Chapter Text

On some random Tuesday, nagito wakes up early in the morning and begins complaining about a stomach ache to his husband sans undertale komaeda.

"S-s-sans!! I-it h-h-h-hurts!!"

"Eeeeerrrrr (what's the matter love?)"

"My tummy hurts ow :(" nagito cries as he hugs the skeleton

"Eeeeerrr (is it those stomach ulcers again??)"

"Maybe, oh i don't know!!! OWW!!" The white haired twink screamed as he collapsed onto the ground, his hands clutching at his tummy.

"Eeeerrrrrrrrrr (maybe we should see a doctor, you really don't look good :( )"

"I'm fine I'm fine, I'll trust my lu- OWWWWW IT HURTS IT HURTS IT HURTS, sans BUCKET NOW!!"

Sans undertale rushes to get a bucket and places in in front of nagito, who violently vomits in front of his husband.

"Eeeerrrrr (you look very pale, you poor thing I think we should really go to the hospital, I know you're usually sick but not like that)

"No no im-!" The white haired hope obsessed twink couldn't actually bear the pain anymore and collapses. Sans undertale immediately rushes to his husband and picks him up "EEEERRRRRR (I'm taking you to the hospital)"

Sans carried the passed out nagito into the sansmobile and drives it to the nearest hospital, there they meet with dr gregory house.
"Eeeeerrrr (help my husband keeps complaining about stomach aches)" sans cried

"How long has he had them for?" House asked

"For the past 2 days but today it got *really* bad"

"Oh okay, maybe it's just a stomach bug? Because it's never lupus."

"Maybe, but my brain is telling me it might be more than a stomach bug, maybe he's pregnant??"

"Well if you think your husband is pregnant, why waste your time going over to me instead of your local store for a pregnancy test??" House questioned the skeleton with a slightly upset look on his face

"Mb I should've done that"

"Okay now go buy that test then and let me know when your hubbys pregnant"

"W-what m-makes you think I'm pregnant?? Sans?? My love??" Nagito asked, with a very raspy voice, yes his voice was pretty raspy to begin with but today it's EXTRA AAA raspy.

"My gut feeling is telling me that, we had so much fun that one time remember, there might be a mini me and you growing inside your belly, causing all that pain and despair, but don't worry my dear, that despair will eventually grow into hope, like you always used to say, we need that despair as a stepping stone for hope and you love hope, right?"

"Oh yeah, If I really am pregnant I need to overcome the despair of my awful cramps for hope to bloom in the future!"

"Exactly!!"

The couple went to the local store to buy a pregnancy test. The cashier was no other than Nicole class of 09. While house was making out with wilson and muffler.

"Hey bitch, cash or card for this pregnancy test?"

"Card" says sans and he pulls out his card. What is his job? Just kidding he doesn't have one, but he is loaded as fuck and all thanks to Nagito Komaeda!!! Due to his luck, nagito won 3 more lotteries but ended up sharing most of the money with his ex boyfriends. Yes boyfriends just boyfriends because nagito is the gayest gay in the history of gays.

before joining hopes peak, nagito avoided dating, because he knew it will all end tragically. Nagito had 3 pre hopes peak exes, two girls and one boy so middle school nagito wasn't that gay really.

He met girl one when starting middle school. He was so happy to meet someone who really cared about him as he always struggled to make friends due to his ridiculous luck cycle or people thought he was a weirdo.

They were together for about 3 months. The ending to this relationship was tragic. The girl thankfully didn't cheat on him, but unfortunately she died in a tragic car accident while on holidays. Nagito was absolutely devastated.

But he still had a bit of hope, surely it wasn't his fault right? He wasn't even present at the scene of the tragedy. Yes some bad things would usually happen to those close to him or the bad thing would happen to him, this was the reason why nagito struggled to maintain any kinds of relationships due to this luck.

Then after hearing the tragic news, another girl went up and comforted nagito. She started talking to him to make him feel better about himself, that it wasn't truly his fault his first girlfriend died and after a while they started dating.

