Oh, so now Dean is the victim and Cas is the bad guy ?
I understand Dean never bullied Cas himself and that he wasn't the only who didn't help him in the town but he was friends with kids who bullied Cas and he laughed when his friends bullied Cas. This is enough to hold grudges for. Anyone in Cas's shoes would be angry with Dean. Cas did nothing to apologise for.
Why did you skip the part where "Dean was friends with Cas's bullies and used to laugh at him" during Cas and Charlie's conversation ? Do you think readers would forget about that part of the story and that way it would be easy to sympathize with Dean ?
