Very cool! I also like to explore the psychological effects the killing games have left on these two. Even in death, Junko really is the worst. No one's thanking you, Junko! Even if it brought Kyoko and Makoto together, no one will ever thank you!
It's sad that Kyoko chooses to deal with her imaginary "friend" alone, but it completely makes sense that she wouldn't burden Makoto. Still, their interactions here are adorable. Even if Makoto doesn't know what she's going through, he's still there for her.
Anyway, welcome to the Naegiri writing club! Even though the ship is years past its final canon update, it's great to see that it still gets some love! I see you started a series for this. I look forward to anything else you might write in the future.
I've only recently decided to indulge in Ao3 and sharing my stories here, I've been strictly on Wattpad up until now basically. I've written a fair few stories of different fandoms, Attack on Titan and Wednesday really, and of course Danganronpa but I've never fully finished a Naegiri story so currently I'm in the middle of writing a book about their years Junko erased from their memories whilst also creating some oneshots alongside, just to keep my mind fresh! So I've got about 6 chapters of the new book completed and a couple of oneshots in the works!
And I loved your analysis with this oneshot, it was an interesting dynamic that I think I saw in another story to some extent a few years ago and I wanted to convey that thought of Junko being harboured in Kyoko's mind as a result of the killing games etc.
I hope you enjoy the rest of my work once I've got it all released!
