Gojyo has accepted the fact that there isn't much that can be done about his flashy new marking. There's no use in worrying endlessly over what will eventually come to be, a fair synopsis he'd think everyone could agree with.
Annoyingly enough, Hakkai doesn't seem to think so. The man resorts to fretting over it like it had appeared on his own body, directing entirely too much attention towards it.
So, Gojyo makes an attempt to quell Hakkai's worry.

After escaping Houtou Castle, Sanzo and the remaining ikkou regroup at Kouten Castle. Sanzo battles his own demons, his heart, and many foes. Healing from trauma takes time, and new wounds are just as likely to form as scars.
This sequel will wrap up the story and take a lengthy word count to get there. You're in for a final showdown like we could only hope and dream for in the manga. Will they all die as prophesied?
