Chapter Text
“The opponent jungler’s sub-gender is Alpha? Do I care? No, I can still beat him with a blindfold if he plays as trash as he did last time."
Phainon plopped on the bed, placing the script on his face as he grumbled. “I cannot do this.”
“There is absolutely no way I’m pulling off this role.”
Cyrene giggled, taking the script into her hands, her laughter increasing as she doubled forward looking at the lines on the script. “This is the new role Madam Aglaea did her best to snatch for you?”
“Yes.” Every time Phainon thought about this new role, he couldn't help but turn a little sour, “An E-sports player."
He had no idea why Aglaea thought Phainon could do this role when this was his acting debut.
Cyrene, like the bestest childhood friend that she has always been, ruffled Phainon's hair. “What makes our Snowy give up so quickly then?”
“Don’t! The hairdo is expensive”, Phainon rolled around making it messier in the process, “And look at those lines Cyrene!” Phainon buried his face on the pillow, “Which normal person would say all that?”
Cyrene blinked.
“And he hates anyone of the Alpha sub-gender.”
To be fair, it was only five years ago that there was a sudden evolution among the human species with 1:3 of the population undergoing a biological transformation gaining glands that secrete pheromones.
This led to the current societal undercurrents with three sub-genders: Alphas, Betas and Omegas and various opinions and social groups formed around it.
And Phainon happened to fall into the first category.
Cyrene corrected him. “He hates those arrogant cocky alphas. He won’t hate you, an absolute sweetheart.”
Phainon groaned, rubbing his face. “No, Cyrene, why are you defending a fictional guy over me?”
Cyrene tilted her head looking absolutely serious, “Is that the only complaint?"
“One of the many!" Phainon pouted and sat cross-legged on the bed. “He is incredibly arrogant.” Phainon snorted. “It's sooooo infuriating how he acts like everyone else is a noob!”
Cyrene’s laughter only increased hearing Phainon's complaints. She resisted the urge to rub his hair again. “But I've heard from Castorice that there are quite a lot of personalities in their field like that.”
Wait!
Phainon's heart that was sulking and drowning finally found a thread of hope and he immediately tugged on it, giving the most incredible puppy eyes to Cyrene.
“Cyreneee, my dearest friend”, he grabbed her palms within his. “Isn’t this Castorice a rather popular player?” he blinked, his eyes pleading. "PleasePleasePleasePleasePlease.. only you can save me nowww”
“Stop it” Cyrene freed her hand and flicked his forehead. But Phainon still looked at her with those big blue eyes until she finally huffed with a nod, “I heard she is having a game coming up."
Phainon nodded his head furiously that it was really kind of cute.
“I'll ask her for the tickets. Let's go and conduct some field research.”
The noon at Okhema was generally hot around this time of the year but it did not seem to affect the fans queuing up outside the Okhema Esports Center. The entrance was swarmed with fans holding different esports teams flags, faces painted with different funny logos.
“Astral! Astral! Astral FTW!!"
“Go Go Chrysos! Go Go Chrysos!"
There was no less commotion with the slogans shouted loud and the mix of pheromones released due to excitement lifted up the competitive atmosphere even further.
“Woah", Phainon exclaimed as he pulled up the mask and hat, trying his best to disguise himself and leaned down to whisper to the shorter girl, “There are so many people interested in this?"
Cyrene rolled her eyes at that. “The game's popularity has skyrocketed in recent years." Phainon was positive that Cyrene never played these games but why was she so knowledgeable on this?! “These pro players are no less than celebrities"
Phainon Oh- ed, still not fully accepting of the very fact in front of his eyes.
Cyrene couldn't help but laugh. “Now that you know Mydei is on the road to real popularity, you are sour?”
“No. Absolutely not!”
"Cyrene, I'm a true idol!!"
“My following is already in the millions!!!"
Cyrene nodded but it was clear that she was not buying any of that. “Sureee let's get inside lest one of your million fans recognize you"
Right then, because of the push and pull, a signboard fell down and Phainon’s eyes darted towards it. He resisted the urge to lean down and pick it up to avoid getting his disguise exposed but the words on the signboard attracted his attention immediately.
SkeMma720, king pls come back and save this dying game.
Phainon arched his eyebrows. ‘Skemma720’, he repeated in his heart. In the surrounding buzz, this singular name made a clear sound.
He was unknowingly drawn to the signboard but thankfully Cyrene pulled him out of the trance “What are you doing?!"
