Summary
Count Hannibal Lecter despises Beau the moment he sees him.
It isn’t the first time he loathed someone to this degree. One may even argue that it’s typical for Hannibal to dislike fellow alphas. Most of the ones he encounters are young, haughty things, foolish enough to challenge a thoroughbred — a Lecter. Hannibal sends them all home with broken arms and legs, and even the occasional missing eye to teach them a lesson.
But Beau doesn’t need to be taught. He knows his place the first time they meet, bowing and slouching whenever he’s in Hannibal’s presence to make himself look smaller. It’s what makes him stand out among the alphas that Hannibal so despised.
That, and Beau Graham’s fourteen-year-old son, Will.
Count Lecter meets Will and Beau Graham. Their lives change for the worse.
