Description:

You can separate people and pokémon, but you cannot separate monarchy from politics. This is supposed to be an AU where Team Plasma won, but not exactly like Ghetsis had hoped. They're all trying to figure out what to do now that they won. The media is present and humans can learn pokémon moves (to not exploit pokémon, of course) but that knowledge is a curse, which some characters have learned the hard way.

Notes:

☆ I'm still salty over the English dub pronunciation of "Unova". How could anyone pronounce an "O" like an "I"? (I might re-name this series in the future.) The LatAm dubs have restored my faith in humanity because they pronounce it correctly - "Yunova."

☆ This is a White version/Black 2 world. N has Reshiram. (Though more like Reshiram has N, and to an extent, the rest of N's family.)

☆ This AU is both a “Ghetsis Wins AU” and “King N Rules Unova AU”. After all, canon!Ghetsis seemed to want a "puppet leader" so he could reap the benefits of ruling but if things went sour, the "puppet leader" takes the blame and Ghetsis gets away hands clean. This is not what a dominant man does. Dominant men take charge without hiding. I also think N can be a capable leader, despite lacking charisma. (N sort of reminds me of Rodimus Prime. Canon never allowed him to fulfill his leadership role and in the end he just runs off, never to be seen again.)

☆ N, Anthea, and Concordia are Ghetsis' biological children in this AU. They are also the last remaining members from the House of Harmonia. Ghetsis' desire to rule Unova wasn't something he tried to hide. His reasons, however, aren't what you expect.

☆ If you're a hardcore fan of Gen 5 and think it's an absolute near-perfect masterpiece, this series is definitely not for you because its fics' plots consist of me harshly criticizing canon. Intriguing concepts were wasted and certain OP characters were Neutered. I have a very laid back storytelling way of writing, that my salt is often not as strong as I intended. But please know that most of this supposed to be self-indulgent salt content for me to re-read later. From what I've learned, nobody really likes what I like, so rather than complain or shell out money, I'll create my own "quality" content to my tastes.

☆ I don't care if this is a spoiler, but let it be known that I was highly disappointed with Ghetsis not being a literal monster man (human/pokémon mutant). Obviously, I've tried to do something about it in this series and what I ended up with was writing him like a corrupted!N. This Ghetsis thinks people and pokémon should be separated because people are powerless without pokémon, and pokémon can't reach their full potential without human guidance. (If you play SwSh and the fact that the Eeveelutions in the Lake of Outrage always try to use "Last Resort" first, always make you wonder how they got so strong in the first place. That inspired this sentiment.)
