    Eren crying when he gets angry (or frustrated or anything) is supposed to be in contrast with Jean feeling divorced from his emotions concerning Marco (he still hasn't cried and worries that there's something wrong with him). Like, Eren feels things too much and Jean feels them too little or at least isn't very sure of what he's feeling at any given moment.