They were officially a couple for a couple of weeks until.... Nagito got kidnapped!!

Nagito went missing for a long time that the girl started to forget about him and she started dating.... A girl! Because she actually realised that she was a lesbian

When nagito was finally released from being kidnapped, he found out that his 2nd girl is a lesbian and that led him to question his sexuality too. "Hey I kinda think boys are cute too". 14 year old komaeda thought, and that eventually led him to realise that he in fact was bisexual.

When he began attending high school, not hopes peak yet but spiral high, he started becoming very close to this boy who was also really gay, and the only gay boy in komaedas class beside komaeda himself.

The boys started dating about a month after knowing each other and the relationship lasted a whopping 2 and a half months, until nagito became really sick and had to stay in the hospital for a period of time. This was when he was diagnosed with his lymphoma and dementia.

And then not shortly after that, his first boyfriend also had to go to the hospital but his condition was much more critical. While on a trip with his family, a bat bit him without anyone, even the boy realising it. And then guess what happened!!!

Rabies happened.

And it killed him in a few weeks.

Nagito didn't even get to visit him in the hospital, although they were in the same one.

Skipping time forward, to the enrollment of class 77 to hopes peak, which included nagito and the whole danganronpa 2: goodbye despair cast.
except that fuck ass protagonist of the game, who ended up in the reserve course for the talentless bitches.

And during his time at hpa nagito realised that he probably just likes men which makes him GAYYYYY.

And yes, he as someone with a "talent" well idk if I should call it a talent fell in love with the fuck ass reserve course student

Basically the world was ending and the class and izuru/hajime then became brainwashed by the ultimate despair herself.

Whole class 77 became evil and did evil things, except 2 people, one of them was just never really in class and the other one got killed before the class was fully brainwashed (and her death was used to brainwash the class) but after some time they got caught by the future foundation and placed in a virtual tropical island that also got corrupted and they were forced into a killing game. And while in that neo world programme nagito was very gay for hajime while also doing insane things. Btw he lost all memories of being a hpa student yet he still found hajime attractive despite not remembering him.

Then they wake up and become good again but then a youtuber breaks into the game and takes nagito for himself

Kubz scouts, yes him, the ultimate that dude and nagito simp.

But then they broke up as they were better off as besties and nagito got back to his beloved hajime.

And now for some reason nagito komaeda from the video game danganronpa 2 goodbye despair is now dating sans undertale from the video game Undertale.

After they got back from the store, sans insisted nagito should take the pregnancy test.

Nagito was really nervous. He wasn't so sure if he was ready for a baby with sans, they only dated each other for a week atp.

"And what are the results like???" Sans asked despite knowing the answer based on nagitos shocked expression as he's holding "So let me guess, you're PREGNANT??"

Nagito didn't say yes or no but he nervously and shakily handed the chubby skeleton his pregnancy test.

It was positive.

Nagito is pregnant.

During the same night he had the pregnancy discovery, while sans undertale was asleep, komaeda stayed away to call one of his exes, hajime hinata about the whole thing. His relationship with hinata is the same as it is with jay from the kubz scouts. They're just friends. Maybe besties.

"Hey hajime" nagito spoke through his phone in a zesty raspy voice

"Why are you calling me at 3am, I want to rest" hajime replied grumpily

"It's a mega important announcement, please listen on"

"What is it?"

"I-i" nagito stuttered, thinking his ex won't take him seriously

"Go ahead, won't judge"

"I'm pregnant"

"Haha" hajime laughed "yknow April fools was months ago. You are a GUY. Guys cannot get pregnant"

"Oh shut up hinata, there has been multiple cases of mpreg across the world. Like onceler and dazai and luka (alien stage Luka)"

"Ohh, but I just didn't expect your demented ass to get pregnant"

For the next few weeks and months, nagito announced the pregnancy to everyone he knew, some people believed him, some people didn't believe in the mpreg crap, despite it being biologically possible in this universe, even if you're a cis male.

