Summary
While everyone has beautiful wings to help them soar high, Buggy D. Clown stays firmly on the ground. No one knows why he never shows his wings or if he even has any. One day those questions are answered when a life and death situation leads to Buggy finally revealing himself. Summary
When Buggy misses work for several days, Mihawk and Crocodile are annoyed and want answers, thinking the clown's just being his over dramatic self, slacking off and trying to get out of work.
