    I laughed so much at my own imagination of the scene where Akechi tries to catch Mermaid!Ren. This is my first time reading a mermaid AU so I kind of curious on the 'mermaid things' too.
    I like how the conversation took a turn from funny banter to depressed reason of Akechi's action, then became all bright again when they made the 7-day deal! It's really engaging and the flow really makes me anticipating the next chapter!

      Wow your first mermaid AU! I'm honored! Ren is very excitable. It's going to be hard for Goro to keep acting like Ren's a bother when he's so happy and cheerful. But that's not to say that Ren can't appreciate how serious this situation is, he just wants to help in any way he can!
