“I prepared the food for today as Elrond wanted in his list, then I made sure that the temperature is optimal, water clean and-”
“Ereinion,” Celebrimbor spoke, disturbing his friend’s babbling. It all sounded like bullshit anyway. “Ereinion, your boyfriend left you with his pet for two fucking days!”
“Yes,” Ereinion nodded with his head. “He gave me a list of Maglor’s needs, diet and of course what I was supposed to do if anything would look suspicious.”
“...” Celebrimbor blinked, looking at the younger man in disbelief. “You are worrying as if he left you with a baby! It’s a CRAB! A F*CKING CRAB! It will stay in its tank for the whole weekend anyway.”
“Don’t be so loud, he doesn’t like it.”
“He?”
“Crablor. Elrond said that he doesn’t like the loud sounds and that I should read him a night time story.”
“A night time story. For a crab which is the size of a bottle’s cap,” he repeated in disbelief.
“Elrond loves Crablor very much. He has had it for many years already,” Ereinion explained seriously, as if he was not falling down into a pit of madness in which his boyfriend apparently already existed for a long time.
Love was making men crazy.
