Is it illegal to talk about client information in public?

So me and my friends are all new all relatively new lawyers and are working with a much more experienced lawyer who will call PV and at one point today me and my friends were talking about an ongoing case in a coffee shop and it turns out that not only was PV there he looked at us disappointingly and came over to tell us that we can’t talk about this that loudly or in public. Me and my friends didn’t mean any harm. Can we get in trouble over this?

I am so tired of these shitty drivers

This has happened multiple times whenever I try to cross a street SOMEHOW I almost get run over by people who aren’t driving properly. Such as speeding so fast I couldn’t even tell a car was coming, driving with their eyes closed, or not wearing the glasses they need for driving and those are only a few examples. This is why traveling by roof is superior

Would I be an asshole if I get rid of my wife’s 12ft plush?

Recently my wife had commissioned and gotten this 12ft plush of this colossal dragon that is me when she was high on these mushrooms they got from a kid. To say I hate it is an understatement not only does it take up a good chunk of room in our bedroom or any room in the house but I also get questions whenever someone sees it and I can’t look like that. So would I be the asshole if I got rid of it?

Would I be the asshole if I brought my child to my in-laws’ step-daughter’s birthday party?

My inlaws are throwing a birthday party for their daughter’s 4th birthday and I have been invited. The problem is my Partner does not like their daughter at all and doesn’t want our child near her, HOWEVER they’re in Jail and can’t stop me from going with our child so would I be the asshole?

It seems like your partner is hating this 4 year old girl for no good reason at all, cause all I can think of for a reason is that she’s a step daughter which I choose to believe is not the reason as it's unfair. Do I have to pay for a bet that none of us were right on?

Okay ssssso Me, my ssssssibling, and our coussssssinssss except one (lossssser) had a bet on the order in which each of usssss would have kidssssss 2 yearsssss after one (Lo) of ussssss had one. Caussssssse that'ssssss when we learned that LD’s (the one not a part of the bet) wife was pregnant and decided yeah letssssss ssssstart thisssss bet for fun and we all thought the definitive order wassssss Lo, LD, and now we are betting. I didn’t want my ssssibling to beat me to having a kid ssssso with the help of a friend we adopted one (Sd) now we were doing thisssss quickly it wasssss sssssome what ssssssssshady but thatsssss not important the issssssssssue liessss in that we adopted Sd too quickly and I ended up being sssssecond as LD and their Wife’sssssss kid was born two dayssssss after I became Sd’s legal parent sssssso now I’m ssssssecond they ssssssay sssssince I sssssaid I would be third and I wassssn’t. But they were incorrect too sssssso I don’t think I ssssssshould pay.

I am going to assume that there is no binding document for this which makes the whole situation while wild a lot simpler. As a lawyer myself I would say that as all of you were wrong due to you being second and not LD none of you have to pay or all of you have to pay and with that you'd end up back at square one, making having none of you pay easier.

 Four days ago I was doing something and my mom happened to ask me what I was doing that night. Due to it being stuff that she might not like I lied about what I was doing but then the next day as it turned out an important government official in the Creme Republic was murdered and I was considered a witness but since I already lied about what I was doing that night I continued to lie. Everything worked out in the end but I do feel bad about lying to my mom. I never ask this because as my name suggests I’m perfect but am I the asshole for this?
