        yes, i refer to the latter. i tried exactly as you described but, no matter what i tried,

        it did not work.

        however, i have since installed a tampermonkey script that adds a graphical editor to AO3 comments. normally i type in the HTML tags, but clicking tha italicize button n stuff is way faster

          TIL you can't edit a comment once someone has replied, darn in. Wanted to edit a way earlier comment because smth just came up, but I guess new reply it is.

          Lord Hood, Arby, and Empty Throne Just finished a chapter that confirmed, Lord Hood is canonically that trusting of Thel. Literally said he'd stake his life on trust towards people just sent by the Arbiter. Among other things this book keeps confirming that I felt for years. Shadow of Intent found family agenda ftw!!!!!!!
