Honestly nothing makes sense in Jojo and I wanted to pull an old Kujo trick
It made a lot more sense with Jotaro since he's actually blood tied to DIO. Jolyne and Pucci don't have such a thing and Pucci's stand evolved. Jolyne having a stand like that is just pure bs and way more forced.