Also nagito got another felling that he never ever had

Some time after he found out he was pregnant, and as the fetus has been growing inside of his belly, komaeda has started secretly raiding the fridge more often, and also started buying sweets! Nagito has never liked sweets but his behaviour worried sans

"Do you seriously want to get diabetes?" Sans asked with a worried tone on his face

"Noo.. are you thinking that because I started eating sweets recently"

"Yeah but you cannot each that much, you and our baby are gonna get sick, you're sick already you don't wanna get more sick right?"

"B-but mmmm... Those cravings!!"

Komaeda over the course of pregnancy has learned to love sweets. Pancakes, chocolate, cupcakes, cakes, ice creams, waffles, yes, everything. Due to his ultimate talent nagito was fortunate to not gain too much weight, or get diabetes as his husband thought. But also he started eating PICKLES and other food his picky eating neurodivergent ass never enjoyed

It's been a few months of nagito feeling hope and despair towards his and sans undertales love child however it's been like 7 months and the gender of the baby is still unknown, so the wonderful exes that are Hajime Hinata and Jay kubz scouts went to ask komaedas doctor if he knows whether the baby is a boy or a girl

They invited a lot of people just to see what the sansmaeda baby's gender will be

Hajime glances at jay and says "Umh I don't think that fuck ass skeleton is actually the father of Nagitos unborn babe"

"What do you mean sans is not nagi wagis babies dad??"

"Well Umh.. by the time nagito told me his pregnancy announcement, he and sans have been only dating (and married?) for less than a fortnight, and like a few days before nagito started going out with sans, he got freaky with me too!"

"Yeah that might the the case hajime"

A few days after the invites were send out the Big day happened

The gender reveal party happened and there were over a hundred people who arrived. The main guests, nagito and sans were there of course.

Now there are many different ways a baby's gender is revealed. Some people do something basic such as cutting a cake who's insides are either blue or pink, but there is also people who do insane things for their gender reveal parties such as fireworks and colour bombs and other possibly dangerous things. Many people just don't have gender reveal parties at all and just have a talk with their doctor about their babies gender and later share it with their friends without the need to throw a party about it.

But this gender reveal party might belong in a top 10 craziest gender reveal party YouTube video.

A Bomb is going to be dropped off

A bomb that is huge enough to destroy a whole neighborhood will determine the sansmaeda baby's gender.

Or komahina baby as hinata thinks.

Well for that a DNA test had to be done but that'll be left for another day.

"Hi im makoto Naegi! And I think it's gonna be a boy!" Says the protagonist of the very first danganronpa game

Makoto and kyoko were married for about a year now, they make such a cute couple

Some other notible guests were. Nicole who sold pregnancy tests, Walter white, Jesse pinkman, Twilight sparkle, pinkie pie, natsuki, the whole danganronpa cast, midori gurin, the other midori from your turn to die, phoenix wright, c!tommy, light yagami, L lawliet, gi hun, Sam gladiator, taurtis, Celeste, the one from yhs, yes funnehs yhs tho not sams, but the one from danganronpa came too ofc, her ghost did, little donny and his furry boyfriend, since when was he gay? they had their younger siblings too, Italy from Hetalia, America from Hetalia, Germany from Hetalia, Japan from hetalia, just a lot of Hetalia charaters were there.

At this point some people were naming anything but actual genders.

And now it was the time the bomb to be dropped off

"And three, two, ONE!" Kokichi and frisk scream and they drop off the bomb off a helicopter they're both in, along with the couple

The bomb was dropped in a MASSIVE field

"So a boy... Right?" Says sans

"No it's not really pure blue though... Like a mix of green and blue so it's not a boy, although it might be a boy" says Frisk

"So that entire gender reveal was completely pointless right?" The pregnant twink frowned "how much money went into that fuck ass bomb again?"

"Uhh like... Uhhhh" frisk says
"It was 1 million dollars!!" Kokichi yelled
"10 million for this stupid shit wow..." Komaeda sighs
"1 million Zimbabwe dollars to be exact "

It is almost Nagito's due date. The hope freaks belly was extremely swollen, Like a balloon. Sans and nagito are planning to throw another party before the baby is born, the baby shower... Where people would come to shower with gifts for the baby.

