Summary
A city, now known as the “Dead City”, has long since been devoid of human life, overrun by a virus and its living, hungry offspring. Upon extinction, the humans left behind their robot companions, who have now developed sentience and their own culture, even amidst desperation. One of these Companion robots, who goes by the name of Momo, dreams to one day reopen the city and go outside of its walls. After crossing paths with a certain furry organic and its flying drone, Momo realises that there is still hope yet. After this discovery, Momo readies himself to embark on a perilous journey, accompanied by the furry creature and it's friend, when his fellow Outsider, Doc, insists on joining them.
The two bots have been close friends since the formation of the Outsider organisation, both working towards the same goal: striving for a better life for their race. Now, however, they are the only Outsiders left, and are alone on their journey to save their city.
Only, there is a problem. More striking than the Zurk threat and the fate of their entire race weighing on his back.
