shoko.

“Hmm. I appreciate you liked the character. I also feel like she was underutilized in that story, but she did fill her part in the story extremely well and should have the right amount of compassion for a certain blindfolded dumbass.” Shoko replied to Ame.

But then Ame remembered one of the things Shoko just said, "Wait, Jujutsu High? So- So- Why am I here? Shouldn't I be in a hospital or something?" Ame gesticulated, just as erratically as her perception currently acted

Shoko replied calmly, “Yes, you were transported to the high school because when you were brought back to life with RCT something weird happened and now we are conducting tests here because it's the safest place to see what exactly happened to you.”

"W-Wait, something weird happened? What happened? And what test!?" Ame asked as she was freaked out about the situation and might possibly be the explanation for what she was seeing.

"Because of _those_." Shoko pointed to Ame's eyes, "Whatever happened to 'em, they're... Unusual. I conducted some exams on you already, once we've figured out what happened to you, we'll let you go."

Shoko showed her a mirror and it freaked Ame out of the sight of her eyes. "W-Why are my eyes azure blue and glowing? They're normally grey. Is this why the world looks so weird and high-def?"

Ame also followed this up with another question, looking at the doctor with an expression of concern and possible dread, “And, where is my mom?”

“Look, we don’t know everything or what exactly is going on. Right now, we're trying to figure everything out, but what we know so far is that you awakened with the Gojo clan’s Six Eyes, and your brain was “rewired” to have them as part of your biology. And about your mother, it's better for the ones who saved you to tell you what happened because they are the ones who wanted to break the news in person. Right now, we're waiting for some special people to meet you and for the blood tests to be finished.”

Ame was in shock and spiraling in her mind with many thoughts and emotions at once. She thought to herself, “Wait, I have the Six Eyes? The ones Satoru Gojo had? The strongest sorcerer in modern history, Satoru Gojo? Aren’t you supposed to be part of the Gojo Clan and be born with them? And what does she mean by breaking the news to me? Is there something wrong with my mom? What happened to her? WHAT IS HAPPENING!?”

She was frightened about the possible news of her mother and confused about why she has the body part of one of the most famous sorcerers in history, especially considering that these eyes are part of an elite family of sorcerers and you have to be born with them.

“Where are these special people, I want to talk to them right now. I want answers.” Ame begged the doctor as she needed these answers to get her out of this state of discomfort and dread.

BEEPEP, Shoko’s wrist watched beeped as it projected a text message in the form of a hologram telling her the “special people” just arrived at Jujutsu High after making sure everyone was safe and the curse spirit was completely exorcised after the aftermath of the attack.

“Well, you're just in luck kid. Most of them just arrived and are waiting in “The Hidden Room” and your blood test needs 15 minutes for the results. I’ll take you there myself.” Shoko said to Ame to brighten her mood as she took her to the hidden room.

Ame went outside of the infirmary and was amazed and very stimulated because of the scenery of the entire school and all the curse energy of every student and building in the school.

She was stunned by what she saw as everything was displayed in extremely high detail in her eyes. She could see how many people were in her school alone just by seeing the source of every curse energy signature, saw in both infrared and ultraviolet which she was never used to. She could see the traditional Japanese buildings and could instinctually know how old they were and when were they built.

She could even see how powerful each person who crossed her was and could see all satellites and drones multiple kilometers in the sky. She could even see how old everyone was on instinct, but weirdly enough she didn’t know how she knew all of this.
It was 6:00 p.m. so there weren’t many students on campus and most are in the dorm rooms, but after 10 minutes of walking with Shoko, Ame already felt exhausted.

“Mhhhm. Does it have to be so far away and my head and eyes still hurt like hell.” Ame said as she was exhausted walking down campus because the Six Eyes were slowly draining her with all the overstimulation and the fact she had never exorcised.

“It's not too far and stop whining, we’ve only been walking for 10 minutes. Look, wear these sunglasses they’ll help you with the overstimulation.” Shoko told Ame to get her to stop whining and gave her some sunglasses she had since high school.

“Wow, these glasses are really dark, but for some reason, I can see through them just fine. Though it's still high def, just not as intense as before.” Ame said as it was a little surprising, she could see through these super dark sunglasses. “Wait, does this mean I can see with my eyes blindfolded too? Can I see with my eyes closed?”

“Yes and maybe,” Shoko responded as she and Ame just reached the entrance to the hidden room. The entrance scanned them both and teleported them inside the room.

Notes:

Author’s Notes:
· In this timeline, Charles Bernard created the JJK manga as a great story that revealed what happened in the culling games and to be a great series for Shonen Jump. It's 92% accurate to the main story with all its problems. It now has a hit anime going through season 2 and was made by Mappa.
· I placed some hints on something unique about Ame’s version of the Six Eyes and of her technique.
· I wanted to explore this new era with a protagonist who could see it in ways most can’t even imagine and wanted to explore more on the use of the Six Eyes.
· I hope I captured how a Six Eyes user sees the world well enough.

Chapter 4: Revelation

Chapter Text

“What just happened?” Ame asked and Shoko responded, “Oh, that's just a security detail we made for the room. A lot of juicy stuff happens here, so it's for the inner circle of the high school.”

Once they entered, Ame felt a benevolent presence in the room and was overwhelmed with extremely powerful sources of curse energy. She took off her sunglasses to have a better of these sources and these people and was shocked to see who was there.

There were all-stars of jujutsu sorcery, who are world-renowned, and who appeared in the popular manga. Nobara Kugusaki was there, who sported a beautiful blue dress and a very fashionable eye patch with her hammer in her right hand and a nail gun with a heart on the couch next to her. Her curse energy looked pointy and always aimed at something.

There was also Kinji Hakari wearing a fresh cut on his purple hair, wearing a purple and black suit with stilettos, and he appears to have put on 30 pounds of muscle since his appearance in the manga. He was smoking on the table smoking a cigar and healing his face as it seemed he had just gotten out of a fight. He had extremely high curse energy reserves that looked like it was way higher before he came.

"Oi, Itadori. The hell's this meeting for? Wasn't in my plans to spend a beautiful evening talking to you punks. You know I'm keepin' my girlfriend waiting, right?"

"And what, did Hoshi punch you or something?" Nobara grinned, referring to the still visible wound in Kinji's face, even as he actively regenerated it, his pace was peacefully sluggish, permitting a clear view of the unsurprisingly minor damage.

"Had to shake down some urchins, messin' on my turf and can't be bothered to have some respect." Kinji replied, "And Kirara would never, she loves this pretty face too damn much"

"Gross." Nobara uttered, in response to Kinji's confident grin.

There was also a panda plushy and Inumaki Toge who was wearing a suit with a high-collar turtleneck. He had short hair, but Ame noticed that all his curse energy was focused on his vocal cords, but she had the intuitive feeling that his technique was turned off.

“I now see why you 2 called us here,” Inumaki uttered in his soft voice.

There was also Aoi Todo looking like a total gigachad he his rocking a leather jacket with a white t-shirt that said “Best Husband and Father Ever” showing a picture of his family under it. He was as muscular as ever rocking his top-knot bun with unusual flyaway strands with rounded ends and a cool short beard. Ame noticed that his curse energy was focused on his hand and prosthetic gauntlet which has an unusual curse energy surrounding it.

“I now see why you brought us here brother, this is a special case,” Todo said with shock that the Six Eyes reappeared.

In the corner there was a very tall and lengthy hooded figure, probably measuring at 6’5 or 6’6, and had an unusual and somewhat predatorial aura to him. While still being human, Ame stared at him as his body’s curse energy and physiology resembled that of a curse spirit. His curse energy was focusing on a core that Ame didn’t understand, but his curse energy was even weirder as it was constantly changing and shifting into different forms and when seeing his body she could sense it was weirdly tough, but also weirdly malleable.

He stared deeply into Ame with his miscolored eyes, creeping her out more so that she already was. He had long curly black and deep blue hair, and his pupils were even weirder. On the left was a spiraling blue void like a whirlpool in the ocean while the one on the left resembled more of a spinning black hole with a golden ring surrounding an empty black void.

The two people in front were the most noticeable of them as they were the 2 people that saved her. On the left was Itadori Yuji, the pinnacle of the new golden age. He had long black-pink hair, a very muscular physique that matched his brother, and scars on his face and arms. He wore a sleeveless black hoodie with a red hood on the back, black baggy pants, and his red sneakers. Amo saw that his curse energy was concentrated in his blood and his fingertips, but was shocked to see he had immense curse energy reserves and had perfect control over it like a Six Eyes user, having perfect efficiency.

On the right was the man who found her, Megumi Fushiguro. He was tall with long spiky hair but looked thinner than his compatriots in the room, He has a black short beard and bags under his eyes caused by the lack of sleep and his face had scars. He was wearing a suit as he is a teacher at the high school teaching the first years. He had extremely deep pool and precise control of curse energy like Yuji, but not on the same level. Ame noticed a shadowy darkness coming from Megumi’s curse energy and his shadow.

“Are you the guys who saved me?” Ame asked the two sorcerers with a sense of concern in her eyes.

“Yes, we’re the ones who saved you,” Megumi replied to the girl.

“Ok, then answer me this. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON AND WHAT HAPPENED TO MY MOTHER!?” Ame shouted at the top of her lungs wanting answers right this second.

Everyone in the room felt awkward and left the room immediately to give the 3 some space to tell the girl the bad news. Megumi and Yuji looked at each other with concern to tell the child what happened.

Yuji looked at Ame with a sense of kindness and comfort to tell real what happened to her mother as he is the best at breaking bad news.

“I’m very sorry Ame, both you and your mother died today, but your injuries were more treatable and had a chance at bringing you back to the land of the living with RCT. Your mother on the other hand, wasn’t so lucky. Her head was completely crushed by the cursed spirit against your car. There was no way of saving or reviving her in any way. I am very sorry for your loss.”

W-W-What?” Ame said, falling to her knees tears in her eyes knowing she would never see her mother again. Knowing that she will never be with her ever again. Knowing their last moment together was arguing about how she is wasting her life and not living up to her potential or her not wanting to her mother’s expectations (or any expectations for that matter). And what’s worse, she never made her promise to her mother, meaning she wouldn’t have something to remind her of living up to her potential.

Ame grabbed both Yuji and Megumi by the collar and frantically screamed at them with tears in her eyes, “ WHY DIDN’T YOU SAVE HER!? WHY DID YOU SAVE A WASTE OF SPACE LIKE ME? YOU TWO ARE ONE OF IF NOT THE MOST SKILLED SORCERERS ALIVE. SO WHY COULDN’T YOU PULL OFF THE IMPOSSIBLE LIKE SATORU GOJO OR RYOMEN SUKUNA AND BRING MY MOTHER BACK FROM THE DEAD!?

Yuji and Megumi looked at her in the eye with guilt, knowing they could not save both, but they had dealt with this type of situation many times in their careers.

“Look kid, we did as much as we could to save both of you. We revived you from the dead because your body wasn’t beyond repair, but your mother was. Even with RCT, rebuilding someone’s entire skull from scratch was too big of a task for us. Yuji actually did it with both his techniques, but it was already too late as the soul already moved on from the body. Even after rebuilding her skull, she was still dead as all there was left was an empty shell with no soul inside.” Megumi said brutal honesty so Ame could accept reality.

Yuji punched Megumi in the stomach for his harsh words. Megumi got up and hugged the girl to make her feel safe as her world started to crumble around her and lost the one who kept her together.

“Look, everything is going to be fine and things will get better, but this wasn’t the only thing that happened when you died?” Megumi said to Ame.

“(sniff sniff) W-What do you mean? D-Does it have to do with Six Eyes?” Ame asked with tears running down her face as well as snot running down her nose.

“ Yes, when you came back to life something happened. Your head and eyes started to transfigure and reconstruct themselves. Mr. Itadori here sensed your soul being reshaped while you came back and he sensed that your body and soul were restructured to have the Six Eyes and awaken a curse technique.”

“Wait, a curse technique? So, I now have the limitless as well?” Ame asked while wiping her eyes.

Yuji responded with “Well not exactly. It may be something completely different.”

What?” Ame said as she was still confused about what was happening.

“We don’t know why this happened, but we did call someone who knows what is even happening,” Megumi responded.

POP, “Hey, is it okay if I enter now?” A strange figure who appeared at the back of the room asked.

“Great timing Yuta, the kid now knows what happened and seems like she’s feeling better. So can you tell us what the hell is happening?” Yuji responded.

The man was Yuta Okkotsu, The strongest. He wore a white jacket and black pants. He has put on a lot of muscle mass since his days as a Jujutsu High student and had a chad beard to match his physique. Ame looked at him and saw a bottomless well of curse energy but had a strange trait that kept it confined in his body and ran like electricity in a closed circuit.

“It’s nice to meet you, Miss Ame Sakamoto”.

Notes:

Author’s notes:
I hope I captured the tone well.
I wanted to give Todo, Megumi, and Yuta cool beards to look more grown up, but didn’t want to give Yuji one as his pink hair would look silly in beard form.
Both this chapter and the previous one were suppose to be 2 chapters, but it went on too long and didn't feel good with the tone.
I made both Yuji and Yuta the strongest and the pinnacle of jujutsu sorcery in the new age as they are now stronger than Sukuna and Gojo.

Chapter 5: Who is your father?

Notes:

Warning: This has lore dumps

Chapter Text

The most powerful sorcerer in Japan—and possibly the entire world—only rivaled by his equal Itadori Yuji and a few overseas sorcerers with the potential to match him, Okkotsu Yuta entered the hidden room to meet the new bearer of the Six Eyes.

“Are you alright?” Yuta asked, pausing mid-step when he saw Ame’s tear-streaked face. “Sorry if I was interrupting something. No one told me you guys were talking about something serious.”

He awkwardly looked between the others, realizing he’d walked in at the wrong time.

“Do you need a rag?” he offered, pulling one from his coat and handing it to Ame.

“Sniff sniff… Thank you, Mr. Okkotsu,” Ame replied, wiping away her tears and snot.

Yuta leaned in between Yuji and Megumi, keeping his voice low to avoid being overheard.

“So… what happened? Did someone die or something?”

“Yes,” Megumi replied somberly. “Her mother just died. We just broke the news to her.”

“Wait, what?” Yuta’s face fell. “Why didn’t you guys tell me? Now I feel like some unfeeling monster.”

Yuji raised an eyebrow. “We tried to tell you on the phone, but the minute you heard a random girl was revived with the Six Eyes, you hung up before we could say anything else.”

“Sorry,” Yuta said, rubbing the back of his head. “I was dealing with some urgent Gojo clan business. That’s why I’m here—I needed to see this girl immediately.”

“Then why take so long to get here?” Yuji pressed. “Everyone else beat you.”

“I had family stuff to handle first,” Yuta admitted.

Megumi smirked. “Let me guess. Tsuyoshi broke his titanium-lined toys again—or lost them. Or both?”

Yuta sighed in defeat. “It was both, okay? The kid breaks everything he touches with those freakishly strong hands.”

Ame, still sniffling but more composed, cut in. “Excuse me? Were you about to say something important about my eyes or what?”

“Oh, right. Sorry.” Yuta straightened up and looked at her. “I didn’t know what happened to your mother. I was in a bit of a rush dealing with the Gojo clan and had to prepare to meet you. Once I heard you died and were resurrected with the Six Eyes, I had to come.”

He paused, then continued.

“Look, the reason why you awakened with the Six Eyes is because of a mix-up with a ritual the Gojo clan was performing… at the same time you died.”

“Ehh? Could you explain it from the top?” Ame asked, confused. “I’m even more lost now.”

“Of course.” Yuta took a breath. “Let me explain everything.”

“Oh sorry about that. I didn’t know what happened to your mother. I was in a bit of a hurry after dealing with the Gojo clan’s affairs and had to prepare to meet you after hearing you died and were resurrected with the Six Eyes.” Yuta said calmly to not make things more awkward than they already were.

