Demetri stood next to his boyfriend. He couldn’t help but smile watching Eli look over the shelf full of dragons.
He always got so serious when he picked out a new friend.
It was cute.
“Which one are you thinking?” Demetri asked.
Eli hummed, reaching out to touch the plushies. His figures touched the fur of a pink dragon. He picked it up, examining it closely.
Unsurprising, Eli loved pink things.
“Rose dragon?” Demetri grabbed the dragon’s paw, “It’s cute.”
“He,” Eli corrected, “His name is Cardamom.”
“Well he’s cute,” Demetri complimented, “Like you.”
Eli smiled and kissed Demetri’s cheek.
