    Yeah there's some more info about them trying to hire people later (but only a bit since most of the story will take place away from Ostia). But I think it would be the same for all of Lycia, honestly, since by the own story's account the entire army was devastated.

    For Cecilia, I have a bit of that planned out for a few chapters from now so you'll see ;)

    In this timeline (aka "canon as far as I'm concerned"), Lyn died during a flu epidemic when Lilina was nine. Until that time, she, Hector and Lilina had gone to Sacae every year and they would always visit Rath. Lilina and Sue never really became friends but they did know each other at least. (Do I have ideas about a standalone story of the one time Hector and Lilina tried to go to Sacae after Lyn died? Yes. I'll write it eventually.)
