      That was not assault. It was accidental attempted manslaughter or something of the sort, and NO ONE TOOK RESPONSIBILITY. So I'm going to MAKE them.

        You know... you are right. Everytime I try to remember episode where there is an accident that can be considered as an assault, I also remember that they all ended in murder. Like this ex-girlfriend of the guy who was Elsa. Or girl with acne. Alicia. Or Jeremy Creek, like if Clark was too late the whole school with kids and staff would be electrocuted to death. Fuck. That's really fucked up. I am also miffled about the way they forgot all about meta-humans who survived but were unable to go back to their lives like Amy (?) the fat sucking girl. Or abuse, like with the Hotheaded Coach, or Erik's father, or Cyrus kid. It's not the meteors, there is something in the water in Smallville.
