Summary
Not even a month after the Halloween murders of Bob Velseb, another set of murders has happened in the town. But this time it's worse. This time, it's more professional and chaotic. That along with the missing persons reports have officially made the Sheriff John and his Deputy Jack concerned along with their partner Patty.
All three of them go and eventually find out that the person most responsible for the actions is a complex but vengeful veteran of two branches of the military with a strict moral code, and he wants to get rid two things: The cops and the cult.
Can Jack, John and Patty survive this chaos and onslaught? Will they just be bodies in a war beyond the public's comprehension?

Unfortunately, the moving part does involving leaving the small town of Frightington, Arizona, and it also involves leaving your best friend. And so Skid and Pump, the iconic duo, are forced to part ways.
A decade later, a teenage Pump (now going by his actual name Wilson) and his family move back to their hometown and enroll him into the local college, where he reunites with his old pal Skid, who is still obsessed with Halloween and all spooky things, unlike Pump- sorry, Wilson.
Join the (former) Spooky Boys as they embark on a journey of rekindling their friendship, surviving the mess that is college, and finding out what their strange town is truly hiding.
(Or, to make a long story short; Pump's family moves away and then 10 years later return, Pump/Wilson now acts like the average 'normal' teenager while Skid is still the spooky month obsessed kid. Let the shenanigans commence!) (In the process of being rewritten)
