Humans/Alive Beings

Katherine Freeling (‘Haunted Hotel’)- The mother of Esther and Ben, and the sister of Nathan. She is a heavily overworked and stressed owner of the Undervale Hotel, just trying to make a living and provide a livelihood for her family.

Esther Freeling (‘Haunted Hotel’)- The younger sister of Ben, Esther is a young girl with an intense curiosity towards the supernatural and oddities, including dark magic, witchcraft, and the otherworldly.

Ben Freeling (‘Haunted Hotel’)- The oldest child of Katherine, Ben is a carefree but cautious child, putting his own safety over anything else. But he does have a heart of gold, willing to protect his friends even if it means putting himself in danger.

Low (‘Little Nightmares 3’)- A boy who wears a mask and is close to Alone. He possesses an otherworldly ability to travel through mirrors and other reflective surfaces. He has an anti-hero outlook, unwilling to help anyone that isn’t Alone.

Mono (‘Little Nightmares 2’)- A boy who wears a paper bag over his head. He possesses the ability to use tileórasikinesis, also known as television control. He is extremely close to Six, willing to harm anyone he sees as a threat or a danger to them.

Six (‘Little Nightmares’)- A girl who wears a yellow raincoat. She has insatiable hunger, to the point she’ll become cannibalistic and aggressive if her hunger continues to get worse and worse.

Frisk (‘Undertale’)- A child who is mute. Frisk goes by they/them pronouns and doesn’t speak, instead using sign language and gestures to communicate.

Ib (‘Ib’)- A young girl whose health is connected to a red rose she carries around. If the rose loses all of its petals, she will die. She is incredibly close to Gary, but is polite towards anyone who tries to speak with her.

Gary (‘Ib’)- A young man whose health is also connected to a flower, this time a blue rose. He is protective over Ib, and can come off as rude or aggressive to others.

Alice Liddell (‘Alice Madness Returns’)- A young woman who comes from an insane asylum. Not much is known about her, but she often talks about Wonderland and the threats within it.

Sunny (‘Omori’)- A young boy who is also mute. He communicates via sign language, gestures, and words on a notepad. He is close to Basil, usually following the other boy around everywhere.

Basil (‘Omori’)- Another young boy with a passion towards gardening. He is protective of Sunny to the point of possessiveness and clinginess.

Cheryl Mason (‘Silent Hill 1 + 3’)- A young teenage woman who comes from a town called Silent Hill. She carries a variety of weapons, including a pistol and a metal pipe.

Ghosts

Nathan Freeling (‘Haunted Hotel’)- The past owner of Undervale who committed suicide. He now haunts as a friendly ghost with an unusual ability to find ghostly or monster-y children and young adults.

Cassidy (‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’)- A very aggressive girl who attacks anyone she sees. She is bloodthirsty, deadly, and so full of hate that she possesses demon-like abilities.

Gabriel (‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’)- A shy boy who prefers to hide away. He wears a plastic top hat and a black bowtie.

Jeremy (‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’)- A boy who wears a paper rabbit headband. He is energetic and lively, the most active out of the group of ghostly children.

Susie (‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’)- A happy and go-lucky girl, one of the youngest of the group. She loves to eat, even if she doesn’t need to anymore.

Charlotte/Charlie (‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’)- The eldest of the group who possesses the ability to give life to the recently deceased, turning them into ghosts or spirits.

Elizabeth (‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’)- The sister of Evan, a young girl who refuses to believe the cruelty and crimes her father had committed.

Evan (‘Five Nights At Freddy’s’)- A shy boy who is often seen crying. He often hides away, hugging a plushie of a yellow bear.

Kid (‘Little Nightmares’)- A boy who looked like he had been maimed. He stays in the shadows, watching, but often stepping in to help those in danger.

Misfortune Ramierz Hernadez (‘Little Misfortune’)- A little girl who is unusually happy and cheerful. She goes by the nickname ‘Little Misfortune’.

Fran Bow Dagenhart (‘Fran Bow’)- A girl who is searching for her cat, Mr. Midnight. She either doesn’t know that she is dead or is stuck in a death-day loop.

Chara (‘Undertale’)- Another child who follows Frisk around. They are quiet but give a creepy aura with an ability to creep anyone out, no matter who it is.

Demons/Other Monsters

Abaddon (‘Haunted Hotel’)- A demon bound to the body of a little boy from the 1700s. He is unusually clingy and kind towards the owners of the hotel.

Alone (‘Little Nightmares 3’)- A doll given life who is usually seen around Low.

Lucius (‘Lucius’)- A silent boy who is the son of Lucifer. He possesses many abilities that he uses to kill and maim his enemies.

Mary (‘Ib’)- A girl who came from a painting. She is friendly and desperate for friends to the point of being obsessive.

Omori (‘Omori’)- A strange boy who looks like he stepped out of a cartoon. He is completely black and white, silent, and strangely aggressive. He weilds a large kitchen knife.

Rosemary Winters (‘Resident Evil 8’)- A young woman who is a mix of sentient mold and human. She has strong abilities, slowly being morphed into a weapon by the Umbrella Company.

Chapter Text

“Abaddon…please come here.”

Katherine stood at the very entrance of the Undervale Hotel, looking completely unimpressed as she stared at the group of men and women that gathered on the sidewalk. They wore red robes, hoods pulled up to obscure their faces, postures stiff and rigged. It wouldn’t be the first time Katherine had seen demon worshippers at her hotel, but she really did hope that Abaddon had chased them off for good the last time they appeared.

