    So Atom IS sentient? A full blown intelligent character, just like *ANY* of the other characters?

    Walks on two foot paws, upright? Aside from not speaking would be an equal peer to any other character?

      Yes, he is just like all the characters around him. Walks upright, has a cellphone filled with pics of his friends, and goes mini golfing on the weekends with Trisha who refuses to show him mercy. :p

      He is like Nick, Judy, Bogo, all the character in Zootopia he just has a unique way of communicating which is through his translator Delta. :)