Distracted for a moment, Phainon looked back to see the signboard already picked up but the girl who was holding it was now engaged in a heated argument with someone wearing the same jersey!
Phainon truly had a lot more to know about this game!
Today, the semifinals for the LoL’s 7th World Championship series was held at Okhema. The participating teams were Chrysos with homeground as Okhema and Astral sponsored by Herta Station. The winning team can participate in the World Championship finals.
Phainon navigated through the crowd before finding the inconspicuous seat Chrysos’ midlaner Castorice had booked for them.
It was in an area with less lighting and lesser focus but the view was really good, perfect for Phainon to learn from the game.
He sat down and adjusted himself.
The commentary was going on, introducing the two teams, their trajectories to semi-finals, previous head-to-heads and star players.
It felt foreign and gibberish to Phainon and he was already almost in the process of falling asleep before the game even started.
Meanwhile Commentator A heard the enthusiastic cheers which reflected in his speech. “Though initially, we all thought Chrysos would falter with the new Jungler, they have once again proved why they are Amphoreus’ greatest team!”
“Yeah Yeah”, Phainon yawned hearing this exact thing for the 800th time in the last 8 minutes.
Commentator B, “But wasn't that a valid question? Afterall, who they lost at the beginning of the season was the greatest Jungler in the entirety of the league.”
Phainon’s curiosity piqued. Afterall, the role he was playing was also a Jungler.
“SkeMma720" Commentator A declared with an emotion that was difficult to comprehend.
Phainon immediately sat up straight, the noise around him blurred to the background in the very moment. This SkeMma again! His interest regarding this person skyrocketed.
The crowd immediately broke into cheers, louder than it has ever been. The players were already on the stage. But the cheers weren't for them and instead for the man who was not even present on the day's arena.
SkeMma720, the most successful jungler of the game.
IPC’s LoL broadcast livestream channels.
The official live broadcast already had 235 million hotness points making it the first in the list. Following it was a bunch of live broadcast rooms with either passionate streamers having their stream titles as ‘Cheering for Chrysos!’, ‘Your daddy Astral here to teach you a lesson!’ and so on.
Following that was those who were ex-players, veterans and game experts who are more focussed on analyzing the game and every move but even then, their bias would be apparent.
Except for one live stream.
One where there was no bias but everyone was equally trashtalked.
[FPS. — Anaxagoras] The livestream currently has 88 million popularity points, placing it comfortably at the corner of the promoted livestreams on the first page.
On a day where every other streamer passionately commentated on LoL, Anaxagoras turned on the stream to try out a newly launched shooting game.
His audacity.
Anaxa made sure he adjusted the camera to focus on only his keyboard. He then popped open a can of wasabi juice and took a slow sip, watching on the main desktop that the game was still loading.
[King, are we sure that we are checking out this FPS right now?]
[Leaching off popularity points. Reported.]
[Can you atleast try to pretend so that your livestream account won't be banned yet again?]
[Naxy, it's the semis!! Semifinals!!! And your team has made it!!!! Are you aware!!!!!!!]
“Anaxagoras.", his voice still a little impatient but that was more so due to the little sleep he got last night and was forced to wake up so early (it was 1 pm). “If you want to see that championship game, there are ten thousand other livestreams. Don't bother me."
[Here for you, I don't care whatever you play as long as I can see those pretty fingers WOAH WHO SAID THAT]
[Haven't tuned into livestreams in a while. Who is this new streamer? Why on the front page when he is not even streaming the game.]
[Do not bother with him or his fans, they're known for being obnoxious]
[An ex-player who is now bitter over new talents overtaking him]
“Room mod, please ban the one who called me bitter… never mind, I’ll ban them myself.” Elegant fingers with neatly trimmed fingernails entered the camera view as it quickly tapped on the keyboards before disappearing as quickly banning the user who called him bitter.
Anaxa sat cross-legged on the gaming chair, the headset loosely hanging around his neck. The game finally loaded and his fingers quickly tapped away landing him in a no-man zone.
The screen before him suddenly hung before he could even check his character profile. “Tsk", Anaxa clicked his tongue.
[Loading..]
[Players loaded onto the New Eridu Map (3/99)..]
[Waiting for more players to join..]
Anaxa groaned, clearly pissed off.
[LMAAAAOOO This is what happens when you try to act soooooo different.]
[Bro you can go stream league now, we will pretend the entire incident never happened.]
