Comment on Wearing Nothing But Blame

  1. please! i love long comments! give me all your thoughts always, i'm so here for them!

hard agree on the first part. i really relate to the way i write pat in that he has a really hard time explaining himself. it's impossible to do with topics that feel heavy to you. you don't even know where to begin. all the preparation in the world doesn't matter if things go off the rails & it's tough to recover.

absolutely as well though. they both obviously had good points here. janus & virgil would eventually come to an understanding if they could muscle through & talk about their shit, & patton would adjust in the same way if he gave remus a similar amount of forgiveness & patience. the conclusion they reached is a little rough, a little too emotionally charged, but i think they're both very emotional sides. jan has the luxury of having more logic than patton, which comes from his rather healthy amount of distrust in society, but i think jan has the capacity to be as emotional as patton, so when arguments like this happen, not much can be achieved in the end for them. but it is patton's fault, without a doubt, for shunning jan & not relying on logan in his absence. like you said, pat's been trying to do everything himself for a long time now, & it's his own fault. not that janus holds it against him.

warmth is very fluffy! it comes first in the actual chronology of things (i plan on rearranging the chapters to reflect that when everything's published) but anniversary...hits very hard. i hope you enjoy~
