    That’s fair. They’re my favorite male/female pairing for dpxdc, but I normally read and write the male/male ones.

    I love going on tumblr and seeing the prompt ideas from other dpxdc writers ngl I have a bunch screen shot on my phone lol. But I’d love to hear what you came up with! Sometimes it’s easier to write a story based on someone else’s idea sprout than the complicated one you came up with yourself 😂

        I’ve been trying to write stuff for them for a while but for some reason I always get writers block. I’d like to! I just never manage to finish besides this fic.

          fic prompts:

          1. Jazz and Jason getting married and Jason forgets to warn his family that most of Jazz’s guests are ghosts.
          So the day of the wedding someone asks where all of Jazz’s guests were when they only saw half of the chairs filled.

          Jazz: Jason did you-? You didn’t did you?

          Jason, cursing: damn it! I knew I forgot something!

          Jason, turning to the bat fam: All of Jazz’s guests, Their all dead.

          Bruce: oh, Im so sorry to hear that-

          Jazz: Not all of them!

          Jason: What?

          Jazz: Spike is alive

          Jason: Really?!

          Jazz: Yeah, we went to high school together, he’s just goth. There is also my baby brother and sister and their friends, they are technically still alive.

          Tim: what do you mean by technically?

          Ghost portal rips open at the other side of the venue with Danny rushing out.

          Danny, in full ghost king regalia: Hey big sis, sorry we’re late! The GIW got a little too bold and had to step in!

          And eventually Jazz’s side of the venue was now full with all sorts of guests, varying in size, shape, and color.

          Jazz, turning to Bruce: he meant ghost, by the way. She mumbles before walking over to go hug her baby brother and sister, as well as her sudo siblings Sam and Tucker.

          2. DP x DC summoning

          So a classic staple of this crossover is some poor schmuck trying to summon Pariah and getting Danny

          How this usually goes is Danny either flexes on them or nopes out of there

          So in Hellblazer one of the things you want to summon a powerful otherworldly entity is not only their ritual, but their name. The ritual brings them there, the name is used as part of the binding that provides a summoner protection against the thing they just summoned

          So just a thought

          Danny has that happen a couple times, he’s summoned and he just nopes out of there and either assumes it’s just a halfa thing or just doesn’t notice it’s weird

          So imagine the first time someone actually properly summons him

          Be it Zatana or John who have or course heard about the change in management and have properly bound the spirit they’ve summoned. Hell maybe it’s someone like Felix Faust and he’s been summoned by a villain

          Danny just peace signs and then immediately flies right into an invisible wall and nearly breaks his nose

          2. Danny finally told his parents about his ghost half and they didn’t take it well… he found himself strapped to a table as they did horrific experiments on him. He couldn’t escape to the zone when he gets out no if the observants or his council found what humans did to their king it wouldn’t end well.

          His ex mother stood over him as he struggled and begged, didn’t they love him? I guess they loved their work more. Maddie finally uncovered his core and Danny knew he was screwed… until he felt a pull, the pull of a summoning, well anywheres better than here he’d just have to hope for the best

          He finds himself on the floor of the watchtower… shit, the universe really did hate him didn’t it?

           

          John Constantine’s soul is partially owned by the Ghost King so when he felt one of his ‘masters’ in trouble he had no other choice but to summon him, he feared whatever hurt the King knowing how all powerful he was but he wasn’t expecting the kid bleeding out from what looked like a fucking vivisection being preformed on him…

          no one’s happy…

            Can I just say these are incredible and I busted out laughing at the prompt where Danny tries leaving and smacks his face on an invisible wall? Priceless. I’d definitely love to do that one!!

                        Yep I’ve got a few plot bunnies lol. But yes for the most part I’ve just written dpxdc cuz that’s been my brain rot for a couple of years now lol.

                        I appreciate the ideas but like I said I work full time so when I write I’m trying to finish all the partially started works I have instead of letting them wither and die haha.
