During a the Wiggles' holiday, Captain Feathersword meets a strange, but like-minded fellow called Mr. Tickle. As soon as the two of them meet, they're instantly friends. But what happens when the both of them feel something they've never felt before? When seeing Feathersword's smile means more to Mr. Tickle than he's ever known it could mean before? When Feathersword suddenly feels a strange loneliness whenever the two of them aren't together?
