“Hm,” he said, flopping backwards and sniffling pitifully, wrapping himself tighter in his blanket. He might have a fever--he did seem kind of delirious or something. Sarah rummaged in her bag for the thermometer she’d picked up from the drugstore along with the several bottles of cold medicine. Nyles watched her with half-lidded eyes. He looked like he might fall asleep at any moment.
Sarah scanned his forehead with the thermometer. “100.6,” she read.
Nyles squinted at her. “Is that a fever?”
“Yeah, Nyles, I’m pretty sure that’s a fucking fever.”
“Woah.” He coughed. “Wait, so what do we do?”
