Summary
Joss's mom is a witch while his dad is an opted slayer. Magic is supposed to be for girls, and Joss is supposed to be a trainer, but he's fascinated with magic and secretly learns it.
Vlad is a dragon-shifter amongst full dragons. Against his protective Uncle's wishes he goes to the human world with his rider to learn more about his other side. His purple eyes are a little hard to hide, but Henry's doing the best he can to keep Vlad hidden. Meanwhile, Joss is enchanged by the stranger's purple eyes, the same color as his magic, who's right beside his missing cousin who'd been rumored to have been taken by dragons.
As Vlad and Joss grow close and keeping secrets, outside forces are pulling together to put the world back the way they think it's supposed to be.