Yuta then going back to the topic “Look, the reason why you awakened with the Six Eyes is because there was a mix up with a ritual the Gojo clan was performing at the same time you died.”

“Ehh. Could you explain it from the top because I’m now even more confused than before?” Ame exclaimed in confusion as this only raised even more questions.

“Ah yes, let me go back to explain the entire situation from the top.”

Yuta carefully explained that back in 2019 both the Gojo clan and the Kamo clan were about to go to war with each other for power and full influence of the jujutsu world, but was prevented by an organization that eclipsed both clans to the point where they became irrelevant in the long run.

This organization was the New Shadow Style school as it was in charge of teaching the majority of the world how to use curse energy and their extremely valuable anti-domain techniques like simple domain or the newly implemented domain amplification. There extremely useful teachings under Kusakabe combined with Mei Mei’s extremely deep connections and financial savvy made the school into a global powerhouse.

Because of this, both the Gojo clan and the Kamo clan lost relevancy in Japan and to this day slowly losing their grip in the jujutsu world. To survive in this new world and keep their relevancy and power the NSS school offered their connections and absorbed both clans into their ranks to still have their wealth and influence. In exchange, they have to give techniques like falling blossom emotion to the school so it can be taught and a portion of their autonomy. The Kamo clan agreed to this to survive and keep their wealth and status, but the Gojo clan was very prideful and refused.

Ame interrupted Yuta by asking “Ok, this seems interesting, but what does it have to do with me?” Yuta replied with “I’m getting there.”

Because of this, the Gojo clan was slowly losing all relevancy without Satoru Gojo and nearly lost both their wealth and status, but luckily they made Yuta Okkotsu their representative to replace Gojo. It worked but it didn’t give them the same level of status or influence as it once did with Satoru Gojo.

One day, a Gojo clan member found a scroll deep in the depths of the Gojo clan estate after a curse spirit snuck in and tried to steal it. This scroll showed a step-by-step guide on how to perform a ritual on how to bring back the Six Eyes in a way that wouldn’t need to wait centuries for one to be born. This ritual would grant a preexisting Gojo clan member the Six Eyes in exchange for pushing back the date of birth of the next Six Eyes.

The Gojo clan wanted to use this ritual to create the next Satoru Gojo and make that person the co-representative of the Gojo clan along with myself and give them the same level of status and influence they had when they had Satoru Gojo. This ritual would only work on the person who has the strongest and closest genetic connection to the original user. That person had to be killed and then “reborn” with the Six Eyes adapted to their technique. The person who was supposed to be the recipient of the ritual had a modern version of the Limitless, but no Six Eyes to use it properly or close to her true potential.

Thing is that Ame and the participant of the ritual died at the exact same time and the ritual saw Ame as someone who has a stronger connection to the participant which is weird as the participant was Gojo’s little sister.

“I was extremely against it because of how risky it was and the fact that we didn’t know if it would even work or not, but I was outvoted about it by the entire clan. They continued but they wouldn’t listen to a word I said because they just wanted their original status back.”

“Now, we are trying to figure out what is your connection to Satoru and the Gojo clan with some blood tests and see if there are any major side effects caused by the ritual as the Gojo clan now wants you to be a co-representative next to me. It was a big risk to begin with and I didn’t want to be a part of it, but here we are.”

Both sorcerers and Ame were shocked hearing this information. The sorcerers were shocked that this girl was in some way directly connected to their old mentor.

“What do you mean by “closest genetic connection?” This wouldn’t mean that she might be…” Yuji thought to himself after hearing this. Thinking that this would mean this girl might be directly related to Gojo.

“Wait, Gojo never had a girlfriend or relations that I never knew about or anyone knew about. Could she be a cousin or a half-sister he never knew about?” Megumi thought to himself not accepting the possibility of his master ever having relations in his life. Especially knowing how he lived.

“Wait, I’m related to Gojo? The Satoru Gojo, the most famous sorcerer on the planet?” Ame thought to herself knowing she was directly related to Gojo, but this popped a big question she never thought about so deeply until just now.

“Now that I think about it, mom or anyone in my family never really knew who my father was. When I really think about it, has Mom ever told me much of anything about him other than how they met, what kind of jerk he was, and that I was an accident after they hooked up on her trip to Japan?” Ame thought to herself realizing the major possibility of how she is related to Gojo.

EXT. HALLWAY – OUTSIDE THE HIDDEN ROOM – DAY
Everyone is waiting as Yuji and Megumi speak to Ame. The air is heavy with boredom... and curiosity. After all, a random teenager just awakened the Six Eyes—a feat thought impossible without being born into the Gojo Clan.

NOBARA
(arms crossed, annoyed)
Aren’t you supposed to be born with the Six Eyes? How the hell does some random girl just awaken them? Especially if she’s not part of the Gojo clan, or even related.

TODO
(thinking aloud)
Maybe it’s tied to her Cursed Technique. What if it rewrote her genetic structure during resurrection? She might’ve transformed into someone she idolized. And c’mon, Gojo is the most popular character in the JJK manga.

HOODED FIGURE (KEIICHI)
(flatly)
No. That’s not it.
It’s a genetic trait, yes—but it was activated through an irreversible transfiguration of her soul. Some higher cursed energy force triggered it. It’s not her Cursed Technique, and it doesn’t rewrite her genetics. She does have a technique, but it’s unrelated to the Six Eyes.
Also, it doesn’t seem spatial like Limitless. It’s more... temporal.

TODO
(scratches head)
Ah. Well, scratch that theory then.

NOBARA
(glaring)
Why the hell did Yuji even invite you here? You’re still just a third-year, Keiichi.

KEIICHI (HOODED FIGURE)
(smirking)
Correction: I’m the only soul-based expert on campus who can even begin to understand what’s going on with her.
Plus... studying the Six Eyes up close? Once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

NOBARA & INUMAKI
(synchronously, sharp tone)
Don’t even think about touching her, you mad scientist.

KEIICHI
(puts hands up, mock innocence)
Okay, okay! Purely surface-level. With her consent, of course.

EVERYONE (MENTALLY)
We really need to keep an eye on him…

PANDA
(thoughtful)
Still... what if she is related to Gojo? Or maybe even... his daughter?

NOBARA
(skeptical)
I mean, sure—he’s absurdly hot and probably draws women in from a fifty-meter radius, but... he didn’t strike me as the hookup type.

TODO
(shrugs)
He might have.
But I always assumed he was into guys.
He never told anyone his type. Even when he was alive.

SHOKO
(nonchalant, sipping coffee)
Well actually—

BEEPBEEP

Shoko’s smartwatch buzzes. Everyone turns to look.

SHOKO
(serious)
The test results are in. Looks like we’re about to uncover the mystery of Ame Sakamoto.

INUMAKI
(worried)
Wait... shouldn’t we wait for Yuta? He said he has important information.

HAKARI
(grinning)
Nah. If he’s late, he can get the recap later.

PANDA
(nods)
Agreed. Show us the results, Shoko.

Shoko taps her watch and projects the results on a nearby screen. Everyone goes silent—completely stunned.

EVERYONE (IN UNISON)
This can’t be real…

The hallway erupts into chaos. Shock, disbelief, frantic whispering. All at once, they rush into the hidden room, totally forgetting they were supposed to give Yuji and Megumi space.

Shoko walks in first, ready to deliver the shocking revelation.

“Hey, did you guys finish talking in there?” Shoko shouted as the results came in “The blood test just came in and you guys really need to see this.”

Yuji asked Ame to see if she if feeling better to see if she is ok for the results of the blood test “Kid, you feeling better?”

“Yeah I’m feeling better. Show me the results.” Ame replied, wanting to see if her theory is correct.

Shoko and the sorcerers entered the room in a state of shock as they saw the test result and could not believe what it showed them.

“Oh, Yuta you already got here,” Shoko said as she was about to give Yuta the blood test results.

“Yeah, I teleported here. What does it say?” Yuta asked as he is also impatient about having the results.

Shoko gave Yuta and both he, Megumi and Yuji were in total disbelief as they just got the answer on why the ritual chose Ame and not Gojo’s little sister.

“Ame, quick question, Do you know who your dad is and when where you born?” Yuji asked nervously to make sure the test wasn’t an error.

“Not really. My mom never told me and both my grandparents don’t know who it is. My mom said it was an accident she had after a hook-up with a random guy she met in her study abroad in Japan. She kept me because she didn’t want an abortion and she believed she could raise me on her own. She didn’t want anything to do with him because she didn’t want a narcissist helping her raise me (she had bad experiences with boyfriends like that) and she barely knew anything about the guy.”

She continued to say “All that she told me about him is that he was the most beautiful person she met, he was extremely self-centered and talked about himself, his hobbies, and how great he was all the time, and never listened to her. She also told me he was very analytical about her appearance and thought it would impress her with it, but it just creeped her out a lot. After they hooked up, he disappeared without a trace as he only told her “This wasn’t satisfying and I’m now bored” and left without a trace or any way to contact him. Oh, and he weirdly talked about Digimon.”

Everyone was shocked as this completely confirmed the information they just witnessed. This description fits their mentor to a tee.

Ame then asked, “Ok, what does the blood test say?”

Yuta showed her the test results and told her “Ame, this says you are Satoru Gojo’s biological daughter.”

Ame shouted “WHAT!” in shock as she finally found out who is her biological father and what would this mean for the rest of her life.

Chapter 6: Ame Gojo

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

“There’s no way this can be true,” Ame said to herself after the revelation that her biological father was Satoru Gojo, the strongest and most famous sorcerer in modern history before the collapse of Tengen’s barriers.

Ame collapsed from shock, curling into a fetal position as her thoughts spiraled out of control at a rapid pace.

“Wait, so this means my father was a true legend. No way. Gojo, that Gojo, was my dad?”. Would this mean I also inherited his innate talent for sorcery? Would I soon turn into the next Satoru Gojo if I mastered by new eyes and technique? What would people think of me after learning this? Would they want me for me or for who my father is? Would this also mean everyone will expect me to be as important and talented as he is? God this would be a lot of work and I don’t want to be that important or sent to fight icky curse spirits.”

She was thinking multiple thoughts in a fraction of a second as this is a passive application of the superhuman processing speed the Gojo clan’s most sacred treasure granted Ame. But this was one thought that upset her after all of does questions and notions that generated in her head. One that reminded her of her situation.

“Wait, this means, I have a father that I can never meet in person. So this means today I technically lost 2 parents. I that raised me and cared about me, and one that I never knew existed until or ever had the time to meet in person.” (Sniff Sniff) Ame shed a tear because of this truth.

“Woah, you okay their kid,” Yuji picked up Ame after she fell off her seat and started tearing up from all of this information.

“Yeah, it's just a lot to take in. So, the most famous sorcerer in the world, a man who defied a generation in the best fight in history, IS MY FATHER!”

Ame shouted this out of a combined emotion of confusion, excitement, sadness, and shock. Mostly confusion and shock at this moment.

“Yeah, we don’t believe it either,” Megumi said as he never thought Gojo had any relations in his life or had any accounts of a mistress or even bringing a woman to his house in the first place.

Nobara remembered something Shoko said before they all entered the hidden room. “Hey Shoko, you were about to say something about Gojo-sensei’s love life before we all saw the tests and entered the room.”

Shoko was a little embarrassed about this information as both she, Utahime, and Nanami are the reason Gojo has a sex life, to begin with and that might be the reason why Ame exists in the first place.

“Question Ame, can I see a picture of your mother for a minute?” Shoko said kindly and calmly to avoid it being awkward or make the moment more depressing than it was.

“Yesh, sure. Here you go.” Ame then opens her smartphone, which is just a cube that expanded into a very durable phone, which in 2030, was designed to take photos or record curse spirits. She went through her photos which just popped a thought in her mind.

“Oh my god, this might be the only way I can see my mother again.” She found the best picture of her mother she could find to show Shoko.

“Here you go,” Ame displays a clear photo of her mother to the doctor and she is surprised at who it is. Shoko then replied, “Oh, that explains it.”

“You know this woman” Nobara replied with curiosity of who was Gojo’s “baby mama”.

“Yeah, I now know why you exist,” Shoko replied to everyone as she explained who this woman was and why Ame existed.

We then go back to the beginning of 2015 where we see Nanami, Shoko, and Utahime as they are now drinking in a bar and catching up with each other’s lives. They did not invite Gojo as this time he was being very egotistical as he finally perfected his domain expansion and the use of his limitless. He had reached the peak of his skill and power, but also the peak of his ego.

The 3 were fed up with his ego and his constant annoyance of the 3 daily (especially since Nanami just got back in the game), but couldn’t find a way to piss him off or get under his skin to knock him down a peg because they couldn’t find a real flaw or thing to make fun of. We were annoying, but a perfect man in every way.

But, when they were drunk after a night of drinks, they realized something, and it was something big. They realized that Satoru Gojo had never had sex and was still a virgin. The next time they saw Gojo, they tested if making fun of his virginity would get under his skin or get a rise out of him and it worked. It pissed it off and got him to act erratic and embarrassed, which was unusual for his cool and easygoing personality. Nanami even tested this out, which cracked a smile on the serious salaryman.

Even Mei Mei got in on the joke and they created hilarious titles that would make Gojo turn as red as a tomato out of frustration but couldn’t find an effective comeback to this as he did not have a single defense for something he didn’t know how to get rid off.

Hakari interrupted “Wait, can we hear some of these titles? I am very curious about what you thought of Gojo.”

Shoko replied “You should have more respect for the dead. Especially in front of his daughter.” He then asked “At least tell us one. I don’t have the patience to wait to hear about this.”
Shoko then responded “If I text you one would you let me finish the story and stop asking about this.” Hakari responded with a big “Yes” as he just wanted to hear one even if it disrespected his master. She responded with “Ok, there I just texted it to you. You're happy.”

“(Giggle) Yeah, I’m good.” Everyone was curious about what she texted Haraki, but he only showed it to Ame to make her feel a little better. She giggled as it made her forget her pain for a moment. Everyone was still curious about what was so funny.

So to continue with this explanation, one day in late 2015, Gojo teleported to Shoko’s house to show her a photo in bed with a random woman that shows proof that he finally did the deed so everyone could stop making fun of him. She asked him what was her name, but he didn’t remember or know much about her as he wasn’t paying attention to her at all and just wanted to get to his goal. She was just hooked up and Shoko just asked him “So, how was your first time?”

His response was somewhat different from what Shoko expected from Gojo’s first time with a woman. He responded “It was just having sex with someone and that’s it. It was just a having pleasure and feeling barely anything afterwards. I don’t get why you guys cared about this at all because it just leaves you empty afterward. Like it leaves you hollow inside, you know.”

It was honestly quite a depressing site as his eyes and expression looked like he was very disappointed and that he was missing something essential in this very human act. It just reminded him how isolated he really was and that made him feel that he was missing something in his humanity. It made Shoko depressed as well as this was her fault and she didn’t want to see her friend depressed. She asked if Gojo could turn off the limitless so she could hug him to make him feel better.

Gojo turned limitless off and this act of empathy and compassion honestly felt better than the sex itself. Shoko also asked, “Did you wear a condom?” to make sure Gojo didn’t do anything stupid.

“Why would I need a condom? I can just use RCT to heal myself or prevent any transmission of sexual diseases, so there is nothing to worry about.” This worried Shoko for many reasons but ignored it as she knew Gojo wouldn’t do something as stupid as not pulling out. She was very wrong.

Shoko concluded with “That’s why you exist.” to finished her explanation and told Ame that her mother was the same person in the photo. Everyone was flabbergasted and wide-eyed from hearing this as Ame responded with “So, I’m just the result of Gojo trying to lose his virginity.”

“Yes.”

Ame got on the couch to process this information and everyone talking about what they heard, but Yuta’s phone just received a call.

“Speak of the devil, I have to go outside for this. It’s the Gojo clan and they want to know who was granted the Six Eyes.” He walked outside as he didn’t want them to see Ame yet as she is still processing all this information.

