    I kindof think of her like the ultimate Mother. So often, modern motherhood can consume a woman's personality until she is nothing but Mother. She lives and breathes it every day, because she HAS to. She is literally keeping her human beings alive by sheer force of will. And then suddenly if that pressure is removed, that "identity", women sometimes really struggle with accepting and allowing themselves to be something else again.
