Tim figured that since he was banned from basically everything Robin due to the new menace known as Red Hood, that heading to Titan's Tower and indulging some old photography habits would at least keep him entertained. He certainly wasn't expecting someone to break into Titan's Tower. He most definitely wasn't expecting that someone to be Red Hood and maybe the most surprising of all... he was not expecting Red Hood to apparently know him. Well... to know the night time bird photographer Alvin Draper, anyway, but all things considered, he was willing to roll with it.

Summary
There's a tension between Nightwing and Red Hood. Everyone sees it, even the rogues. The citizens of Gotham decide to try to get the two together as thanks for all the work they do for the city. The rogues like the excuse to cause more chaos. The vigilantes just want to be left alone to do their jobs.

Dick doesn't know who the Red Hood is. Doesn't stop him from pinning for the man. And apparently the entirety of Gotham has taken notice. So him and Hood decide to fake being together. Hopefully this will stop people from doing stupid shit to try and get the two together… and stop the rogues from attacking more so they have to interact with each other.
Dick's sure everything will be fine.

He saw his father tense, subtle enough that most would not notice. But Damian was not of the majority, he’d lived with the man long enough to notice his tells. The way his shoulders pulled back by mere millimeters, the slight scrunching of his eyebrows, how his eyes moved from tired to alert to disbelief to bone deep sadness in less than a second. Damian would be a disappointment of a student, let alone a son, if he failed to notice them.
It's also how he knew his father didn’t believe him.

Really, it was supposed to be the perfect place to hide out for the night. With an Arkham breakout going on and him already nursing injuries it wasn't like he would be out and about anyway, and it wasn't like Dick ever used this particular safehouse so there was little chance Nightwing would run across the still unknown but dangerous Red Hood. Honestly, Jason was somewhat impressed he still had it, and that the spare key was right where Dick had promised a young robin he didn't even like.
He was less impressed to find out that he was wrong, and that Dick did still use this safehouse. He was even less impressed to find out that the safehouse was more to hide from his family and friends.

Call it paranoid, but Dick needed to know he wasn’t making this up. That he wasn’t stupidly hallucinating a name that wasn’t actually there.
Tim swallowed, his grip on the card tightening. “Jason Peter Todd-Wayne,” he read, with obvious difficulty. Dick let out a startled laugh as he straightened up. He ran a frantic hand through his hair. “Fuck. Fuck!”
Tim stared at him. “This is… Jason’s old library card,” he pointed out and Dick nodded, perhaps a bit too fast.
Jason loses his old library card while on patrol as the Red Hood. He thinks nothing of it, as Jason Peter Todd-Wayne is legally dead to the world. In hindsight, he should have been worried, because his family are fucking detectives.
Or: How a lost library card ruins all of Jason's big reveal plans; and reconnects him with his brothers somewhere along the way.

“Oh, are you guys talking about Jason?” said a familiar mechanized voice from across the rooftop, and the Bats spun around to spot the Red Hood casually leaning against the rooftop access door. “I miss that kid, he was a riot. Hope he’s doing alright.”
There was a moment of silence as the entire group stared at Red Hood, processing his words, and then Red Robin blurted, “Wait, you know Jason?”
“Sure,” Red Hood responded breezily, amusement written in the lines of his posture. “We got pushed into the Pit at the same time. He went a little crazy and fell off a cliff, but shit could only go up from there, am I right?”
The Bats find out that Jason Todd is alive and apparently has questionable taste in friends, if the Red Hood is any indication.
