It's very true that Eren is very vulnerable in this story. In the original story I believe the stalker mc is constantly attracted to damaged people because of his childhood, so the person he likes is clearly in a bad place in life which makes it easier for him to get with them. But the character Eren is based on actually got a lot of hate for some 'bad' stuff they did which is why I'm kind of excluding that from the story because I am not certain it fits with his characte here, but I think his biggest flaw is with his friend group but especially Mikasa. And allowing her control over his choices.
And Reiner was definitely a piece of work, poor Eren, having to deal with him. Apologies for the late reply and a new update will be soon, it has taken much too long.
