Summary
Jason was used to talking to people in contexts of being a boss, being a caretaker and being a threat. He knew how and what to say something to get what he planned to get and be quick with it so he could do his job as efficiently as possible.
Meeting with an old friend, subsequently meeting her friends, was something he didn't plan to do, didn't expect to do, and was confused by. He tries his best, hoping he's doing something right, because then he'd have a friend.
(Couldn't help myself and wrote more of them. I don't know how many times this will happen, I love them very much)

Rena was going to move out of Gotham in the beginning of the year, she had been dating this really cute boy before, he disappeared without explanation and Rena was left wondering just what happened. She does find out, eventually, in a grief inspired spiral of what was just supposed to be conspiracy theory that evolved into her knowing a bit too much for much too little reward.

Or, uh, I saw that Rena existed while reading comics and she was ripped away from the narrative, so I oc-fied her and she's mine now <3 DC has no power over her anymore, and this is an "introduction" to her character, in the vaguest of senses.

D’un geste de la main, il chassa le reste de fumée. La première chose qu’il remarqua fut l’absence de Bruce. La seconde fut cet étrange portail noir et vert, il recula, pris de surprise et de mauvais souvenir.