[Wasting time. Reported.]
[naxy naxy naxy naxy the competition is about to start]
Anaxa was unbothered. “Let's chat till we get 96 more players", he drawled, lazy.
[No way you're so stubborn]
[Chrysos' new replacement LykoS is absolutely dominating the jungle!]
Anaxa clicked his tongue. “You guys call me stubborn when you are spamming my chat with what I said I'm not interested in."
"Today’s game is bound to be boring” Anaxa snorted.
“If you want to know..", He dragged, "Chrysos will lose the drake fight and Astral’s ADC will get a quadrakill. Next game, Astral will camp bottom lane, feeding their support and ADC, but it is a tactic to let their top get access to roam and assist midlane”
“And in the end..”, Anaxa deadpanned. “Chrysos loses 0-3.”
The chat paused for a moment before it immediately exploded.
[ooohhh jealoussssyyyy reekssss]
[Just because you aren't playing and they still made it to top 4, you're sooooo bitter about it]
[Unfollowed and reported.]
[Be honest. Do you have a second monitor up where we can't see because Chrysos literally just lost the drake fight and respawned.]
Anaxa never needed a second monitor to tell how Astral would eventually go on to win the whole tournament. But,
“You asked me for thoughts and I just gave it", He leaned back completely unbothered about the foul language in chat, “Are you sure you want me to commentate a game as boring as that?", smirking, he watched as the number of current players go from 3 to 6.
“Besides, see, even if it is slow, it is not impossible for more players to join" he picked the dromas printed pillows and placed it on his lap, taking another sip from his wasabi juice before reading chat and replying intermittently.
“Who do I think will win the league? No idea, not like I care either. Who is better, LykoS or me? Someone send them a compilation of me defeating him 1v5, thank you. If Chrysos wins, will I kowtow to my haters? Hmph, Would you send me a limited edition dromas merch if they lose? Don't ask stupid questions..”, the number of players was still slowly rising but the chat went by quicker. He tried his best to find questions that did not talk about the Championship.
“When will I duoQ? tomorrow, usual streaming time. Will I try mmorpg? No time. Acting or modelling in future? Not interested.”
And then a certain question made him pause. “Will I come back to pro games in future?” For the first time throughout the entire streaming time, there was a subtle emotion in his eyes. And where eyes cannot see, he stretched and bent his fingers before fisting his palm.
“Who knows."
[OHMYGODDD?????]
[Did we just hear THE SkeMma720 hinting at a comeback?????]
[New team or back to Chrysos????]
[KING, TELL US MOREE!!]
[NO I am so happy I am actually shedding tears. Like REAL TEARS.]
[Suddenly the championship game is soooooo boring.]
“So noisy”, Anaxa dragged. His already pissy mood fell worse with the chat being extremely annoying and the game that still wasn’t loading. His fingers tapped quickly and the monitor now played a new screen.
LoL’s official broadcast screen was brought up and Anaxa’s lazy voice over came through. “The game is boring but I will give you guys a lesson on how to flame dumbasses when you meet one.”
[????????]
The stream title changed. [Officially sponsored lullaby. — Anaxagoras.]
[here we go AGAIN, his account will definitely get banned]
[see you in another life, anaxalings.]
[OMG thank goddd you are streaming this now, I am so pissed off by Chrysos new top-lane HubRis504. Did Chrysos fall so low to recruit a newbie with no talent?]
“HubRis504?” Anaxa arched up his eyebrows and took a slow sip of juice. Uninterested, he lazily replied. “Heh. You should be blaming the jungler running all over trying to pick a place for his grave.”
Anaxa tapped at his mouse. “I told you all, this game has long been seale–” before he could finish, he watched the chat suddenly go into a frenzy.
[Wait.]
[OHMYGOD WAIT DID I SEE THAT RIGHT?]
[HOLYSHIT WHAT THE FUCK WHAT THE FUCK]
[No No No No Is that really him???]
Curious, Anaxa turned his attention back to the main screen.
On the camera was a strikingly handsome man who was wearing a mask, hat and sunglasses that should have worked as a sufficient disguise. But his build and aura was so strong that he still stood out amidst the crowd. The pink haired girl by his side whispered something to the man before his eyebrows that were scrunched up, slowly relaxed.
The man took off the mask, waved and bowed slightly. The crowd instantly went into thundering cheers. The innocent blue eyes made a striking contrast with the silver white hair that lazily fell across his face. The black turtleneck and the violet blue longcoat accentuated his figure.
