“You can see me?” the stranger cuts him.
“—from me.. what?”
The stranger vanished in thin air again, leaving him with the familiar feeling of weightless presence in his hand. A mist permeates into the air and joins the dust floating around. Aether isn’t sure anymore. What the heck should he do after someone asks him that kind of question and then disappears?
Maybe Dragonspine doesn’t need adventurers but an exorcist.

Hovering above the lands of Teyvat, Aether halts where most of the clouds are clear and the sky is most visible. It’s like a huge veil blanketing the night sky in a pattern of thousands of stars.

The Tsaritsa is in critical condition, the citizens are questioning their belief in the plan, and The Fatui and its Harbingers are all on edge. Many blame Aether for what happened, because of his absence during the initial attack, but they don't understand.
None of them understand how much the events of that night hurt him.
None of them understand the feelings of loss, and betrayal, tormenting him.

The Prince makes a pause. “Does that scare you?”
Albedo laughs. He’s a bit out of himself—he can’t help it. “I apologize, your Highness. But seeing as everything about you is so dream-like, I would be more baffled to find out you were simply human.”
It’s dark, but Albedo has learned how to squint his eyes in order to catch the very moment the Prince turns bright red. It’s just as satisfying as it has been the last few times.
“Will you just go back to your drawings already?” he croaks out, burying his nose in his arms. “Go sketch the sky or something. Archons.”
I already have, Albedo doesn’t say. Then he leafs to the next page, and jots down the first few lines of the Prince’s flustered face.
As an alchemist's pupil, Albedo has long learned one cannot bottle starlight. When he meets the Prince of the Kingdom of Stardust, however, he still feels compelled to try.
