The castle was bustling for once, with people the guards would have never imagined inside. Clown was hosting a thanksgiving party, which he did every year, but it was usually only for the guards. Now there were people that the nether considered enemies inside. The guards watched from their posts and ParratX2 and TheoBaldtheBird were led inside, by Ferre. 

Clown sat at the head of the table, with ferre on his right, as usual. But there sat the Bounty Assasin Team, who were supposed to be hunting him down. Their leader, Leowook chatted with the Guardian of the End, MInuteTech, who was piling food onto SpokeIsHere and Mapicc’s plates. Even more surprisingly was the sight of PrinceZam, a monarch who everyone presumed dead. The monarch was occupied in a staring contest with Wemmbu, the strongest player on the server, who was also believed to be dead. The guards had been told to keep quiet about the presence of these two, but it was astonishing, due to their history. Eventually, wemmbu gave up, allowing Zam to eat from his plate.

The guards peeked through the window, as ParrotX2, the person Clown had just fought, walked in, looking quite awkward between so many people he had fought with. His companion, Theo, wasn’t quite as stressed, greeting FlameFrags cordially. Parrot sat at the edge of the table, picking at the food some of the BAT members had put on his plate. Why Parrot was so awkward was beyond them, but the guards felt a bit of pity for him. Anyone would be stressed sitting across from the mafia leader, Ashswag and his girlfriend, Squiddo. 

The two visited often, so the guards didn’t have to worry about them, but Spoke seemed to be glaring daggers at him. Ashswag promptly ignored Spoke, but his girlfriend was waving excitedly at him.

How a group as unstable as this one were friends baffled the guards, and not a single one understood. 

But in the end, some mysteries are better unsolved.
