“Ken, we need a plan.”
“We’re Guardianeers, Papa. We are the plan. CHARGE!”
“Wait, guys!” Brainy’s voice was lost in the others shouting as they ran towards Razamel. Straight at him. Straight at the magic-wielding sorcerer who had kicked their asses every time they fought him.
Yeah, smurf that noise.
He quickly hurried towards the car, grabbing Worry with him, running behind Papa, Smurfette and No Name.
“KACHOW!”
One moment, he was watching as the Smurfs and Poots charged. The next, he was watching their bodies disappear and their spirits fly straight into the swirling vortex of evil, causing it to flash pink as they entered.
“Razamel stole their Smurfy goodness,” Papa began, “We can get them back but only if we break the spell by rescuing Jaunty.”
“Right, so…do we have an actual plan?” Brainy blinked as Papa, No Name and Smurfette looked over in his and Worry’s direction, wide-eyed, “What?”
“Brainy? Worry?”
“Hi, guys,” Worry waved from behind him.
“We didn’t join in that stupid charge like everyone else did,” Brainy then turned to Smurfette and continued, “Honestly…kind of disappointing seeing you charge blindly into danger, Smurfette. Then again…not surprising considering this isn’t the first time you made a bad decision.”
“Okay, smurf you, man,” Smurfette muttered, crossing her arms.
“So charging straight towards the evil wizard…did not do anything to help us and now we are down to five,” Brainy remarked, “Again, do we have an actual plan this time?”
“We’ll wait until he’s distracted,” Papa whispered, glaring as Razamel and Gargamel started arguing, “Brainy, how good are you with being distracting?”
“You want me and Worry to run interference and keep his eyes off you guys while you try and save Jaunty?” Brainy sighed at Papa’s nod, “Okay, let’s do this. At least it’s somewhat an actual plan.”
And when Papa gave the signal, they ran out with hope fuelling them…
