    Aw yeah!!! Yippie another chapter to read! I've been eagerly awaiting more ^-^

    Heh Scrapper and Hook's friendship continues to be incredibly amusing. Ahh I love how you write theri banter. I can just picture the grin Scrapper has on his faceplate as he bothers Hook playfully.

    And oh right to Hook and Aid interacting... Hehehha ah I'm giggling over Aid getting a little flustered and even *blushing* at Hook putting his servo on his chest. The benefits of sleeping without his facemask up, his cute blush visible.

    Also I love the bit of character dynamic building you do when you have moments like Hook thinking on the nature of Skywarp, Thundercracker and their relation to Starscream. There's something just fun reading those small moments that just flesh out the scenery and just. World to some extent in your writing.

    But ough gosh! Oh poor Aid! Oh that had to be terrifying to have been grabbed by Vortex like that, but oh ho ho what fun seeing Hook step up all protectively like that. Oh yessss hehe Hook can be quite a dashing fellow when he's being protective. Especially when he goes from being all scary and in Vortex's face to make him back down to the gentle touch to Aid's back... ough...

    Like, I get the Combaticons restlessness given they don't know what the hell happened to Onslaught. I can only imagine their pain once the topic of their loyalty coding comes up.

    But aww again... Scavenger trying to be friendly to First Aid. Showing off his collectiong all excitedly for a moment. The little thanks from Aid making him flush and squeak and Aid's giggle. His precious giggle! Gosh I adore Aid's little giggle and I see Hook seems to like that giggle as well :)

    And more of Scrapper and Hook's bond... They're just. Good. I love them. They're both so perceptive and concerned over the other. They're an amazing best friend duo. The nuzzles and friendly touches between them...

    Ahh... but more time with just Hook and First Aid on their own to chat. Gosh, I love the way you write both of them. Especially now that Hook had softened a bit and is just... more open with Aid. Slightly. In a cute way. And the way First Aid takes Hook's servo to clean them when he got grease on it...

    There's something very very sweet about the gentle care of a medic's servo. I love it 10/10 Hook deserves a servo massage, Aid does too. Love the little touches they both are starting to give each other more and more.

    But ough... god, the discussion of loyalty programming and controlling others against their will. Ugh... yeah, of course First Aid would be horrified by such a thing. Especially Megatron doing it to his own soldiers :(((

    I also have to remark that every time Hook gets a lil feeling in his spark and then Scrapper gives him a look makes me chuckle every time. heh. Ahh the crane is falling in love and he doesn't even know it.

    And the chapter ending on First Aid offering Hook a comforting touch. Thats just so sweet T-T i love them. They make my heart melt. Gosh

    Overall, a great and amazing chapter! It didn't feel too short at all. Plenty happened to really set the scene, mood and events to come. There was plenty of little moments not just between Hook and First Aid, but plenty of Scrapper and Onslaught too showing their care for one another. And even Aid getting along with the rest of the Constructicons. Im really looking forward to more when your motivation next strikes you ^-^

      Hook and Scrapper's friendship is something I'm brainrotted for and I can't help throwing it in as much as I can without, hopefully, overdoing it. I love them so much... they need and deserve the other's love and support. They are always concerned and worried for each other. And hehehe yes, Scrapper KNOWS something is up with Hook when he gets those little spark flutters, though Scrapper isn't sure of the origin. Yet. He definitely will clue in once Hook starts being obvious to everyone but himself and First Aid lol.

      First Aid definitely did not expect to be targeted by Vortex. The Cons have been leaving him alone since he had to take charge of the medical bay for the time Hook was injured, so Vortex lunging at him was not what he was prepared for. And he couldn't/wouldn't fight back against Vortex either. He was very grateful to Hook intervening and protecting him. And heh... yes... Hook's getting soft and gentle to First Aid. Slowly, but he sure is. (and agree, he's very dashing when he's protective, you know Aid will be dreaming about Hook protecting him now).

      All the little things that are hinting at Hook slowly tolerating First Aid more is fun to write. Him enjoying his giggle or his softness. His kindness to Hook's team/etc. I enjoy the little hints of Hook falling for Aid, and glad they're enjoyed by readers as well.

      Glad you enjoy these chapters, even if they aren't strictly just about HookAid lol. My aroace brain wants to explore different dynamics and I don't know how to just focus on the main pairing pft. How does one romance???