≈=====≈===≈===========================================

Outside of the hidden room, Yuta answers the call on his phone’s Facetime. We see an old woman wearing a white kimono with blue petals painted on. She has pure white hair, grey eyes, and red lipstick. We also see in the background what looks like outside of the Gojo clan estate which has autumn leaves falling in the background.

“Have you found the recipient of the Six Eyes?” The woman questioned with a calm, yet tense tone as they needed to know if the ritual worked.

Yuta responded “Yes, we did. The recipient is a 14-year-old girl by the name of Ame Sakamoto and the reality is she is Satoru’s biological daughter.” This information shocked the old woman from this realization.

“Wait, Satoru has a daughter? I have a grandchild?” The woman questioned as no one knew that Gojo was a father and had a daughter he didn’t know about.

“Yes Ms. Aika, Satoru has a biological daughter and that makes you a grandmother. Satoru had no idea of her existence because she was an accident caused by a random hook-up. She has the Six Eyes and great curse energy reserves from the looks of it, but we don’t know what her technique is. All I know is that she has a technique and it isn’t limitless. Also, she is extremely fragile now as her mother just died in an accident.”

“Oh, that’s great. She can live in the estate with her family.” Aika replied disturbing Yuta with her apathy as he sees that she does not care about what happened to Ame or her loss and only cares about the Six Eyes and her power.

This made Yuta visibly upset about her reaction and changed the topic by replying with “So, how’s Jijo doing? Is she feeling better?”

She replied “Yes, Jijo is doing fine. She’s now resting in bed and Hidetaka is looking after her. So, bring her here so she can live with us.” Yuta was even more upset as she barely cared about her own daughter’s health after she died and only cared about having Gojo’s daughter in her mits.

“I’ll bring her tomorrow, now she needs time to process everything. It was a long day.” Aika agreed to this and will wait for her to be brought to the estate.

Yuta went back to the room to explain the new situation to the Gojo clan. She was excited to meet her paternal grandparents to learn more about the other half of her family, but right now she wanted to go back to her apartment and be alone for the night. Everyone agreed to leave and meet up tomorrow to continue to talk about the situation and what this would mean.

Megumi accepted to be the one to take Ame home safely and she accepted this. Driving her home, Ame still wore the sunglasses that Shoko gave her and was spaced out as she just wanted her day to end and what happened to be just a bad dream.

====================================================

She got to her apartment complex and was just exhausted. Megumi asked, “Hey kid, you feeling better?” She responded with a “a little” which made Megumi feel more upset that she could not do anymore. He gave Ame his number and said “Here kid, if you need someone to talk to about this or anyone to help you with the grieving process, you can call me any time you want. I’ll be there if you need any help.”

She responded with “Thanks Mr. Fushiguro,” as she was grateful for Megumi trying to help her through this process.

She entered her dark apartment in the middle of the night knowing it was only her who lived there now as she was now an orphan with a mother who just died and a father who she just found out was no longer with her or knew of her existence.

She took off her uniform, took a shower to soak her sorrow put her oversized t-shirt on, and plopped on her bed. She buried her face in the pillow, her screams muffled, but relentless. Her throat burned, her chest ached, and still, the tears came, until her body gave up before her mind could.
All she wanted to do was scream at the world and just let out all her emotions till she felt hollow to avoid all of this pain deep inside her soul.

After hours of crying, she could not sleep and called her grandparents to tell them the news. She thought it was best for them to learn what happened from her own words and for them to find comfort in her grief and their words. This was only the beginning of her fate in this twisted story she would call her life.

Notes:

I wanted Gojo to feel empty from this because he realized he was missing something from this experience because this wasn't having sex with someone he loved or cared about. This was just sex, the action of procreation and pleasure, but nothing else behind it. Just something that makes him feel empty.

For does who want to know, the title Shoko sent Hakari was "The Sexless". There was also "The Maidenless", "The virgin Buddha", "Throughout heaven and earth, I alone have no bitches", "The one who can't touch anyone", and many more.

You are going to see why Aiko acts the way she does and the rest of the Gojo clan next chapter.

Chapter Text

Ame spent the entire night crying over her mother’s loss and processing the revelation of her father’s identity and that his family wants to see her today. She called her grandparents late at night, as she thought it was best for them to learn what happened to her mother from her own words and for them to find comfort in each other in their grief.

When they heard the news, they were beyond devastated learning about the death of their daughter but found some peace knowing their granddaughter was alive and well. They told Ame they were going to pick her up in three days and have her mother’s funeral in Michigan, where she was born.

Ame then explained everything that happened to her after her mother’s death, and they were shocked to find out the identity of her father and the awakening of her abilities. She doesn’t know what to do after all that is happening and said she would come to a conclusion on what to do after her mother’s funeral.

They were skeptical and nervous about this and begged her to stay with them, but after all the information that was revealed yesterday, she didn’t know if she should stay with her grandparents like she wanted or see what would happen if she stayed with the Gojo clan to look for a purpose and use her potential like her mother told her to. She still has a lot to figure out until then.

It was 11:30 in the morning, and she was still asleep in bed, only sleeping five hours total the entire night. She wanted to sleep and wait for her mother to wake her up but remembered she was no longer in her life.

She woke up drained of all life but completely overwhelmed by the Six Eyes, as she could see light in extreme detail, burning her eyes as she was not used to seeing the morning in such detail.

She opened her smartphone and saw a message from Megumi saying he and Yuta were going to pick her up at 12 to take her to the Gojo clan estate.

She rushed to prepare for Megumi and Yuta’s arrival, but she was still sluggish and went to get lunch, which was just leftover pizza she had in the fridge.

After eating lunch, she went to the bathroom to prepare for the day and tried to make herself feel better and not seem so depressed when both sorcerers picked her up.

When she saw her body’s reflection in the mirror, she noticed something weird about her body.

“What’s with this weird cursed energy surrounding my body?” she thought to herself, as she had never really seen her entire body with the Six Eyes until now.

Her cursed energy focused inside her brain and connected to her soul. It flowed with extreme efficiency because of the Six Eyes but ticked and moved like the hands of a clock. It seemed to be slowly accelerating and forming an invisible barrier around her. As she noticed this, things started to move slower around her.

The water running in her sink started to drop slowly like it was made of molasses or syrup. She calmed herself down to make things move at a normal speed.

“Wait, was that my technique? Freaky.” Ame could not fully understand what her technique does or how it works, but she just told herself, “No time to figure out my powers. I’ll just have Yuta or Megumi figure it out. Shit, I’m late.”

She prepared as fast as possible just to be on time. She wore sneakers, jeans, a black To Be Hero X t-shirt, and her favorite blue hoodie.

She left her apartment but was half an hour late, as both sorcerers were waiting outside in Megumi’s car, since he was the only one who knew where Ame lived.

“Get in, before anyone sees,” Megumi said with great stress and worry, as something had happened in the last 24 hours.

She rushed to the car, where she met both Yuta and Megumi. “I knew I was a little late, but I didn’t know we were in a hurry.”

“No, it’s not that. Megumi means you have to get in as people now know about you,” Yuta explained, as she didn’t know what happened.

“Wait, what do you mean people now know about me?”

Yuta showed Ame a Twitter post showing that some drones and shikigami took pictures of the supreme-grade cursed spirit attack and that they took a picture of Ame awakening the Six Eyes that went viral.

“Cool, I’m viral,” Ame said, as she had never gone viral before and loved the comments in the post saying she was beautiful. It made her happy for a moment before both sorcerers explained the full situation.

Megumi replied strictly, “No, it’s not. It’s terrible, especially now.” Ame didn’t know what this meant.

“What Megumi means is that it’s the worst possible time for people to learn that the Six Eyes has returned to the world, especially what follows after people learn about it.”

“W-Wait, what happens after they know I exist?” Ame asked nervously. Megumi replied, “You’ll have a bounty put on your head to either kill you or capture you to study and reverse-engineer the Six Eyes. It happened to your father when he was born, and it happened to the Six Eyes user before your father.”

“Wait, WHAT!?” Ame replied, even more nervously, as she would soon be hunted.

“Well, yes. The Six Eyes is the rarest and most valuable genetic trait in the world and the key to giving someone perfect cursed energy efficiency. It was something that completely changed the balance of the world when your father was born. Every major curse user or cursed spirit that existed before Tengen’s barrier collapsed would try to kill the Six Eyes to prevent another Satoru Gojo from existing in the world.”

Ame, now shivering in fear, replied, “W-Wasn’t t-that i-i-in the m-manga?” Yuta replied, “Yes, but what that manga didn’t tell you is that other governments would try to pay to capture you to study the Six Eyes.”

Yuta explained that governments of the world act like they are on good terms with Japan, as they are the ones who teach them how to use cursed energy and how to exorcise cursed spirits, and they come here to learn more and use their services.

But in reality, they have great resentment toward Japan for the collapse of Tengen’s barriers and its mastery of jujutsu sorcery and would do anything to get ahead of Japan to the point where Japan is no longer useful to the world.

Countries like the USA (which did everything in their power to be on Japan’s good side), Russia, and Korea have the technology to use genetic engineering to replicate the Six Eyes’ power.

Russia and Korea already tried this when both sent agents to Japan and tried to dig up Gojo’s grave just to try to study the Six Eyes, as their anatomy is a complete mystery. They will do anything to learn how it works.

“And because you are in a fragile state—mentally, physically, and emotionally—and the fact that you know nothing about using your technique or cursed energy in general, plus you don’t have the Limitless, which means you don’t have the perfect defense your father had… you're one big target.”

After Yuta finished with his explanation, Ame was in a state of pure fear for her life. But this wasn’t the thing that made her more upset, because if what they say is true, it would mean that she couldn’t go to her mother’s funeral in Michigan.

“If this is true, would this mean I can’t go to Mom’s funeral? And if I go, would I be putting my family in danger?” Ame was disappointed about this.

“Yuta, I think you went too far with the details,” Megumi said, a little frustrated by how blunt Yuta was about the situation.

Yuta replied with a tone of sincerity, “This was the only way to explain the entire situation without upsetting the girl.”

“Wait, does this mean I can’t go to my mom’s funeral in Michigan?” Ame asked, looking for a solution to her problem.

Both simultaneously asked, “Michigan?” as they did not know about this information.

“Yeah, I talked to my grandparents last night and told them everything that happened. We decided to have my mother’s funeral in Michigan, where she was born and where her family lives. If what you’re saying is true, is there any way for me to go to Michigan and attend my mom’s funeral and make sure no one would be in danger?”

Both sorcerers looked at each other, not knowing how to respond to the girl, as they didn’t know what to do in this situation. Yuta replied, “We’ll find a way to make sure you attend your mother’s funeral. I think I know a few sorcerers perfect for the job of protecting you and your family.”

Ame had a spark of joy after hearing this, as it gave her a light at the end of the tunnel. “Really?” Yuta responded confidently to the young girl, “Yeah, don’t worry, it will be fine.”

Ame had a sigh of relief, knowing she could mourn her mother’s death properly and be with her family in the USA.

The Gojo Estate wasn’t just land, it was legacy. Tucked away in Chiba’s quiet hills, it stretched for thousands of acres, its ancient buildings and whispering forests breathing with history. A fusion of tradition and quiet power, it stood watch over Tokyo like a silent guardian. The air felt heavier here as if the estate itself was alive, watching, waiting, remembering. To step inside was to enter the heart of the Gojo clan, where the past never truly slept.

“Look, we’re here,” Yuta said as they entered the grounds of the Gojo clan’s private estate.

This was land several thousand acres wide, owned by the Gojo clan for several generations and centuries. It was outside of Tokyo and had several Japanese buildings connected like a network and its own forest. The estate had a perfect view of Tokyo and a pleasant smell that always calmed the nerves of the most stressed-out people in the world.

They all exited the car and walked to the beautiful main building. Megumi had to leave, as he had business to attend to back at Jujutsu High.

When Ame and Yuta entered the main building of the estate, they were met by members of the Gojo clan, waiting to meet the new Six Eyes user reborn in the new age.

Notes:

Yeah, this arc will be slow with no real action as it's more so for exposition and Ame entering her new life. The action will take place in the next arc.

I needed many rewrites for this chapter as I wanted it to be good and I have problems with writing dialog and using too much esposition.

For does who haven't read the reddit posts explaining this new world:

A supreme grade curse spirit is a new and more dangerous than special grade curse spirits because they are either made out of pieces of the dormant merger that leaked out onto the surface and became a curse spirit or a regular curse spirit that absorbed this piece and reached a level of power that can be a threat to an entire city or to the country. They are either as big as a kaiju in a state of absolute psychosis or with extremely powerful hax like Jogo or Mahito on average. These curses are not to be messed with as they have human intelligence, but their cognitive functions are very disoriented as they are an amalgamation of the consciousness of does who died in the culling games and are in a state of psychosis and disoriented from reality. They are only born in Japan or in Russia (it will be explained in the story why and the difference between the ones in Japan and the ones in Russia) and its extremely rare to find one outside of these 2 countries. It takes multiple special grade sorcerers (Now called grade 0 (explained on reddit) and grade one sorcerers just to kill one as they need to be killed as fast as possible.

Chapter 8: The Gojo clan

Chapter Text

The 2 entered the Gojo clan and were immediately greeted by core family members with great excitement and glee for the return of their most sacred treasure in the hands of the unknown daughter of their beloved son.

“Oh my, you must be my granddaughter. How lovely it is to meet you.” Aiko said to Ame while grabbing her face and pinching her cheeks.

“It’s nice to meet you too, uh…”

“Oh, my you don’t know my name. My name is Gojo Aika, but you can call me Granny.” The matriarch of the Gojo clan responded to her granddaughter.

“Oh, ok. Nice to meet you too Granny. Can you please let go of my cheeks, they’re starting to hurt.” Ame responded as Aiko’s overexcitement nearly pierced her face with her fingers.

“Oh right, I’m so sorry dear. I’m just so excited after finding out that the Six Eyes have returned to us and what’s more, our darling son has left us a beautiful grandchild that we never knew existed.”

Aiko and the rest of the Gojo clan were overjoyed about Ame’s arrival, but a little skeptical about what kind of sorcerer was Ame.

A small older woman who appears to be in her mid-70s or 80s wearing a white kimono with a rose pattern and long white hair tied in a maru-mage bun went up to Ame to have a closer look at the girl, but was very frustrated about what she saw “Is this girl really the new Six Eyes? She looks too weak and flabby to be the new user or even Satoru’s daughter.”

“Ouch,” Ame thought to herself as the comments from the old lady struck a nerve.

“Yes mother, it was verified and everything by Yuta. Oh, where are my manners? Ame, this is my mother and your great-grandmother Gojo Sayuri.”

“Bah! If she were Satoru’s daughter, then he would be disappointed from looking at her. I fear the ritual chose a dud instead of a proper family member with skill like Jijo. Does she even know how to control curse energy and does she even have the Limitless technique?”

“Well Sayuri, she just awakened the Six Eyes and her technique yesterday. So she doesn’t really have any experience until now.” Yuta vouched for Ame as he didn’t like how they were judging her or the harsh criticism Sayuri was speaking.

“So she’s a dud who doesn’t even have the limitless technique. And by the looks of it… Girl, is your mother from this country?

Ame with an expression of slight annoyance hides her growing anger as this old bat is slowly pissing her off by the question and answers her with a fake smile “Actually I’m from the USA. My grandpa on my mother’s side is from Japan, but my grandma is from the States.”

“BHA! So the Six Eyes wasn’t just given to a dud, but to an arrogant, stupid, fat American child who knows nothing of her country or jujutsu sorcery. How the gods have forsaken us”

Both Ame and Yuta didn’t like her tone and Ame was now tightening her hand till it slowly turned red and popped a vein.

An old man came to calm her down and tried to ease the tension between the two. He wore a black and white yukata and had wooden sandals. He was taller than his wife and had short grey hair with red eyes.

“Dear, please respect the girl. She is still young and has Satoru’s genes in her. She has a lot of time to learn and grow.”

