The Phantom Thief being a well known.. well, thief, that was never caught. They would steal things like jewels and necklaces. Sometimes tiaras too.
It was a case that was decides as "unsolvable". That was what got the blonde's blood pumping. He instantly contacted An Shiraishi, another detective for assistance and forward on they worked to figure out the case.
...
Well, it was just them until an agent, Rui Kamishiro, read a newspaper about them and was intrigued to join in as he had been on the hunt for the same person for what seemed like forever now...
