I feel that poetry is lost during the explicit sexual moments and becomes more cliche, less authentic. Many writers have this problem. It's not a personal attack. If you would be so kind as to continue writing, how about writing the smut as if it's not smut? Really try to maintain your style. It's true that it does break the rythm of the fic, but since I know many people want to read smut in stories that feature Luigi, I write it to attract "attention." Because unfortunately, I've noticed that stories without smut don't attract anyone... Even fanfictions where he isn't attracted to a girl are much less interesting to people...
