Warrior Cats: Storms of War tells the story of three cats who each have a part to play in their Clan. Mothleap is a young warrior who is eager to become a leader someday. She has a long way to go as she trains her apprentice and battles for the position with another cat. Smolderpaw was born without one of his front legs. Everyone in the Clan sees him as incapable, but he is determined to prove them wrong and become a strong warrior. Hareflight is a medicine cat who seems rather stoic and emotionless on the outside. But internally, he struggles with many feelings of doubt and fear that his mother has instilled in him.

These three cats, who each seem so distant from each other, must find their own path as their Clan falls apart from the seams. Tyrants rise, battles are commonplace, and no cat is safe. Can the three save their home? Or will it forever be lost?

- I do not claim any ownership over the Warrior Cats series. All rights belong to the Erin Hunter writing team and Harper Collins. This is a nonprofit project produced by a fan of the series.

- Storms of War does deviate from the standard Warrior Cats lore in some important ways. For example, none of the characters that are currently in the Clans are alive, appear, or are mentioned in the series. Differences like this are present throughout the series and should be considered as part of an alternate universe.

- Storms of War goes over some heavy topics and themes (such as child abuse and neglect, ableism, and graphic descriptions of violence, to name some). While I will have each fic properly tagged, I also wanted to put a general warning out there.
