They will have children in this one, but it's magic pregnancy so it doesn't matter. You're free to see their dynamic in any way you want to, I'm sex-repulsed asexual so i don't think about top/bottom dynamics as I headcanon them to be the same. Hence why all my readers get to imagine them how they want to. The one carrying the pregnancy will be Zhongli, for magic reasons that will be explained.
