M.I.S.T is a Musician wrestling AU (As in wrestlers are musicians) set in 1993 (But using 2003 wrestlers). Within the (fictional) town of Mist, Queens, New York, is the nightclub 'Second Circle', owned and operated by Despoina Lyndon aka Mistress Lucifarian of the 70s and 80s metal band 'Sister Sinful'. Despoina's daughter, Vashti is a dancer for the club, as well as a struggling rapper working for her mother's 'Devil Discs' record label. Also working at the Devil discs label or the club are 'Beni' Montoya, 'Mirage' Vasilev, 'Kory' and 'TJ' and their band 'Hades', 'Fumi' Hamaguchi, 'Hecate' Dior and 'Poison Ivy' Glass.
Kylie 'Kory' Rayne (the main P.O.V character) is the daughter of Alexis and Mele Rayne, her father Alexis owns the Jolly Bean Café, where Kylie works during the day alongside the other members of Hades (TJ, Dali & Pele), as well as several others. Kylie works as a barista for J.B.C during the day, and as a bartender for S.C at night, meeting many 'colourful' characters.