He then pointed at the display playing the game currently signalling to focus on the game before pulling up the mask.
[SEND HELPPP]
[Thats Phainon. My dream Alpha!!!]
[When was Phainon into LoL?!]
[He is SO HANDSOME I DIEEE]
[How many omegas went into heat quickkkk]
[The streamer is so quiet, did he pass out watching the most handsome man in history?]
Anaxa chuckled. His fingers typing quickly at a second keyboard on the camera but the chat seemed to decipher it.
[Did he just search Who is Phainon ]
[???? Anaxa I love you but this is too much]
[wdym someone doesn’t know Phainon??]
[It is like.. my entire childhood is a lie]
[Don’t search for it. Don’t. It will break my heart]
[To the oblivious streamer: Phainon is an idol who debuted not long ago but rose through popularity rather quickly.]
Realization dawned and then a cold snort followed. “Oh, I got it.”
The stream title changed. [Commenting on a mid game and a high quality face — Anaxagoras.]
"That was so damn cool!!!” Phainon exaggerated, holding his chest. “My chest is still beating outside my ribs!!!"
“Chrysos lost" Cyrene looked at Phainon in disbelief. Then turned to give Castorice a comforting hug.
Phainon nodded. “Of course I know"
“It's 0-3", Cyrene chided.
“I'm aware"
Castorice smiled. “It's fine, Cyrene. It's the first time he watched the game. It's only normal that he is very excited about it.”
The loss still stung but Castorice’s smile was ever warm.
"You get it!” Phainon excitedly shifted closer to Castorice. "Your combo during the third game in the mid lane teamfight was super cool! It made me fall in looooove with the game!”
Castorice giggled. “You’re too kind.” And then as if she remembered something, her eyes drooped. Phainon immediately noticed but he did not press on.
A second later, Castorice herself started, "It was taught by my senior.”
"Senior?”, Phainon tilted his head confused.
"Yes. He is the one who guided me and helped me find my strengths and weaknesses”
"Then he must be a great player.” Respect bloomed in Phainon's heart. From the game that he watched today, his opinion on esports already changed drastically. This was no less than any other competitive game.
The characters were so cool, the effects were dazzling, the fights were classic, the entire duration was an adrenaline rush, all in all, Phainon was already obsessed.
No wonder Mydeimos wanted to be a pro-player.
“He is.. the best player the game ever had", Castorice showed a resigned smile. “Unfortunately, he withdrew from the championship earlier this year."
Phainon’s eyes narrowed, his focus drawn. Don't tell him..
“His game id.. SkeMma720"
Phainon's heart skipped a beat involuntarily. This was the third time he heard about SkeMma today.
“If you're interested in the game, you should check out his VODs! It's the absolute package to learn and to fall in love.. with the game.”
Phainon did not think too much of it, only grateful to Castorice for bringing them to the game today so that he can now view the movie role objectively rather than letting his unfounded bias ruin it for him.
He muttered a quick thanks before exchanging contacts with Castorice, which will come in handy more than in one way in future.

NEVER FUCKING MISS AN ANAXA STREAM.

The sun had long since set and Anaxa was comfortably pressing his face inside the softs of the dromas plushie. He did not get enough sleep last night and the stream outside of his usual hours heightened his annoyance.
He seemed to be living a long dream.
In this dream, his wrist no longer hurt like it would split apart any moment. He did not have to attend endless press conferences. There were no competitions that he had to win, no endless fanservice to do, no nagging sponsors to answer for his every action.
He was no longer ID: Nous but instead, ID: SkeMma720.
And now, streamer Anaxagoras who no one can force their will on any longer.
Anaxa woke up, still groggy. His phone was incessantly buzzing but he could not care enough. When he reached for the bedside to turn on the lamp, his actions paused. He realised he was still in the rented apartment. It had a single living room and a single bedroom with a gaming chair and streaming device set up at a corner.
He rubbed his eyes and reached for his phone. He ignored the notifications and looked at the time.
10:37 pm
It was a good six hours of sleep. Anaxa’s hands involuntarily reached for the back of his neck rubbing the foreign organ beneath the skin. He was still not used to it and the faint mint smell it exuded.
He unlocked his phone to scroll through the messages from friends. There were those who were asking him about the game, about his ex-team and also about his stream.
There was one particular message that caught his attention.
