Harry ma pasję. I to wielką pasję.
Kocha gotować. Piec, smażyć, blanszować... Robić wszystko to, co można było zobaczyć na ekranach telewizorów, gdy uśmiechnięci szefowie kuchni (z talentem lub bez) popisywali się swoimi umiejętnościami.
I brzmi to wszystko bardzo ładnie, lecz problem polegał na tym, że Harry szefem kuchni wcale nie był. Nie był nawet sous-chefem, a nawet nie i kucharzem. Ponieważ Harry był jedynie pomocą kuchenną, co powodowało, że nikt tak naprawdę o nim nie słyszał.
A jednak pracując w kuchni jednej ze sławnych restauracji, zupełnym przypadkiem jego danie trafia na stół Louisa Tomlinsona — wybitnego krytyka kuchni, z którym ma niestety nieco więcej wspólnego, niż chciałby się do tego przyznać.

Once Harry was finished, he set down the book, replacing it with the match box and went to grab the match but was stopped in his tracks. They were out of matches. This had been the last box in the house (Harry had checked four times) and he knew there were three left. He had checked that at least seven times. Harry deadpanned. An hour ago, Niall had come looking for matches to light the scented candles for his Mum and Harry, in the middle of his jitters, had gestured to the matches sitting by the menorah without a second thought, not even realizing what he had done. Now here Harry was, completely making a fool out of himself in front of his closest friends and family.