“I am so sorry Miss. I’m your great-grandfather, Gojo Reiich. My wife just doesn’t like Americans or foreigners in general.” Reiichi replied, trying to make peace with the both of them in their first encounter.

“BHA! How can an American have any power to compete with our favorite grandchild!? Look at her, fat and unrefined with crooked teeth and messy hair. She must take after the American whore who Satoru impregnated when he was a foolish teenager.”

Both Ame and Yuta were pissed off at the old lady for the insolence and insults she gave at both Ame and her family. The rest of the clan was about to rush in to defuse the situation before it got worse.

Ame nearly punched the old hag, but Yuta stopped her before she did anything rash. “Sayuri, That’s enough! Ame just lost her mother and going through a tough time. Show some respect!”

“Oh, so the dud’s whore mother died? Then it just shows how weak she is as her mother must have died pathetically.”

Everyone was shocked and both Yuta and Ame looked like their about to explode with anger. Ame slipped through Yuta’s grip and went to punch the old woman’s face.

“I’LL SHOW YOU WHO’S PATHETIC!”

Ame punched the woman, but it felt like she punched a wall as the old woman’s curse energy reinforced the entire time. But something was way off with the moment.

The old woman fell off her feet but was falling in slow motion. Everything was moving at a very slow pace. From the people running towards her to the birds flying like they’re in place, to everything in between. She looked at herself and saw a blue see-through barrier made of tiny hexagonal panels wrapped around her entire body.

“Whoa, it’s happening again.” Ame thought to herself as she repeated what happened this morning in the bathroom. “So this is what my technique does, move at super speed.”

Then everything went back to normal speed, but Ame was hit with motion sickness as time caught up to her. “Burp,” she nearly vomited but swallowed it before she had to throw up.

“Uhh, so that her technique, the temporal manipulation of one's self and what you target. You used the active part of your technique to accelerate your frame of reference to move at high velocity. You displaced my hip you American brat.”

“Father, take mother to her room this instant.” Aiko felt great shame about what happened as this was on her watch. She bowed on her knees to plead for forgiveness for her mother’s hurtful words so they didn’t give a worse impression of the Gojo clan.

“I deeply apologize Ame, my mother gets disrespectful and condescending sometimes, please don’t think badly of us.” Ame was shocked that she was apologizing to her and not the other way around.

“No, no, no. I should be apologizing to you. I am very sorry for what happened.” Ame said in embarrassment and shame for punching her great-grandmother in the face (and feeling amazing when doing it).

“So her technique lets her manipulate the flow of time instead of manipulating space itself like the Limitless. She will be a great addition to the Gojo clan and will put us back on top,” Aiko thought to herself as she was intrigued with Ame’s technique combined with the Six Eyes and her growth potential.

“Sayuri, why did you instigate the poor girl? Did you actually hate her or did you just anger her so you could use your technique to see what her curse technique actually is?” Reiichi asks while taking Sayuri to their room to rest and not anger the girl even more.

“Both. Her technique has immense potential paired up with the Six Eyes, but it would be wasted on a stupid American brat like her. I know children who can punch harder than that.”

“Let’s just change the topic and move from this incident ok.” Yuta tried to calm everyone down

“Look, why don’t you show Ame around the estate and introduce her to the rest of the family while I attend to other business? I will choose sorcerers that will accompany Ame to Michigan when so she can attend her mother’s funeral safely.”

“I’d like that” Ame replied as she just wanted to forget what just happened and move on with her day. “Oh, I’d like that too. Let me show you the west wing of the estate.”

Aiko took Ame to the west wing so she could see the rest of the estate and the other Gojo clan members.

==================================================================

“I have to choose which sorcerers I can send to Michigan to protect Ame without interrupting her mother’s funeral, but which sorcerers should I send?” Yuta thought to himself on his way to his part of the Gojo estate.

“Itadori is immediately out, he’s too noticeable to the public, and the US already sees him as a weapon of mass destruction and would have the sorcerer Corp following him at all times. Todo worked overtime in both hunting curse spirits and teaching just to have a vacation with Takada and his kid so he’s out. Megumi seems like the perfect candidate to guard her. He’s extremely stealthy and extremely powerful, plus Ame seems comfortable with him and he knows how to grieve the death of your family. He’s perfect. But to make sure I should send 2 more sorcerers for the job.”

“Daddy.” 2 little girls in matching red and violet kimonos that look a lot like Yuta approach Yuta on his way to his wing. “Hey girls, where are you of to?”

“We want to see the new Six Eyes user”, “Yeah, it’s the closest will ever get to seeing Satoru Gojo in person.” Yuta's anger and frustration from earlier disappeared completely the minute he saw his 4-year-old twin daughters Mai and Riko.

“You shouldn’t go right now. She’s having a talk with Aiko and taking a tour around the house. Maybe later when she gets to our wing.

“That’s not fair” both twins uttered with disappointment on their faces. “Tsuyoshi gets to go see the Six Eyes lady,” Riko said as her brother gets to have all the fun.

“So that’s where he is.” Yuta said as he did not see his son all morning. “Yeah, he wants to see if the lady can see or notice him.”

“Oh ok, well I’m going to see Mommy. Wait, has Mommy awake?” Yuta asked as Maki returned at midnight from a job she had in Brazil. Both responded “Yeah, Mommy woke up, but she’s hiding to surprise you.”

“Oh really, let’s see I can find her,” Yuta said with great excitement and slight arousal.

He used his curse energy control and new curse energy trait to move at high velocity to look at every inch of his part of the estate but hasn’t found her anywhere. He looked everywhere but couldn’t find her anywhere. When he got to his and Maki’s room, there was something on the sealing that dropped on Yuta.

He uses his amped nervous system to have instantaneous reflexes to dodge what dropped in, but it uses the air to move and maneuver in an unpredictable way that grabs Yuta with its unbreakable grip.

“Cot you,” said Maki as she grabbed Yuta by the leg flipped him over like a pancake, and then grabbed him like a puppy. “You missed me?”

“Always.” They both make out as they haven’t seen each other the entire weekend and miss each other’s company. Maki still had the burn scars she had in her teens, but had a big growth spurt in the last 11 years as she now measures 6’4 and put on nearly 30 pounds of muscle (after having 3 kids). She grew her hair out and was still wearing her pajamas from last night.

“Oh, I just brought in Ame so we have about 50 minutes alone before she gets here”

“Good, that’s enough time to give me what I want,” said Maki as she wanted Yuta badly. “Oh, and remember to put up the barrier so the kids don’t hear.”

“Thanks for reminding me.”

==================================================================

Aiko and Ame walk the gilded halls of the north wing of the Gojo estate as the sun shines on the house with a golden glow and the smell of nature and flowers intoxicates the area with a sense of pure tranquility. Both get to the living room of the north wing where it was outside the building.

Ame saw the beautiful scenery of the living room as it had a magnificent view of the mountains and the midday sun with a cool breeze blowing at her face. An old man appears to be resting in a hammock enjoying his day after treating his daughter all night.

“Hidetaka, wake up. Say hello to our granddaughter.” Aiko said to wake up her husband and ruin his sense of tranquility. “I’m up, I’m up.”

The old man appeared to be in his mid 60’s like his wife with grey and black hair. He has average height and had a thin physique, he had thick black and grey eyebrows and his eyes where so slanted they appeared to be closed. His clothing was completely different from the rest of his family as he was wearing khakis with suspenders holding up his pants, a white dress shirt, brown loafers, and an aqua blue newsboy cap.

“You must be Ame, nice to meet you. That makes me your granddad. Names Hidetaka.” He said with an old raspy voice as he shook Ame’s hand.

“Nice to meet you too. Wow, you have a strong grip.” Ame said as this was the Gojo clan member she actually liked that didn’t piss her off or pinched her face till it pierced her cheeks.

“You look like Satoru, down to his eyes. I feel he would be proud to have created such a beautiful kid in the world.” Hidetaka said as Ame’s appearance and eyes gave him a sense of nostalgia and reminiscence of his late son.

Ame blushed from his complete and made her feel better already after Sayuri’s insults. She hears stomping coming her way and senses a presence she only felt once.

She started to see a red tether of curse energy appearing out of nowhere connecting to her soul. A woman in her mid 20s appear behind her huffing and puffing on the bring of collapsing trying to get here.

Ame saw the woman behind her and it finally clicked. “That’s the woman I saw when I was dead,” she thought to herself as she is now seeing where is the other end of the tether connected to.

“Jijo, you should still be in bed. You are still frail.” Hidetaka said as he is worried for his daughter’s fragile state after dying and being revived.

“Huff, hufff. No, I want to see who inherited the Six Eyes.” The woman was extremely beautiful with long white hair, grey eyes, modern hikimayu eyebrows, tall and curvaceous build. She was wearing a pink kimono that was about to fall off and was barefoot. Both women looked deep into each other's eyes.

“So that’s the woman who was supposed to have the Six Eyes.” Ame thought.

“So that’s the brat who stole my destiny from me.” Jijo thought to herself.

Both women now connected by fate have finally met each other for the first time.

Notes:

Sayuri's technique is called, Analysis. She can analyze what any technique does by sampiling stimuli caused by the technique.

I made Ame's technique time-based instead of space-based like her father's because it is the opposite her her father's ability and it would be interesting to have a protagonist with time powers.

Yuta's family lives in the Gojo Estate including his sister, while his parents got a new house he paid for and a condo in the Bahamas he got for their 20th anniversary.

If you ask why Yuta is buffer in this timeline, you just saw it. He didn't work out to become stronger but to survive having sex with Maki as she has broken his pelvis multiple times along with his neck, skull, fingers and nearly had his dick crushed while inside her. You need to be a monster to survive a monster.

Read the one-shot I created that takes place 3 years before the main story: https://ao3-rd-3.onrender.com/works/66077887
I'm planning to make multiple one-shots taking place before the main story just to explore the timeline and characters.

Chapter 9: The Red Thread of Fate

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

On August 31, 2030, at 10:00 pm, a link in the chain of events was forged that would change modern history forever and start the creation of the red thread of fate between two family members.

Late at night in the Gojo estate where Yuta and his family were on vacation in Puerto Rico after a month of non-stop missions and most members of the Gojo clan were out doing their own activities, a curse spirit appeared in the estate without anyone, or anything detected it’s presence at all.

This curse spirit was a semi-grade 2 curse spirit that looked like a floating octopus, but it was unusually intelligent as it knew how to maneuver the estate flawlessly and without being caught by the remaining members like it knew what it was exactly looking for.

It went and entered the basement where the Gojo clans kept all their documents and cursed objects it collected over the generations. It dug at least 3 meters deep to find something specific under the basement, something the Gojo clan didn’t know about.

It found a scroll encased in concrete surrounded by a black liquid that emitted immense levels of curse energy that caught the attention of Gojo Jijo who was still in the estate resting after a long day’s work. She sensed what happened immediately and rushed toward the location.

The curse spirit sensed her presence, so they grabbed the scroll and bolted out of the estate as fast as they could, but it was already finished before it could ever escape the Gojo estate.

The distance between it and its escape became longer and longer, never really moving from its spot, to begin with as the exit’s distance was stretched out infinitesimally into little gaps of space. It was too late as it was instantly destroyed by Jijo.

The scroll dropped and the concrete casing broke open. Jijo grabbed it but had no recollection of its existence and couldn’t stand the smell of the traces of the black liquid coated in the cement.

Jijo never knew the existence of this scroll as she had memorized every object and document in the basement, but out of pure curiosity, she opened the scroll and read all its contents.

What she saw was nothing more than a miracle handed to her in a silver plater as the contents of this scroll showed a step-by-step guide on how to grant a Gojo clan member the Six Eyes after a natural-born user is dead and no new user is born.

“This is magnificent, no spectacular. The universe has given me a gift to open up a life of pure greatness, greatness that can overshadow Satoru himself” Jijo thought to herself with a wide grin and eyes wide open, looking at a gift granted by fate.

Later that morning, she showed the rest of the Gojo clan what she saw and it was they were shocked but also skeptical of something like this.

“How could you know this could be the real deal? There was no history of using a ritual in our family’s history.” Aiko said with great skepticism as this could be an act of delusion or desperation from her second favorite child.

“But it’s the truth, mother. It was found under the basement, and it looks like the real deal. It could benefit us in many ways and make the Gojo clan a big player in the Jujutsu world again.”

“I don’t know Jijo, we never saw this scroll in the entire archive and something like this should come at a great cost,” Hidetaka responded as he was worried for his daughter and the cost his family has to pay to attain the Gojo clan's greatest gift.

“But father, we need this. Ever since Satoru’s final battle went global and Tengen’s barriers collapsed, the Gojo clan has been losing importance in the world of Jujutsu we once had and it’s noticeable. The New Shadow Style school made us obsolete and made some of our techniques like falling blossom emotion public and part of their teachings.”

“We barely have lost too much of our influence and nearly had to assimilate with the New Shadow Style school to keep our status and relevance like the Kamo clan. We only gained back a portion of our influence and status when we made Okkotsu Yuta our representative. We need someone on the level of the Six Eyes, on the level of Satoru to bring us back to our status and relevancy to the top of the jujutsu world along with having Okkotsu as our representative.”

SLAP, “DON’T YOU EVER COMPARE YOURSELF TO SATORU IN THIS HOUSE IN MY PRESENCE EVER AGAIN!” Aiko furiously screamed at Jijo after slapping her in the face for trying to compare herself with her favorite child.

“That is enough,” said Hidetaka trying to calm Aiko down and protect Jijo from her mother’s wrath. The slap left a mark and drew some blood on her left cheek. She hated her mother as she always saw Satoru as her precious treasure, but she saw her as nothing more than an accident that she only kept as a decoration in the house.

Sayuri stood up from her seat and expressed her agreement with Jijo. “The girl’s right! Our relevance and status only plummeted when Satoru died and has only gone downhill. The Copying Boy only brought us up, but not at the same level that we were before this new age began. We were one of the 3 great families that could change the fate of any person with just one word, feared and respected by all, and had techniques that curse users would kill just to learn about. Now we are just figureheads who barely have any say in the jujutsu world that only relies on the power of a very distant relative. Not a real Gojo clan member and married a Zenin no less, one who killed that entire clan of bitches, but still a Zenin.”

“The girl was an accident, but she is skilled in jujutsu sorcery, has deep pools of curse energy, and has a modern version of the limitless that has useful applications without the Six Eyes. If the ritual grants her the power of the Gojo clan’s most precious treasure, she will be a more powerful version of Satoru, a version that would put us back on top and taken seriously. Let the girl do it, she’s the only one taking the gamble.”

Most of the Gojo clan members agreed with Sayuri and Jijo’s statement, but there was one person (who wasn’t Yuta) who wasn’t in favor of the ritual.

“jijo, this isn’t safe or has an actual probability of survival. You literally have to die so the ritual will work and we don’t know if Yuta will participate to revive you when you die, and the things you need are complicated to pull off. I don’t want to lose another ch—” Hidetaka pleaded Jijo as he thought the risk was too large and didn’t want to lose another one of his children, but Aiko shut him up to interrupt him.

“Darling, if she wants to do the ritual, you can let her do it. She has made up her mind about this so she can do whatever she wants and Yuta isn’t so heartless as to let her die in the ritual. The reward is too great to be ignored. It was fate for her to find the scroll and bring back the Six Eyes, no it’s destiny.” Aiko said in a very condescending tone and fake smile.

“But, how big of a cost is bringing back the Six Eyes unnaturally? We can’t do a ritual we don’t know we're giving up.” Hidetaka said with great worry in his voice. Aiko and rest weren’t having any of it as Hidetaka was taking away a once in a lifetime chance that was brought by fate.

“Darling, don’t you want Jijo to achieve true greatness and help the family? She really wants to do this, don’t you want our daughter to achieve the peak of her abilities without being held back by the crappy side of our genetics?” Aiko gaslit Hidetaka to be in favor of this ritual and it was working.