Lycurgus: Seems like you want to make a comeback? I would be so glad to have you back on Chrysos. If not, I am willing to sponsor a whole new team for you if only you can listen to my arrangements.
Anaxa clicked his tongue.
This character is just as annoying as he remembered. He pulled his hair into a loose bun and pulled over an oversized dromas printed tee. His legs were bare as he walked towards the window, pulling the curtains close.
His hand paused while he looked at the familiar yet strange scenes around him.
It has been two years since he entered this world replacing SkeMma. But he was still unused to this body. Especially with this constitution of what they call an omega.
His phone rang and seeing it was Hyacinthia, Anaxa attended it without thinking twice.
“Senior!”, the girl yelled from the other end.
Anaxa couldn’t help but pull the phone back a bit. Hiding away the nostalgia that surfaced on his face earlier, he shut the curtain, fully integrating himself to the role of this Anaxagoras.
“Your performance was okay today, don’t beat yourself over it.”
Hyacinthia, Game ID: EleOs252 played as a support for Team Chrysos but more importantly, she was his junior, or SkeMma's junior to be precise.
“Who cares, that Lygus deserves this!” she coldly humphed, “I called you because I am worried about you!”
Anaxa arched his eyebrows. At some point he already moved to the kitchen and opened the fridge to see there was not even the usual takeout stocked in there. Must have forgotten to refill.
“About me?”
“Yes!” The girl was anxious. “You brought up Phainon in the stream?”
Anaxa was momentarily confused. Afterall, his chat talks about so many random things in a day, how can he remember each one of them? “Phainon?” He repeated and suddenly the image of a handsome young man wearing black turtleneck entered his vision. “Ah, the idol”
“Seniorrr” Hyacine dragged in disbelief. “He is theeeeee idol”
“Still an idol”, Anaxa dismissed. “What? I was supposed to be commenting on the game but they did not stop showing his face.” Anaxa snorted. “The title merely reflected the livestream content.”
Hyacine almost giggled at her senior’s attitude before she quickly pursed her lips. “Just stay off your main livebroadcast account for a few days to evade the ban.”
Anaxa was silent on the other end but Hyacine knew the silence meant approval and gladly disconnected.
“Idol”, Anaxa nestled himself on the couch, still pondering. “I do not even remember this minor character intersecting with SkeMma's story.”

“Mydeimosssss!” Phainon flung himself over trying to drape his arms around Mydei only to be kicked right back by the man to stop him in place.
“Did the last screw in your brain finally fall loose too?”
Phainon clutched his heart using every skill that he has picked up in his time in the idol industry. “You hurt me!”
Mydei tilted his head in confusion.
“If you don’t want me to snitch to Hephae, give me login credentials to your LoL account.”
That was too much information to process in an instant and Mydei completely fell silent. “Silence is taken as approval. Thank you very much. I know I can always count on–”
“Wait a minute” Mydei called and Phainon paused on his track to Mydei’s gaming setup.
“Who was the one who said playing boring games all day and imagining becoming a popular star is beneath him?”
Phainon closed his mouth with his palm dramatically. “Who said that?”
If it was anyone but Mydei, a chair would already be flung at Phainon’s head. But fortunately for Phainon, Mydei is a good friend.
Mydei arched his eyebrows in question. I’ll make sure you can’t even touch the setup if you don’t spill the truth.
Phainon stared back at Mydei who did not back down. The standoff lasted for a minute before Phainon retreated. “Fine Fineeee!” He whined and pouted explaining everything that happened over the last 48 hours.
Mydei’s expression was.. interesting before he broke into a laugh. “Karma!”
“Well now I understand your aspirations” Phainon grumbled before playing his trump card - puppy eyes. “Now, Mydeimos, like the bestest friend that you are, won’t you give me your login credentials?”
Mydei laughed and nodded, his expression very kind-hearted before instantly changing his expression. “No” The smile disappeared.
“Mydei!!” Phainon hissed.
“Do you even know the controls? Go and create your own account, don’t brick mine. I completed my gold promotion just last weekend.”
Phainon scrunched his eyebrows trying to look as pathetic as he could. “I do not have the time for that! PleaseeePleaseee Mydeiiii how hard can it get? A bunch of movement keys and ability keys. I can do it, trust me!”
“No.” There was an absolute refusal from Mydei.
After a few seconds..