The boy poked his head out from the doorway, wearing his favorite red, sleeveless vest. He looked at her, then the people, before raising a singular eyebrow.

Katherine looked at him expectedly. “Well?”

“Well what?” The demon-in-the-body-of-a-child replied back.

“They’re your people, are they not? Tell them to go away, before they scare off potential guests.”

Abaddon only looked more confused, shaking his head. “They are not mine. They are another demon’s loyal flock.”

“What? But there’s no other demons around. How can-“ Before she could finish, one of the men wearing the robes stepped up, clearing his throat.

“We are looking for a boy.” He stated coldly, voice raspy. “The son of Lucifer, the Anti-Christ, the coming of the endtimes.”

“Oookay.” Katherine closed the door behind her, blocking them from seeing inside the hotel (and Abaddon). For some reason, these people gave her the creeps. “There’s nobody like that here, believe me, I would know, so-“

“You would not.” The man interrupted once again, something that made her eye twitch. “That boy is a master manipulator. You wouldn’t know of his true intent until a blade is lodged in your back.”

“I don’t know who or what you’re talking about, but I think it’s time for you to go.” She was starting to lose her patience. One demon running around was enough, but two? It might actually be the end of her. “There’s nobody here matching that description. So please leave, before I call the cops.”

“You’re lying.” The man subtly nodded over his shoulder, causing the people behind him to move closer, entrapping her on all sides. “We tracked him here, we know he was heading this way. So just tell us where he is and I will make sure that you and your children will not come to harm…all but that imposter in that boy’s body, I mean.”

“Wait.” She couldn’t help but laugh in disbelief. “Hold on, back up. How do you know I have kids? Have you…have you been spying on us?”

The man cleared his throat again, rubbing the back of his neck. “We did…recon, yes. So we know if there are any loose ends to tie up. If Lucius hasn’t arrived, then he must still be on his way.” Suddenly, he lashed out, grabbing Katherine’s wrist so hard that she could feel a deep bruise forming under his calused fingers. “So I suggest, for the safety of your family, you help us find him.”

Just as she opened her mouth to speak, to yell and demand who they think they are threatening her family like that, she heard something rustle. She glanced towards the forest.

Out came her brother. Her idiotic, golden-heart, ghost brother. He had the dumbest grin on his face, stretched from ear to ear as he stepped out of the bushes, hand-in-hand with a little boy.

Wait, hand-in-hand?

Whoever this mysterious boy was, he was able to hold Nathan’s hand. Full on skin to skin contact, which should be impossible. Nobody has been able to touch Nathan, not even Abaddon. But this kid was doing it like it was nothing.

This kid on a closer look was pale and rather well fed, the only source of color on him being his rosey red cheeks. He had short black hair, cold black eyes, and wore a black vest over a long white tunic and black pants. He had an air of wealth around him, maybe it was the clothes that clearly were made out of the finest and most expensive material. Even his shoes, as black as the rest of his clothes, were polished to the point that they were shining in the moonlight. This kid, wherever he came from, was clearly well loved. So why was he with Nathan, and where was his parents? An…eight or seven year old, if she had to estimate, really shouldn’t be wandering around alone.

“Nathan,” she sighed, pinching the bridge of her nose. “why do you have a kid?”

Nathan’s grin only grew wider as he stepped out, una ble to hide his joy. “The question is, why don’t you?”

Suddenly, a knife was pointed at Nathan from one of the cloaked people, causing him to click his tongue. “Oh! Well, that isn’t very nice.” He held up his free hand, trying to calm the situation.

“Unhand the boy.” The cloaked woman hissed out. “That is Lucius, the Anti-Christ. How dare you put your hands on him like that?” The knife went right through Nathan’s hand, without the blood and gore they were expecting, if Katherine had to guess by their expressions. “How…” The woman whispered. “How are you doing that?”

“Magic trick?” Nathan croaked with a nervous laugh. He slightly tightened his grip on Lucius’s hand. “Anyways, the kid isn’t going anywhere with you guys. It would be irresponsible of me to let a child go with some cloaked fanatic freaks.”

“Freaks? You have no idea who that child is!” One of the other cultists shouted from behind the one holding the knife. “The powers he possesses, the things he has done. He will bring the end of the world!”

“Wouldn’t be the first time…” Katherine muttered, feeling a shiver run down her back. Abaddon bringing the end of the world was certainly a shock, but they survived. Just like they’ll survive any other cultist attempt.

The door behind her opened and Abaddon stepped forward, his pupils a bright scarlet. He looked at the cultists, then the boy with a scoff. “Usually, I don’t get involved with idiots.” He said. “But you threatened my family, my new flock. And that can’t go unpunished. Nobody threatens Abaddon, the Cobra King, and especially the people under his protection.”

The ground began to shake and Katherine lunged forward, grabbing the strange pale Anti-Christ by the hand and yanking him inside the hotel, forcing Nathan to follow. She slammed the doors closed behind her just as the screaming outside started.

“What was that for?” Nathan scoffed, getting on a knee to check Lucius for any wounds or marks. “You could have hurt our new friend.”

“He’s the Anti-Christ, I’m sure he’s fine. And I did that so none of you got caught in that crossfire.” She gestured to the door just as a loud bang and more screaming filled the air. Whatever was happening out there sounded surprisingly…squishy.

“Ah.” Nathan blinked. “I see. Well…it seems like we have a new member of the family!” A hand went down, ruffling Lucius’s hair. “Welcome to the family, bud!”

The silent boy cracked a tiny smile.