Jijo looked into her father’s eyes and pleaded “Please father, let me do this. I’m the only one who has the prerequisites and capabilities to do this. I want to achieve true greatness in this clan, like how we used to.” This convinced Hidetaka to agree with the rest of the clan, but still didn’t like the idea and could not stop them even if he tried to.

All Gojo clan members agreed to do the ritual 15 days from now to gather all the ingredients and create the barriers necessary to pull it off.

=================================================

The process of the ritual is very lengthy and complicated as it has a 50/50 percent chance of working.

First, need to make a specialized curse energy circuit in a pool where the target’s body will be placed along with many specific talismans surrounding the pool to make a ring that will keep curse energy in and prevent the soul from moving on.

Second, you need to place the liquified remains of 170 curse spirits inside the pool and electrocute it with lightning.

Next, you create a specialized barrier to concentrate all the cursed energy into the user’s soul. These need a special object to keep them active in the ritual.

Then, 5 Gojo clan members must pour 1 liter of blood into the pool of liquified curse spirits.

Now, the participant in the ritual must have their entire body submerged in the pool naked and then killed painfully. Their entire corpse is submerged in the pool while members of the clan chant a specific mantra for 5 minutes.

Finally, the target is revived with reverse curse energy and after they are revived, their body and soul will be transfigured to have the Six Eyes and a brain to biologically sustain them.

The most important part is the recipient must have the strongest genetic connection/bond with the previous Six Eyes user and a technique that is highly compatible with the Six Eyes. The cost of this ritual is pushing the natural birth of a Six Eyes user between 1 to 5 centuries. The cost of messing with the cycle of life, death, and rebirth.

“Jijo, are you insane!!? Yuta uttered in a very noticeable tan after getting back from Puerto Rico with his family. Yuta disapproved of this ritual as it seemed way too suspicious and risky.

“Common Yuta, it’s for the good of the clan,” Jijo said in a condescending manner as she is trying to convince Yuta to help her out. He was still not convinced as this was too big of a risk.

“No, I know you, Jijo. It’s for the good of yourself,” Yuta replied. He had known Jijo since she was a little kid and had never thought or done anything kind for another without getting something big in return. “All you want is to get the Six Eyes and be greater than Sator--.”

Jijo grabbed Yuta's mouth preventing him from talking as she already knew exactly what he was about to say after this. She was angry and desperate for this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and didn’t want anyone to take it away from her.

“Listen to me Okkotsu, this is a 1 in 1 billion opportunity for me that fell into my lap on a silver platter. This is the only chance I have to achieve true greatness and escape that blindfolded dumbass shadow once and for all. I don’t care what happens to the clan or to myself. All I need you to do is to have that overfed butterball to empty 170 curse spirits so I can liquify them and then you resurrect me after I die with RCT. That is all I ask of you.”

Jijo’s grip tightened with every word she spat out, but Yuta was completely unfazed as the gap in power and skill between the 2 was as big as a gorge and she was not a real threat to him.

In 1 millionth of a second before Jijo could even react, a giant monstress hand popped out of nowhere to grab Jijo like she was a toy and a weird-looking sniper rifle was aimed at her head by none other than Maki Okkotsu (Zenin).

Let go of Yuta,” Rika said furiously as she saw the disrespect this woman was showing. “Take your hand off my husband before I need to test out my new rifle,” Maki uttered as she was ready to kill the woman who had her dirty mits on her husband.

Jijo feared for her life, thinking she would die before she could have her greatest wish come true. “IHW DOOWDN IHHWST,” Yuta uttered with his mouth still covered.

“What?” Everyone asked in tandem.

He pulled out her hand and said “I’ll do it”. Everyone was confused about why Yuta said yes to this insolent bitch. He didn’t care about what would this mean to his status or what would this do to the rest of the Gojo clan. All he cared about was what would this do to his family which wasn’t much.

Yuta looked her dead in the eyes and said “I’ll do it. I’ll get Souta to release 170 curse spirits for the ritual and I will revive you with RCT. But, whatever happens afterward, what price you have to pay, you will be the one who bears the consequences and negative effects of this ritual and I nor my family will help you with what happens next. Got it.”

“Got it,” said a frightened Jijo as both ladies let go of her. She didn’t care about the consequences or what would happen to the rest of the family. She only cared about what would she gain from this.

It was September 15th, the day of the ritual where everything started.

Jijo took off all of her clothes for the ritual. She was prepared to die and be reborn as the new Six Eyes user of the Gojo clan.

She entered the pool which was as black as tar and smelled like rotten garbage mixed in with feces. The one to kill her would be Aiko and when she killed her, she had a cold expression of indifference to killing her own child even if the death was just temporary.

Her lifeless body was submerged in the dark liquid and ready to be reborn. Her soul, her truest form was transported to an inky black void. She could not hear, smell, see, or feel anything in there, just sensed all curse energy like it was second nature.

She was entranced by her surroundings but felt another soul in front of her. A soul she never knew, but sensed like they were connected.

“Who is that? What is this connecting us?” Jijo thought to herself as she sensed a red thread of curse energy entangling the two souls in this void. Once this happened, she could see this soul clearly but saw her soul being reconstructed to obtain the Six Eyes, while she only could watch the process.

“NO, NOOOOOO! THAT IS MY GIFT, MY BIRTHRIGHT! YOU CAN’T TAKE THIS AWAY FROM ME! GIVE ME THE SIX EYES AND GRANT ME TRUE POWER, GRANT ME TRUE GREATNESS! GRANT ME AN ESCAPE FROM MY BROTHER’S LEGACY” Jijo tried to scream out all of this to do something, but not a word could even come out or be heard. All she could do was watch as the one thing she wanted in life, the key to achieving her biggest just be taken away from her by fate.

This seemed like fate itself, but the one in 10 billion chance of this happening in the exact moment it did felt more like divine intervention from a higher power.

We now go back to where this started. To the first real confrontation between Ame and Jijo. Jijo collapsed as even though Yuta completely healed her, the ritual and contamination of the pool was extremely draining and make her physically frail and in need of rest before she can recuperate.

Ame caught her before she could fall to the ground. “So you’re the person who was supposed to have these eyes in the first place,” Ame thought to herself when looking at Jijo’s beautiful face.

“I’ll carry her to her room,” Hidetaka said in worry for his daughter’s health. He carried her in his arms and took her to her room to properly rest.

Jijo woke up again, but it wasn’t in her room, it was in the same black void she was in when she died. She could see and hear better this time and was fully clothed in her robes this time.

“Why am I hear again? I didn’t die again, so why am I here?” Then floating in front of her was a goodly figure. A very tall man wearing a white Kāṣāya, but his face was completely covered by inky darkness and his voice was muffled by it.

I hope you liked my gift, but I think someone took it from you. Maybe I could fix that.

Notes:

Fun fact: Both Reiichi and Hidetaka are married into the family while Aiko and Sayuri are bron into the clan.

In the Gojo clan, does who are born in have higher authority in all clan decision than does who are just married in.

In this timeline, Maki took Yuta's name when she married him to be the final nail in the Zenin clan coffin, but people still call her Maki Zenin and most see it as her alias because she is a famous freelance sorcerer and curse user hunter overseas. She also gets along well with Rika as both mostly share Yuta and are protective over their kids.

The "overfed butterball" is Souta and one of my favorite characters in the series along with Keiichi. You might like her too and can learn more about her in the CTsandbox subreddit. She will appear and be important in the next arc which has more action.

Also, sorry about the monk's words, it was supposed to have a black background, but I am still new to AO3.

Chapter Text

“Is she going to be okay?” Ame asked Aiko as her daughter collapsed in front of her.

“Oh, she’ll be fine. She’s just recuperating after going through the ritual yesterday,” Aiko said with a genuine smile as if nothing serious had happened. “All that really matters is that you gained the Six Eyes and you're here with us, dear.”

Ame felt somewhat worried about the young woman. She could clearly see what was wrong with her and vaguely sensed her internal pain. She didn’t know why—only that Jijo was in great pain.

“I hope she gets better soon,” Ame said sincerely.

“Don’t worry, she recuperates faster than the average sorcerer,” Aiko replied.

“Oh, she can use RCT?”

“Not that I know of,” Aiko responded, showing no visible concern for her daughter’s health. She continued, “Well, why don’t we continue the tour of the estate to take our minds off things? I can show you the pantry and offer you some snacks.”

“Well… 'gurgle, gurgle' I am feeling quite puckish. I guess we can continue the tour,” Ame replied, still worried about Jijo but also feeling hungry, even after eating lunch about two and a half hours ago.

============================================================================================

“Mmff—this Kikufuku Mochi is delicious. Gulp—can I have another plate?” Ame asked after finishing a big plate of Kikufuku Mochi, especially the ones stuffed with Zunda cream.

“This girl seems to have quite the appetite for sweets. Maybe I shouldn’t offer her more—we don’t want her becoming as rotund as that monk girl Okkotsu adopted,” Aiko thought to herself, concerned about appearances. “Sure thing, dear,” she said to keep Ame happy.

“So, are you planning to stay in the estate like everyone wants you to?” a little boy asked, sitting beside Ame as she took another piece of mochi.

“Well, I’m still thinking about it. I plan to decide after I go to my mother’s funeral in Michi—Wait, where the hell did you come from!?” Ame exclaimed, shocked by the boy's sudden appearance.

“Ohh! Tsuyoshi, I told you not to sneak up on people. At least wear a bell when you come into a room so we know you're there,” Aiko scolded. No one in the Gojo clan could detect him with cursed energy, and he had a habit of sneaking around the house unnoticed.

“Tsuyoshi? Wait, Yuta mentioned you yesterday. You’re his kid. How long have you been here without us noticing?” Ame asked, noticing the boy had no cursed energy and was unusually muscular for a child.

“Since you started the tour with Miss Aiko,” Tsuyoshi answered, creeping both Ame and Aiko out. He’d been with them for nearly 2 HOURS, UNDETECTED.

“I see you’re not used to using your new eyes. It’s nice to meet you, Miss?”

“Ame. Ame Sakamoto,” she replied, shaking his hand—‘CRACK’—only to nearly drop to her knees in pain from his monstrous grip.

Ouch.”

“I am so sorry Miss,” Tsuyoshi apologized, clearly not in full control of his strength.

“Get out, Tsuyoshi. You already hurt her. And don’t break anything else on the way back,” Aiko snapped, frustrated and worried about the impression he was making.

“I’m really sorry. That kid always breaks things around the house and sneaks up on people. No one can sense him because of his Heavenly Restriction,” Aiko explained.

“Let me fix that hand of yours,” Aiko offered, applying her hand to Ame’s and using RCT. “Ahh—Ouch… Wow, my hand feels good as new. I didn’t know you could use RCT on others.”

“Oh yes. I was never good at barrier techniques, but I always had a talent for RCT—though not as potent as Okkotsu or Shoko,” Aiko said with pride. “I could even teach you how to use RCT and Curse Technique Reversal if you lived with us.”

“Really?” Ame responded, mildly excited by the thought. “But I’m still deciding if I should stay in Japan or move back to Michigan. I’ll think it over after the funeral.”

“But why live in Michigan when you could learn so much here with the Gojo clan? Yuta and Jijo could train you, and we can teach you how to use the Six Eyes properly.”

Ame now felt guilty for wanting a comfortable life with her maternal family. “But… what if I don’t want to live as a sorcerer?”

Aiko was stunned. “But why wouldn’t you want to be a jujutsu sorcerer? Don’t you want to honor your late father’s legacy? Don’t you want to use your gift to save people? This is practically destiny.”

“Well… I wouldn’t call it destiny. I just don’t want to live a life full of pain and regret. I don’t know if I can meet the same expectations as my dad.”

“Nonsense. Sorcerers don’t suffer like they used to. There are more of us now, so you're not alone. Pain and regret are just part of life—they prove you’re alive. And yes, this is destiny. What happened to you has a one-in-100-billion chance. You are meant for greatness.”

Ame felt overwhelmed by the pressure of her grandmother’s expectations. “But… can I really achieve that level of greatness?” she asked, finishing her plate of mochi.

Aiko looked deeply into Ame’s azure eyes. “Of course you can.”

“Hey, why don’t we practice identifying curse techniques using your new eyes?” Aiko suggested.

“Okay,” Ame agreed. She removed her sunglasses and observed Aiko’s body. She noticed her curse energy was focused around her hands and subtly warped the surrounding space. She also weirdly deduced Aiko’s exact age—58.

“I see the energy focuses on your hands, and the area around them is kind of wavy and bendy… but I can’t really tell what it does.”

“That’s alright. You’re still learning,” Aiko said, patient. “You were spot-on, though. Let me show you what it does.”

Aiko demonstrated her technique, grabbing and manipulating space like it was fabric. “It’s called Sky Manipulation. I can touch and manipulate space like it’s a tangible surface.”

“I’ve heard of that! That’s amazing!” Ame said, thrilled. “Wait, are we related to that assassin Uro?”

“Possibly. She was a sorcerer from the Heian era. Her bloodline might’ve mixed with the Gojo clan over the centuries.”

Ame felt at peace in that moment, like part of her pain had lifted. She focused on the present and felt happy being with her family.

“Hey Ame, when did you say you were going back to the US for your mom’s funeral?” Aiko asked casually.

“My grandparents are coming in three days. The funeral’s next week. Mr. Okkotsu said he’d have sorcerers accompany me to Michigan for protection.”

“So they already put a bounty on your head?” Aiko asked with feigned curiosity.

“Not that I know of, but Yuta said it’s only a matter of time.”

“I understand. When Satoru was born, he had a massive bounty. Assassins tried to kill him until he was nine. We had to hire people to guard him 24/7. Grown adults feared his potential because his birth shifted the balance of the world.”

“That sounds like a lonely life,” Ame said, saddened.

“Oh, it was. The only friends he had were from Tokyo Jujutsu High.”

“But I don’t think you’ll be lonely. You have people who care about you. You seem like a social type,” Aiko continued warmly.

“Well… I’m more of the lazy loner type,” Ame thought to herself. “Thank you for saying that, Miss Aiko.”

“We’re family, dear. Call me Grammy.”

“Oh, okay. Thanks, Grammy.”

“As a show of our bond, the Gojo clan will pay for your mother’s funeral. Why don’t you stay here until your grandparents arrive?”

Ame was stunned by the kindness and struggled to find words. “Y-Y-You don’t h-have to do all that. I-I-I have my own apartment, and my grandparents can cover it.”

“No, no. I insist. I couldn’t bear to leave a grieving child alone in an apartment. Think of it as a gift from your Grammy—and from the Gojo clan.”

Ame was deeply touched. “Well… thank you, Grammy. I really appreciate it.”

“Then I’ll show you your room in the south wing.”

“Okay—but first, I want to finish this mochi.”

=================================================

The two walked the beautiful mahogany halls of the estate’s south wing. Afternoon light poured through the windows, and autumn leaves drifted past. They enjoyed the peaceful scenery and each other’s company—until they encountered two little girls.

“Hello, Miss Aiko,” Riko and Mai said in unison.

“Oh, hello girls. What do you need?”

“Can we see the Six Eyes girl?”

“Ame, these are Okkotsu’s daughters, Riko and Mai.”

“Hi, girls,” Ame said awkwardly.

“We have a question,” the twins said in sync.

“Yeah, what do you want to know?”

“Can we see your eyes?” Riko asked.

“Yeah! And can you tell us what our curse techniques will be?” Mai added.

“Well, you can see them, but I’m not sure I’ll—figure—it—out…” Ame removed her sunglasses—and was completely stunned. The twins’ cursed energy was like two halves of an infinite well, flowing through their bodies.

“Wow, they’re so pretty,” the girls said in awe.

Mai continued, “So what can you see? What will our powers be?”

“Ah, um… I can’t really say. There’s just so much curse energy that it’s hard to tell,” Ame admitted, still shocked by their overwhelming potential.

“Oh, okay. Well, at least you tried. See you later, Miss Ame.” Riko waved goodbye as they already have their questions answered and saw Ame’s eyes. They went back to their side of the estate to be with their parents and Rika.

