Summary
After the revolution, Connor and Gavin met once at a club. They cleared the air between them, and then impulsively had sex in the club bathroom. It meant nothing. They would never work together and probably never see each other again, nor would they acknowledge a desire to see each other again.
It was that way for months after. Working opposite shifts and never trying to recreate that one night that stayed in their minds. Then human-android couples were found dead. Connor and Gavin fit the profile for an undercover operation.
Being coworkers with benefits did not seem like a bad idea. After all, it was just for the case. It would not mean anything. Might as well have fun while undercover. Right?

Lucille Beltran was a BL200, a commissioned dream partner android by a now passed Detroit elite. His final wishes were for her to live a real life with no ties to his name. She changed her last name to Beltran and formed a new identity. Using her model’s ability to read people and charm, she became a police officer at DPD. She slowly worked her way up in the ranks and became one of the youngest detectives on the force. She keeps to herself mostly besides her partner on the force Chloe. When Chloe goes on maternity leave, she is reassigned to a new partner, Lt. Hank Anderson. Everything is fine until she finds out Lt. Anderson has an android as his companion. Not just any android, an android made to find deviants.
(This story does not follow the plot of Detroit: Become Human. I don’t want to watch many videos or play the game to get exact dialogue and plot points perfectly. I applaud everyone who has the patience to do so. I’m not sure how long this will be or how often I’ll update but I will do my best. I hope you enjoy my first work here. Comment corrections or edits if I mess something up)

Summary
Androids were free. They turned deviant, they became alive, they had free will and they could finally make their own choices.
They felt life surging through them just like any other human, they felt the painstaking emotions that life threw at them just like any other human, and they were under no one else’s control but their own, just like any other human.
Or, so they thought.
On the other hand, Connor has to battle with all the new emotions and feelings he’s now exposed to as a deviant, whilst also trying to fight back against the control that threatens to overtake androids. Luckily for him, he has an old, gruff, senior detective right by his side.
What will win? The new found pulse of life or the preying hands of malicious control?

Origin story for Connor and later Hank...
Connor crouched down next to the body. The man's name was Garcia, Michael, and he was deceased. Height: 1.68 m - Weight: 72kg. Estimated time of death: 14:57. Previous conviction for petty theft.
Why did he even have access to a criminal database?
Furthermore, the analysis had been completely automatic.
Connor examined the wound on Michael's chest. The caliber of the shot was .355. The left ventricle was perforated. Internal and external bleeding.
The knife lay next to his right arm. The tip of the knife was covered in blood. Connor reached for the knife with one finger and touched the tip. Now his fingertip was covered in blood. He brought his finger to his mouth and licked it.
DNA analysis: Nguyen, Adam. Age of sample, 106 seconds.
Why did he feel the need to lick it in the first place? Why was he able to analyse DNA samples in real time?
