Summary
She had led the charge into battle, blazing forward in her mech. The lasers and explosions from the Maliwan army in front of them had scorched the earth, leaving it barren. Sweat dripped down her forehead in the all too warm mech.
They managed to whittle down the numbers of enemies, but more and more kept coming out. She stood strong, fighting tooth and nail to protect the ones she loved. She could hear the sounds of animals roaring, digi-structing, and elemental blasts that told her the others were still fighting. They were still here.
It didn't soothe her as much as it usually did.

He was a small pup. Too small. Not only that, he was blind in both eyes. He kept lashing out and trying to attack them, to no avail. Fl4k easily avoided the small creatures attacks, staying just out of reach of tiny claws and barbed tongue. The bodies of his family were scattered about, and Fl4k couldn't help but feel sorrow at the sight. He was the sole survivor.
