You really need to read Orphic Immortals (Season One) to understand what is going on.
Clarke and the Twel are fighting for their lives again. Things have changed, but Clarke isn't sure that it is all for the best. As they are all still struggling in this new life time to find the way forwards and save all of man kind from the coming Praimfaya, they run into old foes and new ones. Even the Clarke is the WANHEDA, she begins to doubt that she can actually command death. It will take her "village" in order to make her see that she is the only one that can save them and that she has to tap into the powers of Wanheda to do it. Lexa by her side the entire way. Can she manifest who she needs to be or is all a pipedream that she's destined to live over and over again? Only Keyron knows for sure.
Loosely, and I do mean loosely, follows parts of Season Two from the show, but mostly only as reference.

Said woman’s body is currently being taken to the Temple of the Order of the Flame by Clarke Griffin, de-facto leader of the Thirteenth Clan, Skaikru, the people from the conglomerate of space stations once known as The Ark that fell to Earth after its living conditions became untenable. Clarke and Lexa had only just consummated their burgeoning relationship when it was abruptly cut short, and Clarke is taking her lover’s body to be properly taken care of, only to come face to face with a ghost. This Chapter
What happened on top of Mt Weather.
How Lexa responded to the drop-ship arriving early and landing on the Maunde (Mt Weather), while she is still preparing for her war against the Maunon (Mountain men). We discover what Gustus, Petrus and Indra have been doing to prepare for that war.
A few days later we are back inside Mt Weather - Clarke reads an interesting medical chart.
On the Ark - Kane is Chancellor while Jaha recovers from being shot. The wristbands, many have 'gone dark' and Abby worries for Clarke, while Kane considers floating the 300 volunteers. Raven listens in and is caught.Series

There’s a noise to his left near the treeline, immediately drawing his attention. He grabs the pistol tucked into his waistband, eyes scanning for anything moving. A small cylinder rolls towards Bellamy, and he’s at least half convinced that it’s about to blow up. It doesn’t though, and it just starts spewing smoke. Bellamy tries not to breathe it in, but he ends up passing out anyway. He’s in a cage when he wakes up, and immediately starts to panic in his head.
Where am I? This doesn’t look like a-