Again over a hundred people came, but because the gender of the baby was still unknown, nagito and sans were showered with both sterotypically boy and girl stuff as well and gender neutral baby items.

From baby clothes with cars and dinosaurs on them to pretty princess tutus, toys, bedsheets, baby room decor, a luxury baby bathtub, a luxury baby car seat were some of the gifts recieved

Still, Wtf can teal possibly suggest

It wasn't a girl, it wasn't a boy, it wasn't any other gender. What the fuck???

After the party ended, hajime suggested if he could stay after the party to have a chat with komaeda and komaeda said yes.

It was now 10pm and the baby shower concluded half an hour ago. Hajime and nagito went into the garden while sans skeletal ass sat in the living room watching TV.

"So hajime what is it you want to tell me?" Nagito enquires his ex boyfriend

"That your new husband might not be the real father of your baby" hajime States and he places his hands on Nagito's swollen belly

"And what makes you think that? Oh the fact that we fucked like 2 weeks before sans put his finger in my ass?"

"Exactly, that could easily be my baby not that fuck ass skeletons"

"Yeah I guess so, but we would have to do a DNA test as soon as the baby is born, oh by the way I have something to tell you, Hajime."

"What is it?"

"That i-" nagito is a bit nervous "I know I'm taken by my new husband but i-"

"You miss being with me right? You're still in love with the hope that sleeps inside me?"

"Yes. I am still truly in love wi- owwww!" Nagito yells as he clutches his belly where the baby is "OH SHITTTT SANS SANS GET SANS HERE!!"

Hajime rushes into the living room where sans undertale is casually watching the telly

"Sans.... SANS!!"

"What?"

"YOUR HUSBAND, I THINK HES IN LABOUR AND HE WANTS YOU IMMEDIATELY!!!!"

"OH OKAY" sans immediately rushes to the garden where Nagito is moaning in pain

"I'm slowly going into labour sansie! And we still haven't thought of the name... Quick!!

"Hmm how about.... MIKU?" Sans says as he picks up nagito to his car and drives him to the hospital. Hajime invites jay and they all go together in the car "it doesn't matter if it's a boy named miku or a girl"

Upon entry, they were greeted by house again the same doctor who spoke to them on the day komaeda found out he was pregnant.
"What is it now, your friends belly is very swollen now, the pregnancy test was right then?"

"Yes and now he's about to give birth!!!" Sans panicked

The doctor placed nagito in a wheelchair because he felt unable to walk due to the pain he was in and rushed him to the birthing room. He was going to be the midwife.
"All of you wait outside. I'll be the midwife". House proclaims. "And Murphy and my boy- I mean assistant Wilson will help you"

"Okay." Nagito understands

"Now.... Push!!!"

"AOUGGHHHHHHHHH!" Komaeda screamed in agony and despair. He never screamed this loud in his twenty something years of living "AGHHHHHH!!"

"AGHHHHHHH!!!"

Some time later

"I can see the head come out. Keep pushing you're so strong BOII"

"AAAAAAAGGGHHHHHGH!"

After like god knows how many hours of nagito being in labour, he successfully gave birth. Turns out baby miku was a girl, with long teal hair. It was houses first time seeing a baby with long blue hair.

However, before even getting to look at his newborn daughter that he and sans and hajime because who the fuck is the actual father of the kid, nagito from all the panic and stress and pain and despair struggled to breathe and flatlined.

Despite multiple efforts being used to somehow bring nagito back, including giving him CPR and a defibrillator, nothing worked and he was officially pronounced dead.

"I have good news and bad news" house said as he walked into Nagito's boyfriends who were waiting for him and baby miku

"What are the news" jay questioned

"The good news is that the baby is born healthy, the bad news is that nagito komaeda sadly died due to sudden asystole and we did everything to save him but nothing worked so we pronounced him dea-"

And they all started crying. Kubz scouts, Hajime and sans undertale group hugged each other. They all loved komaeda, he was someone special to them. Their lover. And now he's dead. It wasn't lupus

It wasnt his lymphoma or frontotemporal dementia that killed him either, it was the shock after childbirth.