“Tch” Phainon tsked, immediately changing his demeanour. “I tried to give you face”, he mumbled while rolling his eyes, “The combination of your and hephae’s birthday is soooooo hard to guess”
Before Mydei could stop him, Phainon immediately bolted towards the gaming setup.
“Now, PoleMos600, watch my game!”
The downpour was heavy and Anaxa’s fridge was still empty. He opened his phone to scroll through the takeout app but without an exception there were no deliveries happening in his neighborhood. If he could, he would prefer not to stream on empty stomach.
Right then, there was a new notification.
@yourzedist4ash mentioned you in a comment.
@yourzedist4ash: here :) [ https://phainon-hot-shots.iptv.in] enjoy :))))))
A strange curiosity piqued. He understood the hype around this idol. Phainon was a handsome guy in its most conventional sense. But was he Anaxa’s type? He wasn’t sure and he shouldn’t have been very interested in knowing it either. He was about to click in when there was notification about a restaurant near him open for delivery.
“Well then, Phainon’s hot shots need to wait another day”
Unknowingly, the mint scent in the air thickened just a little.
.
.
.
Once the takeout was ordered, Anaxa put on his favorite dromas onesie and sat crosslegged on his gaming chair. He adjusted the cameras as usual and tapped a few keys opening the game and landing on the loading screen.
“Lets take a few strangers first and then viewers” His voice was a bit hoarser than usual because of the sudden changing weather.
[Did you catch a cold?!]
[Wrap yourself in thicker clothes!]
[Did you take medicines?]
Anaxa lazily hummed. “Nothing to worry about. Yes, I am wearing thicker clothes. And no, I will take medicines after I get my delivery.”
His profile opened and he switched to his alternate account instead of his main. “Main ranking is too high, lets rank in alt”
[Your alt is already gold, can you stop pissing me off]
Anaxa’s lips curled in a smile. “Don’t cry. Watch carefully today.”
[Will you give us your strategy tips?]
“No”, he drawled. "But at least watching me can give you an illusion of how it feels to be on the winning side in gold ranked games” He lazily tapped twice more entering the duoQ screen.
[Someone tell him he is no longer the great god jungler, ohmygod he is so annoyinggg]
[Can someone spawncamp him?]
[If you lose, then you need to tweet that Phainon is the hottest man you've ever seen.]
“This guy again?" Anaxa laughed. “I won't lose."
[???????? Is it hard to accept an objective fact]
"The objective fact is that..”, Anaxa stretched his body to relax and then tapped on his mouse, "I won't lose.”
[Inviting Phainon fans to come and raid this streamer]
[Clip that part and put it on the Okhema forum quickkk!!]
[I’ll give you $100 to keep your mouth shut]
“Okay.”, Anaxa declared, “Remember to send $100 by the end of the stream.”
[Are you fucking serious] User banned for foul language.
[Usually we cant see ur face and now we cant hear u too?? why do you still stream??]
[I’ll send you $200 to speak!!]
Anaxa ignored the chat going crazy and instead focussed on the game.
He rarely used this account. Most of the time, he used it to carry lower ranked people on stream. Today he was too lazy to carry viewers so he checked his friends list and found one that was online.
He usually never added friends unless he could tolerate the other. So without thinking twice, he sent a request for duoQ.
Soon, the other person joined him in the lobby.
PoleMos600.
It was the first time Phainon ever logged in to this game.
“Wow!" Phainon exclaimed, his fingers clumsily tapped at the keyboard earning a groan from Mydei who was seated by his side. “So many cool characters!!"
“Champions" Mydei corrected.
“Oh oh champions~" Phainon was in a seemingly good mood. Since Mydei knew him, Phainon seemed to always be in a good mood though. “So many costumes."
“Skins" He was truly getting on Mydei's nerves.
Like every new player, Phainon checked out every icon out of sheer curiosity disregarding Mydei’s disgruntled comments about how Phainon was being an annoying dumbass.
But that didn't stop Phainon.
Especially when he saw a friend request to join a lobby pop up, he clicked on it without thinking twice.
“Don't!" Mydei widened his eyes but the lobby was already loaded.
A strange calm settled as Mydei clutched his head. "It's over.”
Phainon tilted his head, confused and innocent.
"Deal with it yourself.”, Mydei stood up. "Don't even scream for help.”
Phainon never knew what Mydei meant until a few minutes later.
Few seconds later,
in-game chat:
[Team] Do Not Interrupt Me: pick?
[Team] PoleMos600: Huh?
[Team] Do Not Interrupt Me: ?