“I didn’t know kids could have so much curse energy at this age.” Aiko responded “Isn’t it wonderful? Those 2 will grow up to be powerful sorcerers like their father.” While walking to Ame’s room.

“Yeah,” Ame responded nervously as she was still stunned by the bottomless well of curse energy that the twins possessed. After a few more minutes of walking, they arrived at the room where Ame would be staying for the next 3 days.

This was a giant mostly empty room that was way bigger than Ame’s old room and possibly bigger than her living room with an amazing view of the forest and the afternoon sunlight. It had a wooden desk and a big walk-in closet, but it wasn’t the thing that stood out in the room as it was weirdly very well kept, had Digimon bed sheets and a big box in the corner of the walk-in closet filled with old console games and collectibles that was next to an arcade machine.

Ame was astounded seeing this big room, but a question popped into her head that she asked Aiko. “Hey, who’s room was this? It seems too good to be a normal guest room.”

“Actually I thought you would be the only person to have this room.” Ame curiously asked “Why me? What makes this room so special?”

“Because this room used to belong to your father.” Ame was surprised that the room that she would be staying in was her father’s old room. She didn’t know how to feel.

“Oh wow, thanks Grammy. I don’t know what to say.”

“You don’t have to say anything. I figured the only person to have this room would be someone truly close to Satoru and who is better than his own daughter.”

Ame was really touched by this sentiment and didn’t know what to feel about this. She was Satoru Gojo’s daughter, but in reality, she never knew who her father was until now or even if he was alive or not this entire time. She never felt so close and so distant from a person at the same time.

“Do you want to be left alone in the room to explore some of your dad’s memories?” Aiko said so Ame could get comfortable in the room and see what her father liked when she was her age.

“Yeah, I’m just gonna take a nap. It’s been a long day and I’m just tired from all this. I just want to sleep.” Ame was just overwhelmed with both meeting her paternal family and still adjusting to her new eyes. All she wants to do is to be alone and sleep.

“Ok. I hope you sleep well.” Aiko left the room and Ame went to the closet to take a look at her father’s old stuff. She took the box to the bed and rummaged through it to see Digimon collectibles, a Sega dream cast with every Sonic game, and a Nintendo 64 with many classic video games, but she noticed each game was single-player and didn’t have a controller for a player 2.

She took her sunglasses off to see if she could see the curse energy signature of her father, but she could only see the curse energy signatures of 3 separate people and couldn’t tell which one was from her father.

She took an Agumon plushy from the box and stared at it without her sunglasses and saw only one curse energy signature and thought it must be Gojo’s signature. She stared at it deeply, seeing every detail of the plushy and the curse energy signature to piece together some facts about her father.

Her surroundings unconsciously stopped, and she thought to herself “I wonder what kind of person you were in life. You must have been real lonely when growing up here, weren’t you Dad? I wish I could have known you better or known you at all when you were alive. But now I’m here with your family and in your room with your toys. I wish you and Mom were alive with me and not leave me alone in the world.” Not knowing she activated her curse technique subconsciously.

She was just tired and went to sleep, but since yesterday, she actually felt calm and her grief was on pause as all she wants is to not feel this pain and to only feel this happy feeling she’s experiencing. She was finally asleep.

==================================================================================

In the middle of the night, Jijo woke up alone in her room disoriented and frantic, remembering everything that happened.

Was that all real!? Was he real!? “ Jijo asked herself as she could barely believe what she just experienced was real in any way.

She then saw black liquid on the side of her bed start to evaporate into a line of white smoke. Her hand was dripping this liquid and when she saw her hands, she saw something written on both of her palms that confirmed the reality of what happened.

Everything that you saw, everything we talked about, and everything you agreed to was not a dream, but reality.

The message completely evaporated from Jijo’s hands and left her with a wide smile and eyes that gleamed in the moonlight. Knowing that an opportunity for greatness has finally been given to her, one that would help someone change the world.

Notes:

This is a dense chapter and it's a bit slow.

Yuta's near-infinite CE reserves were inherited by his children (Tsuyoshi is 5 and the twins are 4), but the twins reserves where divided between them as twins are treated as one person and Tsuyosi... Oh boy. Since the heavenly restriction removes all the curse energy and their ability to use it in exchange for a superhuman body, and that he would have YUTA'S CE reserves, this kid will be a physical monster unlike any other. He is now as strong has Toji and can kill special grades with his bare hands, but when he turns 18 he will be between prime All Might or prime Garp levels of strong and fast.

Aiko has sky manipulation and it's CTR. Also, Uro is a fact a distant relative of the Gojo clan.

Ame Six Eyes is different from other generations because it adapted and adjusted to her technique instead of adapting and adjusting to the Limitless.

Chapter Text

Ame didn’t take a nap in his father’s childhood bedroom but instead slept for 16 hours straight. She finally felt calm in her moment and thought she could sleep like she did before all this happened, but the moment she woke up, she felt dread and grief hit her slowly. She just wanted to stay asleep and not go back to reality.

She didn’t want the early morning sun to hit her eyes and make her wake up in her new reality. She wrapped her body in the her father’s Digimon bed sheets and blankets to form a cocoon to make herself comfortable and just sleep the rest of the day.

Jab, Jab, Jab’ a broom pokes her body from the outside of the sheet cocoon and waking her up from her sleep and remembering her situation. She wanted to go back to sleep and forget about her reality, but someone kept pocking her body and face.

“Keep poking it at her, she’ll wake up,” Mai said to Riko as they both wanted to wake up Ame from her sheet cocoon. Their mother said to leave the girl alone and let her wake up on her own, but they wanted to wake her up and mess with her because they were bored.

“Huh, just face the day and don’t feel gloomy. It will all be over when you go to the funeral and make your peace.” Ame thought to herself while being poked in the face as she just wanted to go through the day without feeling this grief or despair and thought it would all go away once she went to her mother’s funeral and made her peace.

“Knock it off you two! Don’t you have videos to watch or something—Ahh” Ame barked as she was pissed off after being poked awaked before being overwhelmed by the sun.

She saw the daylight and nearly burned her eyes as the Six Eyes caused immense overstimulation of light as she could see infrared light and ultraviolet.

She took the pillow casing of her Digimon pillow and wrapped it around her eyes as she could not find her sunglasses at the moment.

“Wow, now I see why my dad does this all the time. I feel better already,” Ame said to herself because once she wrapped her eyes with the pillow casing, she could see the world much better without the overstimulation.

All three girls hear heavy footsteps coming from the hallway and before they know it, a towering figure stands in front of Ame’s bed and picks up the two girls like they were a sack of potatoes.

“I told you two to not disturb our guest,” Maki said frustratingly as her two daughters disobeyed her orders.

“But we’re boooored,” Both said in tandem. “We don’t have anything better to do,” Riko said and Mai continued “Yeah, you don’t let us use the tablet in the morning so what’re we supposed to do? Read books?”

“It’s not my fault I don’t want my kids to grow stupid. Go back to your rooms or go bother your father.”

“But…” Both twins said simultaneously.

NO BUTS!” Maki shouted.

This shed a tear on Ame’s face as Maki reminded her of her mother before she died. How she nagged at Ame and how she always got in trouble when disobeying her mother.

She repeated the same thing she said to herself in her head this morning. “Just face the day and don’t feel gloomy. It will all be over when you go to the funeral and make your peace.”

“Hey, you ok?” Maki said as she noticed Ame shed a tear.

“Yeah, I’m good.” Ame wiped the tear on her cheek as fast as possible and went back to her normal mood. She was then stunned by the woman that was in front of her.

“You’re Maki Zenin, aren’t you?” Ame asked as she was stunned being face-to-face with such a legend.

“It’s Okkotsu Maki now but yes” Maki continued to say “Sorry for my kids disturbing ya. They’re just trying to entertain themselves because they aren’t allowed to use their tablet or TV till 10.”

“No, it’s not a problem at all and I loved how your story was portrayed in the manga,” Ame said with great admiration for Mrs. Okkotsu.

“Oh, thanks. I also liked how they portrayed my story in that manga, I just don’t like the simps that make creepy art of me.” Maki continued to say “And you must be the famous Ame Sakamoto. You look more like that blindfolded dumbass than I thought.”

Ame chuckled a little because of the response and felt better as this made her day a little more peachy.

Maki continued to say “I came here to get my girls and to see if you were awake. Listen, Yuta is waiting for you in the kitchen to tell you the sorcerers who will be your guardians in the US. Aiko left some new clothes for you on the desk and asked you to leave your old clothes in the laundry basket to wash them for you. Also, put on some pants it’s 9 a.m.”

Ame felt a little embarrassed as she never wears pants to sleep and now in her undies and her t-shirt in front of one of the most badass women in the world and her twin daughters.

“Oh ok, can you please get out so I can change?” Ame said while her face turned beet red. Maki takes her daughters out of the room and Ame changes into her robes to see Yuta.

Ame walked the hardwood floors in a white kimono with a blue lily pattern and her white socks on her way to the kitchen. She wore her sunglasses but was considering wearing bandages or something to wrap around her eyes as she felt more comfortable with her eyes wrapped than with the sunglasses.

When she entered the kitchen, she saw a traditional Japanese breakfast (steamed rice, miso soup, grilled fish, pickles, and tamagoyaki) as well as Yuta and some of the Gojo clan members, like Aiko, Sayuri, Reiichi, and Tsuyoshi, enjoying their breakfast.

“Good morning Ame,” Yuta said with a coffee mug on his right. She sits down to eat the delicious spread and ignores what everyone says as she was concentrating on eating.

“I hope you enjoy the breakfast I made for you,” Aiko said as she was the one who made Ame this traditional spread. Ame barely heard what her grandmother said as she was stuffing her face with this spread, but said “Fank you, Gwammy” with her mouth full on instinct.

Aiko was happy with her granddaughter enjoying the food she prepared and Yuta was patient to tell her the news after Ame finished her breakfast while he drank his coffee. Sayuri thought she was a pig for eating with no manners.

After Ame finished her breakfast, Yuta asked “Did you enjoy the meal?” to be polite.

“Yeah, it was really good. So, what did you want to talk about?”

Yuta finished his coffee and replied “Well I have some good news and some bad news. Which one do you want to hear first?” Ame just wanted to be happy today and not be depressed again, replied “I just want my day to be good and not be bummed out so just give me the good news now and just tell me the bad news later today.”

Yuta accepted this as he knew from her expression, she just wanted to have a good day and not feel grief. “Well, the good news is that we now have the 3 sorcerers to protect you and your family in Michigan.”

Ame was excited to hear this as she now knows she will be protected and nothing will go wrong at her mother’s funeral. She continues to ask excitingly “That’s great, so who are they? Are they powerful? Are they famous?”

“Woah, one question at a time. There will be 3 grade 0 sorcerers who will accompany you to the US and they are among the most skilled and versatile sorcerers in all of Japan. It’s Megumi Fushiguro, Keiichi Bakemono and Souta.”

“Wait, grade 0? Don’t you mean special grade?” Ame asks as she is unfamiliar with the classification of grade 0. Yuta carefully responds with “Oh yeah that’s right. The US still uses the classical classification system for sorcerers.”

Yuta then continues to explain this new classification, “A few years after the new higher-ups of Japan’s jujutsu society were instated after the old ones died, they got rid of the special grade classification because it was a bit outdated and didn’t classify sorcerers for pure skill level, anomalous abilities like the Six Eyes or Maki’s heavenly restriction or extremely modern and complex abilities that have great power like Hakari’s Idle Death Gamble.”

“So, the new higher-ups and the strongest sorcerers of today created the grade 0 classification for extremely powerful sorcerers or people with extremely anomalous abilities. In short, it’s the modern-day equivalent of a special-grade sorcerer that classifies extremely high jujutsu skills, powerful techniques, or high mastery of both technique and skill.”

“Oh, I get it. So it’s a more inclusive version of special grade that adapted to modern sorcerers.” Yuta replied “Exactly and the ones I choose are among the best of the best and perfect for this mission.”

“Ha! Back in my day, you had to be capable of taking down an entire nation to be considered a special grade. Now this classification is given to any schmuk who shows the potential to possibly get to special grade status.” Sayuri said that she hates that it is now easier to get to the new equivalent of special grade status than it was 11 years ago.

She continued with “And the ones you will be protecting the girl are a depressed 10 shadows user, a shapeshifting freak, and that bottomless pit of a dough ball you adopted. It’s good of sorcerers, but still not impressive enough to protect someone who doesn’t have a defensive ability or have the body to use it properly.”

Yuta grits his teeth in mild annoyance at calling his foster daughter a dough ball, but Ame is curious about this information.

“Wait, adopted. So she’s your daughter?”

Yuta explains “Technically, she is our foster daughter that we adopted  6 years ago, but we see her as our own daughter. She is a talented sorcerer with curse spirit manipulation filled with a huge arsenal of curse spirits, and insane physical strength, and trains with both Maki and Aoi Todo in hand-to-hand combat. I trust her completely in protecting you.”

“Wait, curse spirit manipulation? Is she related to Get—” Ame curiously asked but Yuta interrupted her with “She doesn’t like people talking about it so just ask her yourself.”

Ame changed the topic as it seems like a sensitive topic with a another question. “So… Why did Mrs. Sayuri say she was a “bottomless pit of a dough ball”?”

Yuta reluctantly replied, “Because…”

Because she eats everything,” everyone in the kitchen says in synch, including Maki who just entered the kitchen, and Reiichi who is walking out to go to the bathroom.

“Ehh?” Ame asks as she’s a bit slow in understanding the full detail of what this means.

“Mourning sweety” Maki says as she kisses her husband in the morning and gets a donut. Maki continues the conversation by saying, “I’ve been listening to you two down the hall and I can take it from here.”

Maki explains “You know that curse spirit manipulation sucks because the fact that curse spirits taste like pure shit right?”

“Yeah.”

“Well, Souta’s best friend now boyfriend used his curse technique (before he restructured it) to change her brain chemistry, neural pathways, and sense of taste to turn the taste of curse spirits from pure shit into insanely delectable and irresistible flavors. This was a kind gesture as it turned the part of Souta’s very being that she hated into a part of herself that she loves and the reason she has a bigger arsenal than Suguru ever did when he was alive, but this had a hell of a side effect.”

She continued “It turned her already big appetite and love of food into a bottomless pit of insatiable hunger as now all food is way more delicious because of the feedback loop of dopamine and other chemical process that make curses delicious. And this caused her to b—”

Sayuri interrupted in a snarky tone “Balloon into a 204kg rishiki (another word for sumo wrestler).”

Maki snarled and continued to say “Yes, she gained a lot of weight because of her eating habits in our care and she doesn’t want to lose the weight. So I train her to have fighting skills and pack in a lot of muscle to even out the fat. She is surprisingly fast and light on her feet for someone her size.”

“Oh wow,” Ame was very surprised at the fact that someone of that size could be an active sorcerer, much less a powerful one who has hand-to-hand skills like Maki or Todo.

She curiously asked, “Why doesn’t her boyfriend use his curse technique to make her lose weight or just put her on a diet?”

Maki and Yuta looked at each other and explained “Oh, there are 3 reasons for that: 1) Souta actually likes her new physique but doesn’t like it when her boyfriend reshapes her soul but the last time he did it he only reinforced her insides to perfectly adapt with her growing physique and that’s it. 2) He loves to exercise and works out but she never loses weight as she always eats more calories than she burns and hates diets, and always finds a way to get more snacks. And 3)…”

Maki interrupts with “And 3) Yuta doesn’t know how to say no to any of his children. Including Souta.”

Yuta is feeling a bit embarrassed and defeated “Hey, I’m getting better at saying No.” Maki looks at Yuta with a burning stare today “No, you’re not. And I’m not letting you spoil the rest with your spinelessness.”

Ame now feeling awkward about starting a fuss changes the topic to ask “What about the other guy, Keiichi?”