Now Shawn Murphy, one of the assistants had a massive panic attack because he thought he was the one who killed nagito because he wasn't doing CPR properly or anything really and house and wilson got upset at him and of course he had a meltdown causing him to throw medical stuff on the floor in anger. Although house is quite known for medical malpractice too

"I AM A SURGEON, I AM A MIDWIFE, I AM A DOCTOR, A GOOD DOCTOR!!" Shawn yelled and cried. He blamed everything he did on his autism and it low-key pissed off house who is also autistic.

"PLEASE DONT FIRE ME!!! IT WAS AN ACCIDENT, HE WAS BEYOND SAVING ANYWAY!!!! I SWEAR TO DR HAN I AM A SYRFEGONNN!"

The doctors then after cleaning newborn Miku took her to her crib and transported her to the newborn ward, while Nagito's dead body was also taken out of the birth room but it was going into the morgue. Nagito's exes all cried of sadness as they saw nagitos lifelsss body being carried away but also cried of joy when they saw little hatsune Miku, who doctors noticed she was making noises

But not any noises a normal baby would make, she was SINGING and she was singing so beautifully it made dr house cry

Mikus singing was so powerful that it managed to somehow bring her deceased mother father nagito komaeda back to life, after being pronounced dead for like 20 minutes. What an absolute fucking miracle!

"W-whats happening?" Komaeda asked, confused

"HES ALIVE!!" Murphy yelled

"You were dead for nearly half an hour" Wilson answered Nagito's question

"Oh yeah I was just chilling with Jesus and we talked about hope so what happened?"

"You just had a baby girl, nagito, who can also sing, it was her singing that managed to bring you to life. Also we should take you to another room, well we originally tried to take you to the morgue but the plans have been changed since you somehow returned from your death, oh I think I need to tell this to your homies"

House told jay, hajime and sans that nagito is actually alive thanks to his daughter and they were free to visit nagito and newborn hatsune Miku.

"Doctor, i want you do do something." Hajime proposed to house

"What do you want?" He responded back

"Sans might not be the actual father, it. (He sighs) Might be me..."

"What do you MEAN??"

Hajime then proceeds to explain to the doctor the whole situation about how hajime had sex with komaeda shortly before komaeda did it with sans and believes he is the dad

"Fine then,"

The DNA tests happened and it turns out....

The real father is....

"Awh shucks :( i thought miku was my daughter" sans saddened

"It's okay it's OUR daughter" nagito said "mine and hajimes and sans and jay's!"

Hatsune Miku grew up happily being raised by sans and Nagito, as well as kubz scouts and hajime. Their close friend's also paid Miku a visit and we're also considered patental figures sort of. She had a beautiful voice that was considered to cause miracles.

causing miracles multiple times is a criteria to become a saint

When Miku was 16, she transcended time and space to create something called a sekai. Her first sekai was for herself and her friends with the same abilities, to be a vocaloid. Their names are Len, Rin, Luka, kaito and meiko. They were known as the virtual singers. They also somehow made appearances in teenagers with aspirations to do any career to do with singing's phones. Sometimes those teenagers would get a song labelled "unknown", get curious, tap on it and get teleported to what is their sekai where they get to meet Miku and the other vocaloids, have a chit chat with them and be provided with advice. Sekais vary based off the music group. For example, more more jumps sekai is a stage sekai, because the group was formed by ex Idols and a girl who wanted to become an idol who managed to get the ex Idols and herself to become idols. Then we have wonderlands X showtime which is a troupe that performs at a theme park, hence this is why their sekai is a theme park too. On the other hand, nightcord at 25 is a group formed by a bunch of chronically online girls who all face severe struggled have an empty sekai, just a void literally which is fitting for the most depressing group.
