I have a Tumblr where I post gay rickyl art (misspiggygrrr)CONTEXT: This is set in an Omegaverse where second genders are revealed at puberty.
Very specific Alpha/Omega relationships are stuck in a "bond". Alphas can "order" anyone as a way of showing they're in charge, especially Omegas; however, once an Omega is mated, orders don't work on them outside of their mates.
Omegas have strong maternal instincts. In distress or experiencing other strong emotions, they may let out "whines" or "whimpers"
Omegas are only conceived in Alpha/Omega relationships, and even those mostly produce Alphas or Betas, so they are rare. Betas can have kids with other Betas normally, but there is usually a struggle in Beta/Alpha relationships, and those do not produce Omegas.

Sam Winchester had never seen himself having a mate, but when he first met Daryl Dixon saving his life and the unborn pup he was carrying Rick had told him if he wanted to claim his mate he had him.
Daryl doesn't want to be seen as just an Omega, as just a toy to alphas. He isn't weak, he isn't typical.
To keep their pack alive through the topsy-turvey world of monsters and walkers Rick and Daryl will do whatever it takes, and that includes Daryl taking two mates to hide his scent the best he can. A rewrite of The Walking Dead, in the A/B/O world. However I am mostly focusing on Daryl, and his life as an Omega. I still wanted to clearly have the world itself be A/B/O. There is canon divergence, a few pairings that change and of course just some fun times. I don’t own any of the characters, the world in which A/B/O is set is clearly not my own but there will be some of my own A/B/O canon. I hope you enjoy it!
Just so you know - I am going to be attempting all the season, timelines will be changed (who knows the true TWD timeline anyway), relationships will be swapped, ages maybe fudged, and some things may be fudged or swapped, characters may be in a place they weren’t or removed from a place they were. Characters will live/die earlier later
A note -
Omegas are extremely rare
Betas have been able to sometimes successfully carry an Alphas pup to full term but it was rare in the world of hospitals and sterilization, so it is harder now in the apocalypse.Some A/B/O worlds have an age in which pups show their alignment, in mine they are aligned with their second gender at birth, however Omegas present as beta until their first heat which usually takes place at ages 8-10
