    I’m blaming you for me falling in love with the movies in the first place but this fic is entirely my own fault 😅

    It was both a subtle reference and me being petty because no…David isn’t cooler than Michael...don’t give me that bullshit Anna Foerster. I will still give him the respect he deserves though because 1) I’m not THAT petty and 2) literally anybody would fall in love with Kate Beckinsale so I can’t really blame him lmao.

    I know that there probably should have been more of Eve and Michael but there’s not really a lot to work with considering her screen time compared to both Selene and Michael. I get that Selene is supposed to be the series’ protagonist but Michael deserves the spotlight every once in a while.

    Considering it was the first movie I watched, I’m going to be an Evolution defender and most of the moments between the two in that movie informed all of their interactions/thoughts here.

    I’m so glad you enjoyed this! I loved writing it and it’s great to see that other people care about this franchise even though the most recent installment was almost 10 years ago 🙃

      Ohhhhh I forgot to point out, the Eve scene was sooo sweet! So glad he got to meet his daughter 🥹
