I am getting new sisters. First it was Ryuuko-chan and, now, it was gonna be Satsuki, too. I've always wanted sisters, even if they didn't come in the "usual" way, but I get to help with this, which makes it even better because, not only am I getting new sisters, I'm gonna learn how to be a midwife, too, especially with how aliens did some strange things to women's bodies.
Before this, the three of us were just milk sisters and Mom would nurse them like she did me. Neither of them really had a mom, no, and so Mom decided to be their mom. As she put it to me, moms nurse their babies when they're able to and Mom is able to. As I would find out, she's able to make them my sisters in ways more than just milk.
A thing to learn about being a midwife is that I had to learn some of the basics of gynecology and that, because I didn't have anyone else to learn from, Mom was going to teach me. The first thing she taught me to do was to "palp" a uterus. Taking one hand and putting it on her mons, she told me to take two fingers and stick them inside, before showing how to me to "cradle" a uterus. When I was done with that, I told her that her uterus felt weird, like it had something it it. "I suppose it does, hon, but it's for something special." she told me, before showing me what to look for and how to use a speculum. It was so fascinating seeing more about where I came from and, from what I could tell, her cervix looked pretty healthy but ready for something.
As for my new sisters, they really loved the fact that Mom was their mom now, as they were always around her for her to hold them, breastfeed them, and love them. "Drink up, my girls, you need your nutrients." she would say, while she nursed them. While she nursed us, I noticed how her belly was starting to get a little bigger. I mean, her boobies were, too, but her belly was getting bigger. After that, I asked her if she was pregnant again and she told me, "Not yet, hon, but I will be and you'll help."
After awhile of milk-mothering them, I knew it was time to help and that I was getting new sisters in more than just milk. While she nursed them, they were naked and Mom was in her birthing position with fluids on the bed. Without a doubt, I went to check her cervix. It was ready for something, ready to help me get new sisters. When they were done nursing, I went to check them. Ryuuko-chan, obviously, would be going first because she had her cord coming out of her belly button, while Satsuki's cord was just coming outside of Mom and wasn't attached yet.
Before I could help go in, I got some lube and applied to it Mom before I got Ryuuko in position. She was going in head first and, while her cord was growing, I guided it into Mom. Compared to all the pictures I've seen, Ryuuko's cord was glowing, moving, veiny, and thick and it looked like it was as wide as my forearm. No doubt that was experience for Mom taking that all in. Making sure Mom's folds stayed parted enough, I helped Ryuuko go through, while Mom's belly grew big enough.
Now, it was Satsuki's turn. She was scared, of course, but things got easier once her cord was attached. She didn't want to hurt Mom and she didn't know if she should go in feet first or head first but she figured she would also go in head first once Ryuuko reached her hand out of Mom's cervix. Satsuki grabbed it and, as Mom tried her best to keep still, I pushed her, while Ryuuko pulled.
Mom's cervix had closed and I saw the plug forming on it. Mom sat up and told me that, while they shrink down to babies, she was going to be lying down for awhile. Satsuki and Ryuuko were nestled tightly in there, sleeping, just happy to be sisters in a new mom. Pulling me close to breastfeed me, Mom explained to me that what happened was a "womb adoption".
"Yes, Honey, a womb adoption. See, times have changed where women can give birth to their adoptive babies without having them be embryos."
"Oh..."
"Yes, we wanted to surprise you. With this form of adoption, they will be reborn as your new sisters."
She pulled me off one breast before putting me on the other. When I was done, I told her I was curious about how this "womb adoption" thing worked. As she explained it, Ryuuko and Satsuki were in her womb and that, when they were small enough, she'd give birth to them again. "It's like a regular pregnancy, except, in this case, they have to revert back to babies and, when they're babies again, they'll be born." she told me, rubbing her belly.
As Mom carried my new sisters, I had to help her with just about everything, keeping her clean, getting her dressed, changing her bedding, and helping her use the bathroom. On top of all of this, I had to make sure she kept producing milk. That part was the part I liked the most because she still breastfed me but I also had to be breastfed to taste for colostrum. "I do miss it when you were little, Mako." she told me, once, before I told her that she'll have two little babies, soon. Morning, noon, night, I was getting breastfed, until I tasted colostrum.
"Soon?"
"Yes, Mako, soon."
By now, Mom's belly was small enough because my sisters were fully babies. I knew her giving birth wouldn't be a huge issue because she's had babies before. The first one born was Satsuki and she weighed about seven pounds, while the second one to come was Ryuuko, who weighed about 6 pounds. Two healthy, womb adopted sisters and Mom had two babies to nurse.
