Summary
2019. Olympic City isnt the same since Ryan Cooper left. The underground racing world changed, a new gang came from Palmont City and started to create a state of fear and caos. Fixed racers, threatened racers and all other kind of dirty moves to make the Stacked Deck, under Darius´name, and the Eastriders, afiliated with the first ones, win always. In this moment, a misterious figure shows up, and seems like it wants to clean the city, their reasons unknown...
