  Summary

  Book One: Prelude in Ice and Silver:

  It didn't at all seem possible for her to have done so, nor for him to have made it back, but somehow, through what could only be likened to a miracle, Lila's love for Haurchefant was strong enough to conquer even death and rescue the man she loved from oblivion. But now, with her love locked in death-like slumber and herself faced with a war only she can end, Lila walks the dark path of vengeance, and Haurchefant undergoes some rather disturbing changes.