Maki looks at Ame and responds “Oh Keiich, the guy is the super genius of Jujutsu High in Tokyo. He honestly might be more skilled than Yuta when he was a student. Yuta said you already met him.”

“I did?” Ame asks as she has no recollection of this person in any way. Yuta responds calmly with, “Yeah, you did. He’s the extremely tall guy in the hood, has one black eye, one blue eye.”

Ame remembered that guy with the other all-stars and how he completely creeped her out. “Oh, that guy. Ehehehehe” Ame said as remembering how he stared into her soul caused a great chill down her spine.

“Yeah, he can be a little creepy, but he’s good people,” Maki remarked as he liked the guy, but Yuta replied angrily, “I hate the guy, but he can heal others with RCT and his skillset is top of the line so he will do a good job in protecting you. Just don’t agree with being part of his experiments.”

“Oh ok.”

Yuta continued to say “Look, today we are going to meet them at Jujutsu High at 4. So be ready to meet them there.”

Ame was kind of excited to meet her guardians and happy to see the person who saved her life again. She asked Yuta and Aiko, who were enjoying her tea on the porch “Ok, but before that can you get me a blindfold or some bandages.”

Yuta and Maki knew why she wanted them and cracked a smile on how nostalgic they felt.

In the hidden room after classes, we see Megumi entering after teaching the first years, feels tired, and wants to go home to his family. We see Keiichi on the couch laying his head on the soft lap of an extremely large girl, writing some new designs for something we still don’t know on a sketchbook but has also formed another set of arms with some eyes writing some chemical equations on his tablet.

“What are you working on, Keiichi?’ Megumi asked with curiosity about his former student’s work. Keiichi replied comfortably “ Right now I’m working on a new form for my Maximum Technique that is made to survive space and other planet’s extreme environments while also tweaking the UV drug.”

“Space? Keiichi, you planning to launch yourself to Mars or something?” Megumi thought to himself on the thought that Keiichi was working on a new form for space exploration and extreme survival.

Megumi slightly worried, “Oh ok. Just don’t test that drug on others.” Keiichi snarkily replied, “You know other people don’t interest me in my experiments.”

Next to Keiichi was Souta, a hulking soft figure who was taking up most of the couch and nearly sunk under her weight. She was beautiful, with slanted eyes that made her look like her eyes were closed with pretty eyelashes, full lips with blue lipstick, extremely long flowing jet-black hair that hid her ears, and two hair buns that made her look like she had cat ears on top of her head.

She was wearing a custom-made jujutsu high uniform that resembled big yukata robes with visible blue linings. She was killing some time waiting for Yuta and Ame by devouring two giant bags filled with dorayaki and nearly finished both of them while watching a movie with Keiichi and twirling his long curly hair, who was resting on her soft warm lap working on multiple projects.

“‘Gulp’, So when do you think Yuta will get here with the girl?” Souta asks as she is finishing her dorayaki. Keiichi curiously asks “Why do you want to see the new Six Eyes so badly?

Souta asks with her soft voice while twirling Keiichi’s hair, “I just want to give that poor girl a great big hug. If you are in mourning, you always need a shoulder to cry on or a great big hug to relieve all that pain and grief to properly move on.”

Keiichi cracked a smile and followed this by saying “Oh babe, I love how you use empathy to make people feel better. Your hugs always make me feel better after a bad day or go through something messed up.”

“Nice try, Keiichi. You're getting better at sweet talk—but don’t quit your day job just yet.” Souta then shares a tender kiss with Keiichi while she is still eating her dorayaki.

“Save it you two, Yuta and Ame will be getting here right—about—now,” Megumi said as he perfectly timed the teleported arrival of both Yuta and Ame.

Behind them was a fully manifested Rika that seemed a bit bigger and longer hair, but this wasn’t what Megumi noticed.

“Thanks, Miss Rika,” Rika responded softly in her terrifying shrill voice “No problem Ame.” She then disappears, but that isn’t what caught Megumi off guard as he was stunned by Ame’s appearance.

She wore the same clothes she wore yesterday, only freshly washed by the servants of the Gojo clan and without the hoodie. What caught the eyes of everyone in the room was the fact that she was wearing the same blindfold as her late father, having an appearance that made it that she truly looked like the daughter of Satoru Gojo. Being the spitting image of her father when he was a teenager and filling Megumi with a great sense of nostalgia seeing her like this.

“It’s nice to meet you all and it’s nice to see you again Mr, Fushiguro.”

Notes:

I love this chapter as it is a formal introduction to Souta and Keiichi as they are my favorite characters in the series next to someone we haven't met yet.

Souta and Keiichi are the top students at Jujutsu High in Tokyo and possibly all of Japan in both jujutsu skill and academics, but in a fight between the two, it can go either way depending on some factors.

Before Keiichi went through his pseudo-heavenly restriction, he used his Idle Transfiguration to change Souta's brain chemistry and sense of taste so she would never suffer eating curses and become part something she loved, food and eating. This cemented their friendship for each other and 2 years later their love (they have been dating for 10 months now). He does love her new figure but feels extremely guilty about the side effects and always offers to help her get back to her original figure, but she always refuses as she loves how she looks now as it's way better than the frail skin and bones girl she used to be before meeting Yuta and Maki. However, she did want reinforcement of her insides so that she could adapt and fight in her fluffy figure and be immune to diabetes and heart disease.

Because of her massive appetite, love of delicious curse spirits, creative problem-solving skills, and the help of her genius boyfriend, she has devoured over 9,950 curse spirits and counting. Fun fact: curse spirits have no nutritional value and just empty calories.

Souta is 450 pounds, but only 250 is pure fat. The rest is pure muscle she built training with Maki and in her daily workout after eating second breakfast.

Megumi is in the same position as Gojo as he is now a teacher for the first years.

Chapter 12: Target

Chapter Text

Both Ame and Yuta teleported into a hidden room in Jujutsu High, where Ame's guardians awaited her for her mother’s funeral. She arrived wearing a black blindfold, reminiscent of her biological father, and pushed her hair up slightly.

“She’s a complete dead ringer for Gojo,” Megumi thought, struck by how much Ame resembled his late teacher. A wave of nostalgia hit him like a heavy tide.

"Oh, you must be Ame!" Souta exclaimed with excitement, ready to meet the girl she would protect. With a loud thump, Souta sprang off the couch, accidentally dropping Keiichi face-first onto the floor.

Souta strode up to Ame, who was momentarily stunned by the towering woman. “Dear God, she’s gigantic,” Ame thought. Souta loomed over both her and Yuta and was only two inches shorter than Keiichi’s 6’6 frame.

With cheerful eyes and a warm smile, Souta introduced herself. “It’s so nice to meet you! Name’s Souta, and I’ll be protecting you for the next few days. Wanna hug?” she asked, arms wide open.

Still intimidated, but unable to resist the offer, Ame nodded. She always wanted to hug a Snorlax in real life—and Souta, in her mind, looked just like a very pretty one.

"Y-Yeah, sure."

Souta beamed and wrapped Ame in a plush, full-bodied hug. Ame sank into Souta’s soft, warm body, like she was wrapped in a giant marshmallow. The sweet aroma radiating off Souta was oddly comforting.

But then, her blindfold flickered. What she saw beneath the surface when her face was enveloped in Souta's large breasts and soft stomach, something that chilled her to the bone.

Thousands of cursed spirits swirled inside Souta’s gullet—somehow stored away, disconnected from her physical body. Ame wanted to bolt. But her body wouldn’t move, too lulled by the hug’s warmth.

Souta gently released her, and Ame stumbled backward with a dazed, dopey smile.

“That was the best hug I’ve had in ages. Better than my plushies.”

“I’m glad. We all need comfort when life hits hard,” Souta replied, still smiling.

“It definitely helped. Thank you,” Ame said sincerely, though her mind still raced. How many cursed spirits has she consumed? That wasn’t normal.

“Good to see you again, Ms. Sakamoto,” Megumi said, nodding politely. “You look better than the last time I saw you.”

“Nice to see you too, Mr. Fushiguro,” she replied warmly.

But suddenly, the world slowed.

Ame’s curse technique activated on its own, like a defense mechanism.

Why now? she wondered.

She turned. Keiichi Bakemono was staring directly into her soul.

Towering and lean, with long curly black-blue hair and cold homochromatic eyes, Keiichi looked less like a man and more like a walking predator. His skin was scarred, and a tattoo traced his spine. Electric sparks of cursed energy flickered around him like lightning.

He raised a peace sign. “Hello.”

Time snapped back. Ame yelped, falling over.

“So that’s how it works,” Keiichi muttered, intrigued.

“I always thought it was time-based. But seeing it in action confirms it. You use a cursed energy barrier to create a temporal reference frame—making everything around you appear in slow motion. Meanwhile, you move at normal speed, effectively fast-forwarding yourself without much loss in momentum or natural speed. It seems to activate passively under emotional or physical stress, though you could likely refine it further. Think about applying it to objects—accelerating them, maybe even aging targets to dust by inverting the barrier and concentrating it at a single point! And if you reverse it—”

“Aaaand that’s enough,” Yuta grumbled, grabbing Keiichi’s ear and yanking.

Megumi joined in. “Didn’t we tell you not to startle her?”

“Didn’t you get in trouble last week with Teran?”

Keiichi winced as his ears stretched inhumanly. “OKAY OKAY I GET IT! Just let go before you rip them off!”

They released him. His ears flopped to the floor like noodles before snapping back. Everyone flinched. Souta giggled.

Ame, still on the ground, stared at Keiichi like she’d just seen a monster.

Souta effortlessly lifted her back up. “Sorry, Keiichi can be... curious. Especially about new curse techniques.”

“Yeah, sorry about that,” Keiichi added, brushing himself off. “Let’s start over. Name’s Keiichi Bakemono.”

Ame cautiously shook his hand. “O-K. Ame Sakamoto.”

“So,” Keiichi said, tilting his head, “if you had a superpower other than your current curse technique, what would it be?”

Ame blinked. “Infinite luck. Final answer.”

Keiichi grimaced. “So you just want to coast through life without effort?”

Ame narrowed her eyes. “How did you know that’s what I want?”

“Just a guess. Desired powers often reflect a person’s core wish.”

Yuta interrupted. “Okay, now that we’ve all met, I need to show you something.”

Ame raised an eyebrow. “Is this about the bad news from earlier?”

“Exactly.”

Yuta pulled a compact device from his pocket, unfolding it into a full laptop. On-screen: Ame’s face, beside a bounty.

7.5 billion yen. Dead or alive.

Everyone froze.

Ame’s voice cracked. “That bounty already exists!? Shouldn’t it take weeks to circulate?”

“Normally, yes. But you’re a biological miracle. Everyone wants a piece of you—whether to clone, control, or eliminate.”

Yuta looked her in the eye. “Right now, you're a walking target. That’s why these three are here. Your safety is now priority number one.”

Ame trembled, suddenly aware of just how many monsters were about to come hunting for her.

Notes:

This chapter was short, but it's because the next chapter will conclude the arc by introducing the assassins.

For does who haven't read the reddit page:

Keiichi's Pseudo Heavenly Restriction was completely successful and completely changed his body and the nature of his curse technique. He exchanged the ability to manipulate the souls of does he touches, for a maximization of manipulating his own soul to a level beyond anything Mahito has ever displayed and an extremely transmutable curse energy to assist in his shapeshifting. This means that his body is way more malleable and durable than it was in his original form (like between Hanami to IBODK Mahito levels of Durability, but squishier), but he can also transmute his curse energy to mimic or completely replicate any chemical substance, material or phenomena he knows chemically or has experience with first hand. Keiichi is dangerously creative with his technique and both interpretation and understanding of his technique and soul.

He could move that fast because he transmuted his curse energy into pure electricity to supercharge his mind and speed to see how Ame moves. He learned how to do this by electrocuting himself with 300,000 volts of electricity for 2 months straight and even having Souta use her most powerful curse to electrocute him with real lightning for an hour straight. He finally created creating real electricity and lightning with his CE, but no one knows how he survived that.

I am not going to spoil anything, but Ame's technique has a very special extension that only she can access with the Six Eyes. (Mwhahahahaha).

Oh, and I'll soon explain how Megumi has the 10 shadows back in a future chapter.

Chapter 13: Hunters

Notes:

(See the end of the chapter for notes.)

Chapter Text

We start off in Detroit, Michigan, where our first hunter just woke up in his apartment, enjoying his morning and drinking coffee. He was a tall Puerto Rican man with long curly hair, brown eyes, and has an athletic build with bullet wounds and cuts on his chest and arms, and he had just woken up with nothing but red boxers

He was tired after 3 days of work and just wanted to rest for the day without any problems. He went to his balcony to enjoy the vibrant view of the city, but someone appeared next to him and greeted him with “Morning,” in his deep, raspy voice.

“Morni—What then fuck!” The assassin said as he nearly fell out of the balcony with a very shocked expression.

================================================

“Alex Martinez, you have an impressive resume and skillset,” the man said as they sat down, facing each other, at Alex’s table, drinking coffee.

The man next to him was an old guy looking like he was in his early 60s, but had the extremely muscular build fitting for a special forces soldier in his early 20s. He was a monster with grey hair, crimson eyes, thick arched eyebrows, scars on his face and arms, and was wearing a fit of a black compression t-shirt with baggy camo pants and a weird bracelet on his right hand.

“So, why is the legendary JEFF doing in my apartment?” Alex asked sarcastically, as if he knew why.

JEFF handed him a file on Ame Sakamoto and looked in his eyes to tell him, “This is your target. The US government will pay you the same amount as the original bounty if you bring her alive, half if you bring her dead.”

Alex chucked and responded, “Heh, so you want me to do the government’s dirty work. Why can’t someone in the Sorcerer Corp. or your team do this job?”

“Cause this job would mean getting on Japan’s bad side, especially since its strongest sorcerer is taking great care of her, and it would be a scandal if we get caught. So we're using freelance assassins and bounty hunters to do the Job for us, and you so happen to have a natural heavenly restriction that removes curse energy in exchange for immense physical stats.”

Alex seemed interested in this job and thought it would be fun. “So, what makes the target so special?”

JEFF responded, “Because she has Satoru Gojo’s legendary eyes. The DCE said she would be the key to unlocking a mystery in modern biology and creating soldiers with perfect curse energy efficiency.”

“Wait, she has the Six Eyes? Would that mean she would be as dangerous and skilled as Gojo?” Alex asked with some worry in his voice.

“Not really. We have our resident technopathic NEET to tap her phones and do any research on her, but what we found was both great and disappointing. We tracked her digital trail—14 hours a day spent on otaku garbage. No training. Barely passed school. The only threat she poses is dying of bedsores.”

JEFF continued to say, “She doesn’t seem to have the limitless, but it would be much of a problem as she doesn’t even know how to use it or how it works. What’s more pathetic is that she is Satoru Gojo’s biological daughter and might not have inherited any of his skills. AHAHAHAH.”

“Ok, so an easy mission, but why meet with me and why get her now if at all, if it will put the US in hot water with Japan?” Alex questioned the intimidating as his grin became a frightening scowl.

“Eh, because you are a clear weakness for not being seen by her and her potential protectors, and you're skilled enough to even be put in the Zenin project and have a good arsenal.”

JEFF continued to say, “You also have a tactical advantage because you live where she is going to have her mother’s funeral.”

“So you chose me because I know the location in detail?” JEFF answered with an extremely straightforward “Yes”.

He gave Alex a contract to accept this mission that would act as a binding vow. Alex accepted, but he curiously asked, “Ok, but you didn’t answer my second question. Amuse me.”

JEFF, with a smile on his face, answers, “Because if we don’t get that girl, Russia and Korea will beat us to the punch.”

========================================================================================

In the capital of South Korea, Seoul, a young sorcerer entered the Samsung sorcerer agency as which towered over most buildings in the area and frightened even the curse spirits that passed by with its obsidian black windows and aura that felt like that of a predator.

