Summary
“What is it with humans and suffering on purpose?”
“I dunno!” Hank huffed. “It’s just like… Sometimes people just wanna feel something, even if it’s not a good feeling. It’s weird, but that’s how we are.” He shrugged. “And watching something sad with someone is kinda about the shared experience. Like, ‘I’m bawling my eyes out but at least I’m bawling my eyes out with you.’ Or whatever.”
“Hm.” Connor nodded slowly. “Okay, but I’m not going to fake-cry for you.”
“You won’t have to.”
-
Hank and Connor watch The Green Mile, and Connor lets himself cry for the first time since deviating.

Summary
Had they really won? Or was it only an illusion of freedom, as everyone gawked at Jericho's makeshift base in disbelief, disgust. What did it cost them to get their newfound freedom? What would it bring for the future? People wanted to be optimistic, pretend like they'd be accepting of androids. Connor knew the truth though, saw the way androids were spat on. Pushed around. Sent to kill other androids.
Connor didn't feel 'free'. And he sure as hell didn't know how to deal with his emotions that hit him like a truck. He wasn't the perfect little android that Cyberlife created anymore. He was his own person, his own man. Human. He had to learn how to live, for himself. Without guidance from some outside source. No tasks, no missions. Only his objective.
This is the one where Hank finally learns how to move on from Cole, Detroit deals with the aftermath of the revolution, and Connor finds what he's really always wanted; a family.

Summary
In a tense scene set within the Detroit Police Department, paranoia spreads as officers receive anonymous emails warning against disrespecting Lieutenant Hank Anderson. The emails, signed only by "The Negotiator," subtly imply that those who cross Hank suffer mysterious consequences. Recent incidents lend credibility to the rumor: officers who’ve insulted or undermined Hank find themselves facing sudden, suspicious misfortunes.

Summary
If only. If only he hadn’t dropped that gun, he could go back and fix his mistake. Go straight to Cyberlife for maintenance and never be forced to deal with these feelings again. He can’t even go up to one of the FBI agents because they would immediately shoot him, mistaking him for one of the real deviants, and even if he found Agent Perkins, he’s had it out for him since day one. He needed someone that he could talk to, explain himself to in the hope of being forgiven.
Or: Connor regrets deviating and has thoughts on it.

So he isolates himself, finding it safer instead of risking the lives of people close to him. -