The sorcerer was an A rank (Korean equivalent of the grade 1 sorcerer) and had a pretty generic appearance as he had black hair in a bowl cut hairstyle, red glasses, and the agency’s standard black and blue 3-piece suit.

He entered its white marble halls to go to the elevator that would lead him to the chief of the agency. He saw the city of Seoul through the windows of the elevator, but saw the colossal amount of curse energy the populous produced and the number of curse spirits roaming the country through the obsidian glass.

He entered the giant office of the agency’s chief for a briefing on his secret mission. He was an older man in a 3-piece put in this position by the chaebol.

“자리에 앉으세요 진리 선생님 (Take a seat Mr. Jin Lee)” said the chief formally. Jin Lee sat down in front of the chief.

“저를 권 씨라고 부르셨죠? 혹시 무슨 일이라도 있으셨나요? (You called me Mr. Kwon? Did you need me for anything?)” Jin asked politely and respectfully of the chief.

“네, 이 씨, 재벌 측에서 직접 지시한 중요한 일을 맡게 되었습니다. S급 마법사로 승진시켜 주는 일인데, 같은 A급 마법사와 경쟁하게 될 겁니다. 이 일을 맡으시겠습니까?  (Yes, Mr. Lee, I have an important job for you ordered by the chaebol themselves. One that would promote you to an S-rank sorcerer, but you will compete with another A-rank sorcerer like yourself. Do you accept this task?)”

Jin was completely excited about being requested personally by the chaebol and the possibility of being promoted to an S-rank sorcerer. He immediately accepted the job and forming a binding vow to keep him in line with the mission.

“그럼, 그 직업은 뭐예요? (So, what is the job?)” Jin asked as he accepted the task without knowing the situation. Chief Kwon looked at him with a serious expression to explain what Jin had to do.

“미국으로 가서 아무도 모르게 식스 아이즈를 물려받은 그 소녀를 처치해야 합니다. 일본은 그녀를 절대 데려가서는 안 됩니다. 그래야 저주 에너지 강국이 되어 다른 나라들이 그녀의 생체 구조를 복제하여 인위적인 S급 생물을 만드는 것을 막을 수 있습니다. 그녀가 살아남지 못하게 해야 합니다 (You must go to America and kill the girl who inherited the Six Eyes without anyone knowing. Japan must not have her so they can become the top curse energy superpower and prevent other countries from replicating her biology to create artificial S-ranks. Make sure she doesn't survive.)”

Jin wasn’t shocked that he had to kill a child, but was in silent indifference about the entire situation as he was only focused on getting a promotion to put him on top.

=======================================================

In the fortress capital of the 2nd Russian Empire, Moscow, one of its greatest soldiers is preparing to fly to America to kill Ame and take her head home to the motherland.

He was a tall and lengthy man with red hair and black eyes, wearing a Russian military uniform with a red barrette and half of his face covered in a black cloth.

His superior approached the man before he went to the Russian cargo plane to give him a black sack with 5 weird spheres inside. The older officer, visibly trembling, handed over a black sack of five cursed spheres. He barely managed eye contact with the living legend before him— one of Russia’s most dangerous soldiers.

“Вот 5 особых духов проклятия, необходимых для устранения любых препятствий, защищающих девушку. Помните, принесите ей только голову в целости и сохранности, чтобы ее глаза и мозг могли быть должным образом изучены для генетической репликации. Мы рассчитываем на тебя, Неизвестный. Верховный лидер рассчитывает на тебя. (Here are the 5 special grade curse spirits necesarry to take out any obsticles protecting the girl. Remember, only bring her head in tact so her eyes and brain can be properly studied for genetic replication. We are counting on you Neizvestnyy. The supreme leader is counting on you.)”

Neizvestnyy did not verbally respond but only just nodded and boarded the cargo plane to enter the States and kill Ame Sakamoto and her protectors.

Right now, hunters are in place to hunt and slaughter their prey, and take its corpse as an invaluable treasure in this new world.

Notes:

Sorry for being slow this week. I was helping in another JJK project with someone else.

If you want to know more about the 2nd Russian Empire, one of my partners made some worldbuilding for it so go check it out as it will be very important later on: https://www.reddit.com/r/CTsandbox/comments/1kprshd/ngaojs_the_2nd_russian_empire/

Next chapter is the start of the Detroit arc and the action of the series. I will be working on the one shot as practice. I hope you enjoy.

Chapter 14: Entering Detroit

Chapter Text

2 days after the Ame met up with her guardians for her trip back to Michigan, they decided to take Ame to her grandparents directly instead of them meeting them in Japan to see her in person and go back after a few days as a way to minimize any risk.

Megumi is already wide awake at 4:00 AM and fully dressed to head out, even though he has packed everything since yesterday. His flight is at 9:00 AM.

He stares at himself in the bathroom mirror, grooming his beard and washing his face, but suddenly hears a familiar yet disturbing voice that echoes in his ears.

Can you really protect this girl? You couldn’t save or even defend your mentor or sister. So, what makes this time any different? Hell, you couldn’t even save her mother and barely save her the first time. HAHAHAHA

“Shut up. I’m finally strong enough to protect people, especially people like you,” Megumi answered softly with anger, not wanting to wake up his family.

Megumi continues to say, “I’m going to protect her, and no one will take her life, you hear me!”

The voice arrogantly responded, “Oh really, do you really have the balls and the power to take someone out in this chaotic era, Potential Man!?

Megumi nearly popped a blood vessel from the voice’s comments and nearly punched the mirror out of anger, but a sudden knocking on the bathroom door stopped him.

“‘KNOCK, KNOCK, KNOCK’, Honey, you okay in there? Is “he” talking to you again?”

Megumi quickly calmed down and said, “Ah, no, honey. Just clearing my head before I leave today.”

He opened the door and saw his wife, Hana Kusuru, in her white silk pajamas, as she was worried for her husband’s mental well-being.

She hugged Megumi to comfort him as he seemed somewhat anxious about this entire situation. “Everything is going to be ok, you’re going to do a good job, and Ame will be safe and sound on your trip,” Hana said while caressing Megumi’s messy hair.

“It’s true, Fushiguro. You are an extremely skilled sorcerer, and special-grade sorcerers are your companions to help you out. Be of a clear mind, and everything will be just fine.” Angel said to reassure everything will be fine and to leave Megumi free of negative though.

“Thank you, ladies. I really needed this,” Megumi said as he felt completely calm in the moment and of sound mind.

He spent the next hour being with his wife(s) and seeing his 2-year-old daughter, Tsumiko, while she slept, as she wouldn’t be awake to see her father leave for a mission for the next few days.

Now, early at 6:00 am, Ame waits for Megumi and the others at the entrance of her apartment building with all her luggage at her side. She was wearing her black jeans, deep blue sweater with her black One Piece hoodie, and her black blindfold to be comfortable.

Since the existence of barrier techniques has been revealed to both the public and the scientific community, significant strides have been made in storage space, and numerous problems have been solved. Some of that technology became publicly available in some household items made and patented by the Department of Curse Energy, leading to the creation of luggage the size of handheld cubes that hold an immense amount of storage space.

She is both happy and depressed as she can now see her grandparents, but has to go to her mother’s funeral to put her body to rest and fully accept that she is permanently gone.

All she wants is to get this entire thing over with so she doesn’t have to feel the pain of grief and say her final goodbye to her late mother.

She yawns and dozes off as she has never been awake this early in her life. She quickly woke up as he heard the car horn signaling the arrival of her guardians to pick her up and go to the airport.

BEEP BEEP

“Ame, get your stuff here. Our flight leaves in 3 hours.” Keiichi said as he was somewhat impatient of the entire situation and just wanted to get it over with.

Ame sluggishly put all her luggage in the trunk and sat in the back next to her Souta. She was wearing a large teal sweater and very elastic navy-blue jeans with no makeup. Keiichi wore his customized school uniform, and Megumi wore his regular work clothing. His clothing was extremely similar to that of his master and father figure, except that Megumi had a long black coat with a black velvet shirt.

“Morning Ame,” Souta said while eating a breakfast sandwich, and then offered one to Ame.

“Haaahhh...Thank you, Souta,” Ame said as she was still extremely sleepy and didn’t eat breakfast. When she got in the car, she felt squished as Souta took most of the space in the back seat of Megumi’s car. Though Ame didn’t mind, as she could use Souta as a way to sleep on her way to the airport.

She lay her on Souta’s soft shoulder and tried to sleep, but Keiichi twisted his head 180 degrees and asked her, “Hey, why didn’t you tell us your home city was Detroit?”

“Heeehh!?” Ame asked as she was both disoriented by Keiichi’s neck twist and was still very sleepy.

“I mean, you always said you lived in Michigan, but you never said where specifically, from Detroit. So, why didn’t you tell us in person?”

Ame was to sleepy to be freaked out by Keiichi’s twisted neck and simply replied, “I didn’t want to say it in person, ok.”

Keiichi wasn’t satisfied by this answer, but thought of a possible hypothesis on why she didn’t say she was from Detroit. He tested his hypothesis by simply asking, “Is it because of the phrase “You can’t have sh—“”.

Ame simply interrupted Keiichi by saying “DON’T FINISH THAT SENTENCE!” with a frightening tone in her voice and a vein popping in her forehead.

“Ahhh, that’s why you don’t tell people you’re from Detroit,” Keiichi replied with a smug look on his face as his hypothesis was proven to be correct.

“Don’t ever say that. Aaaaahhhh… It’s the reason why I never tell anyone where I specifically live. It’s annoying as all hell and got worse when Detroit’s #1 superhero uses it as his catchphrase.”

“Oh yeah, that’s right. America uses superheroes instead of traditional sorcerers,” Souta responded as she nearly forgot this fact before entering the states.

“You should really stop annoying the girl, Keiichi. And twist your neck back to its normal position, you’re freaking Ame out.” Megumi said with a slight temperamental tone.

“Sorry, just making conversation, Boss.”

“Hey, Mr. Fushiguro, are we going to a regular flight or a private plane?” Ame asked as she didn’t have a specified answer on the matter, and really hoped it would be a private plane.

“Didn’t Okkotsu tell you? We’re going on a JAL flight. It’s too risky to go on a private flight to begin with. A public flight severely lowers the chances of anyone trying to assassinate you, abduct you, or take down the plane.

“Ahhh,” Ame said as she was somewhat disappointed about the possibility of flying in luxury being destroyed.

“But we are in first class,” Souta said to cheer her up.

“Yeay.”

============================================================================================

They make it to Tokyo airport, but with a little trouble, as Keiichi’s unique biology sets off many curse spirit alarms and is the reason why they had to go so early in the first place.

After clearing up the misunderstanding and going through security, all four went to their seats, waiting for their flight to come. Ame was still sleepy, but she noticed Souta writing on a list on her phone the entire time and was very curious about it.

“Ahhh… Hey, I’ve noticed you’ve been writing on that list the entire time. What are you writing? Strategies to protect me or something?”

“No really, it’s my food list of everything I’ll eat while protecting you. You wanna take a look?” Souta responded politely.

“Yeah, sure.”

Ame was a bit stumped because this was a colossal and well-organized list of food that Souta had created. It displayed numbers, locations, and pre-made DoorDash orders for Detroit-style pizza, Coney Island Hot Dogs, Corned Beef Sandwiches, deep-fried foods, steak, pastries, and places with the highest concentration of curse spirits in the area. She was planning to devour all of this while protecting Ame, but the only thing she asked about this was, “How are you going to pay for all of this? Did Yuta give you enough money for this?”

“Oh, don’t worry, Keiichi is paying for most of it and is pretty loaded.”

“Yeah, Yuji was right. You are planning on eating me out of my personal account.” Keiichi said as he knows his funds will be dried up when he comes back, and regrets giving her a copy of his credit card and his digital accounts.

“Don’t be such a cheap skate, Keiichi. You make way too much money, you never use, and barely ever spend any of it in your personal account.”

“Well, that’s my personal account and my business. And I need it to build new curse tools and fund my research.” Keiichi said with a serious tone.

Souta looked at Keiichi with a still face as she knew Keiichi was lying, and replied, “Keiichi, we both know your personal account has nothing to do with your research because it is a completely separate account with millions saved that no one but you touches, and you have too much in your personal account that you bare ever use.”

Keiichi’s face turned red out of embarrassment as he forgot she knew that. He responded, “Huh, forget it. I can make the money back in a few weeks,” as he didn’t want to argue with his girlfriend.

Ame looks at the couple in a unserious way as she sees Souta taking advantage of Keiichi and is deeply curious about how rich this guy is, but is more curious about why this woman is about to devour so much in a short time. She asks Souta, “Hey, why are you planning to eat most of Detroit in a week?” in a very blunt fashion.

Souta stares into Ame’s soul with her slanted eyes to reply, “Because food and consumption are the gift of the living.” Ame was confused and didn’t want to continue because she didn’t want Souta staring into her soul.

“Our flight is here,” Megumi said as is there turn to enter the plane to Michigan.

Since the beginning of the Cursed Decade, the growing fear of cursed spirits destroying planes mid-air or terrorists using their curse techniques to pull off attacks far worse than 9/11 has grown to a disturbing amount and has happened many times in the first 4 years of it.

Because of this, the Department of Curse Energy created technologically infused barriers to be attached to planes, jets, and any form of aerial transportation that negate curse techniques and repel all curse spirits from entering. Technology like this made the DCE a leading and essential authority in “Curse Tech” and how curse energy interacts with science and machinery.

=================================================================================================

After their 12-hour flight, they arrive at the city of Detroit, Michigan, at the Detroit Metro Airport. Megumi only took periodic naps the entire flight, equaling only 5 hours of sleep, and was extremely vigilant of Ame the entire flight.

Keiichi was extremely uncomfortable the entire flight as the plane’s built-in barrier made his unique biology act strangely, as his skin became pale and sickly. His muscles became as stiff as a board, and his limbs were somewhat stretched out to the point that when he stood up, he was 7’2. To make him more comfortable, Souta held his stretched hand with her soft hand so he could ignore the great discomfort and focus on the comfort she provided.

Souta was extremely comfortable in first class as she was watching a movie marathon with Ame, and mostly eating the stacks and meals they provided, the snacks that she brought to the plane, and Keiichi’s meals, as he could barely eat and felt queasy most of the flight. She later needed help from Keiichi as she was stuck in her seat and couldn’t get out without breaking her seat with her immense physical strength.

Ame was ok most of the flight, but the minute her plane landed on US soil, she felt a sense of unease as she knew this would be the most depressing week of her life and didn’t want to face this. What she doesn’t know is that this will also be the most dangerous week of her life as forces beyond her knowledge will do everything in their power to end her.

Notes:

I am deeply sorry for the big delay in chapters, I was distracted with too many things and helping with the creation of a promising series made by a very talented author (Shaman_Fight) called Heian Era God Slayer Tournament. And also was procrastinating a lot. I will try to release at least 2 chapters a week and better my own writing. An sorry for this chapter, it isn't the best of my work.

Yeah. You think Megumi was mentally OK after being taken over by Sukuna for a month and taking multiple UV's point blank. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH.

The USA in this timeline doesn't use conventional sorcerers outside of the military, but instead uses "Superheroes" to take out curse spirits and defeat curse users (they are called supervillains in the USA btw). They are mostly sorcerers in superhero costumes to give hope to the people, and because the US is the birthplace of the superhero. These Superheroes are powerful and mostly focus on their reinforcement, efficiency, and the raw power of their curse techniques, but on average suck at barrier techniques as they don't go to any Jujutsu schools and the bare minimum of becoming a superhero hired by the city is to have a curse technique and that's it.

Keiichi created an immense fortune with his genius intellect. Mostly from gambling, patents, info broking and pen testing. He is a multi-millionaire, but very stingy with his money (except when it comes to his grandparents and Souta).

Curse Tech is technology that uses curse energy and its foundations, like barriers and artificial reverse curse energy. It is a more advanced type of curse tool and the DCE is the world leader of it, even surpassing Japan in curse tech.
